生活不容易，常常会让我们感到疲惫。身体上的疲劳好好休息就能消除，但是心累了，是心态错了，如果能摆正心态，生活只会越来越累。

当我考上重点高中的时候，我以为我可以继续成为学霸，成为学校的风云人物。但是很快我就发现学校里卧虎藏龙，随便找一个学生都比我厉害。在学校里，我只能当凤尾，仰望着别人，跟在别人的后面。开学后的第一次考试给了我莫大的打击，从来都是名列前茅的我那一次竟然是倒数。我突然失去了斗志，完全提不起劲去学习，觉得自己再怎么做也是徒劳的。学习，成了一件让我郁闷到窒息的事情，让我选择了逃避。

然而，当我注意到几个成绩排名倒数的同学正在慢慢地进步，努力摆脱倒数的行列，一些本来排名靠前的同学正在慢慢地退步，逐渐向倒数名次靠近的时候，我才惊觉只有我一直在原地踏步，既不能面对现实，又不肯努力向上，不仅浪费时间，还浪费了父母辛苦挣来的钱。既然别人能够进步，那么我也可以做到。想到这里，我突然全身充满了力量，把全副心思都放在学习上，越努力就越有劲。就是因为有这股劲头，我的成绩很快就有了起色，而且进步越来越快，最后成了班级前十名的常驻人员。

生活并非理所当然，你想要什么就给你什么，而是你想要的都需要你努力去争取。争取成功，是你的本事。就算争取失败，你也只能接受，要么彻底放弃，要么再次努力。心态的好坏对生活有着微妙的影响，心态对了，即使身体疲惫也甘之如饴，心态错了，就算日子轻松也不会快乐。

就像在职场上，有的人态度谦虚，工作勤奋效率高，很容易得到上司的赏识和同事的喜欢，能够为他们的晋升铺下垫脚石。有的人态度骄傲，明明在给别人打工却总觉得自己就该是老板，经常抱怨、偷懒，甚至排挤同事，不得人心、无法升职还责怪别人没有眼光。第一种人的生活是充实的，他们的努力是有回报的;第二种人的生活是身心俱疲的，因为他们想要的都无法得到。大家都是给老板工作的，既然你不是老板，就要安安分分地当个尽职的好员工。等你积累到足够的资金和经验，你辞职创业自立门户，但是在这之前，当你没有能力自己当老板的时候，就要摆正心态，以员工的态度对待自己的工作。

正所谓“在其位谋其政，任其职尽其责”，就是根据你身处的环境、岗位、职责，适当地调整心态。正确的心态能够让你事半功倍，至少能够替你减少一些烦闷的情绪，能够积极地面对眼前的挑战。所以，心累了，是心态错了。就像演戏，就该演什么像什么，如果你把自己的角色都弄错了，又怎么能表演得好呢?懂得调整心态面对生活的人，或许无法大富大贵，但至少他是快乐的。

According to the variety of social background, personal experience and

personal emotion, differernt people have different opinions towards things.

Thus, there is no doubt that generation gap exists everywhere. We always find

that there are big differences between us and the old generation. We always

regard the old are outdated, while they think us are crazy. They can’t bear the

dress we like, the fashion we pursue or even our childish thinking. Instead, we

could put up with their standpat thingking and their “feudal rulers”. Thus, the

generation gap becomes more and more obvious and serious. However, why don’t we

realize that opinions can be changed, while people can’t. So, we can think in an

other way, learn to accept. It is certain that we can narrow the generation gap

to live a more harmonious life.

又是一年高三时。高三是寂寞的一年，为了心中的那个理想，我们摒弃一切杂念，终日与书香为伴；高三是充实的一年，我们“焚膏油以继晷”，为日后的展翅高飞打下扎实的基础；高三是珍贵的一年，这份青春的记忆，这段奋斗的历程，都会是我们一生的珍藏。风雨过后是彩虹，我们相信，只要大家以百倍的壮志、坚韧的毅力去刻苦学习，我们一定能够圆梦清华园。

下面是一位清华在校生回母校所做的报告：

今天，我非常荣幸的站在这里给大家做一个关于高中生活的报告,下面我将结合自己在高中三年和大学三年的所见所感所想，通过一些事例向大家说明我们将会在高中遇到的一些问题及处理办法。我希望大家从我的报告中吸取经验教训，少走弯路，并且为自己树立目标，坚定信心，最终走进理想的大学。

我在高一的时候有这样一种困惑：我的目标是考上好大学，但是我考上好大学是为了什么，我们为什么一定要走求学这条路?我小时候的答案是“为了中华民族的伟大复兴”，好多家长的答案是“为了光宗耀祖”，好多老师的答案是“为了你们将来的前途”。经过了三年清华的磨练，我现在的答案是“求学这条路是我们通向成功的捷径”。

这里我举几个例子证明这个观点：我在清华电子系的一个师兄刘自鸿，他通过自己一年的钻研．在去年全国大学生挑战杯科技竞赛上获得特等奖第一名，他的专利“人体生物传感芯片被一家企业以300万元买走。看看吧，一名大四的本科生就已经身价百万了，这样的例子在清华很多。

我查阅了一下福布斯《财富》杂志，中国大陆35岁以下的白手起家的亿万富豪100％都是靠科学技术起家的（童老师的话：有人说不读书也会很有钱，这只是你自己所认为的，实际上，大部分亿万富豪的人是有知识的人）。说到这里文科生可能有点不高兴了，都是靠理工科的科技，我们文科生怎么办啊?别急，我这里还有一个例子：这位同学是清华经管学院朱镕基教授的博士生——一文科生，现在是中国招商银行的副行长，今年只有29岁。他因为在一个月时间内解决了河北一个城市建行的十几年的呆帐坏帐，被朱镕基院长破格提拔。他获得重用所依靠的就是自己的出色的专业知识和专业技能。

这样的例子多的是，他们走了求学这条捷径，他们用几年的时间达到了其他人可能要用几十年才能达到的高度。因为一流大学会给你全面的专业知识，会教会你快速学习新知识的方法油罐车，会给你一个个广阔观察世界的视角。我们现在应该明白自己今天的努力是为了什么了，我们也应该坚定信念来争取考上一流的大学了。现在的问题是我们要考什么样的大学?

在座的各位同学现在的成绩有高有低，可能前几名的同学想的目标是清华、北大、中科大，靠后的同学可能在想河北大学也不错。我的观点是，同学们至少要把目标定位在复旦或者是上海交大一级的水平上。不要怀疑自己的能力，举我自己的例子，我在高一入学的时候曾经排在年级140多名，后来有一次还到过200名。但是我从来都认为我将来一定会走进清华，并且向这个目标不懈的努力。我现在的大学同学好多都有我这样的经历。信念是一种非常奇妙的东西，当你从骨子里认定你是清华的水平，像自己的行动上就会处处表现出准清华的素质。

现在我想大家对自己的未来都应该心里有数了，那么我们现在应该做些什么呢？

我在高中遇到的几个问题以及解决方法

这里我总结出我在高中时代遇到的几个很烦的问题，当时怎么也想不清楚，现在我想明白了。在这里和大家分享，

希望同学们少走一些弯路。

(一)偏科问题

我在高中时最不喜欢政治、历史和地理，因为这几科高考不考，并且可能我一辈子也用不上。可能也有同学讨厌物理、化学和数学吧?还有的同学只喜欢某一科，不去好好学其它的主科。但是“白痴”教育部为什么要让我们学这些我们一辈予都可能用不到的东西呢?这么说不夸张，我在高中学的最好的就是化学和生物，但是在清华学了三年电子我们完全没有用到这两科，有理由相信我这辈子都不会再配平一个化学方程式了，用好多人的话说这两科就是高考的敲门砖。我当时弄不明白我们为什么需要学习这些课程，相信我们在座的好多人也不明白吧。我给大家说了下面的例子大家就应该明白了。

我们大一的时候有一门必修课叫《机械制图》——主要内容是在图纸上画螺丝．我们是电子系的画这个干吗啊?的确，那学期之后我们再也没有接触过相关内容。我们好多同学当时非常不满，我们的系主任为了平息怒气给我们讲了一个故事，他曾经带过一个大四的本科生做毕业设计(16周)，他给这个学生的课题是给一台新型计算机编写应用程序。这台计算机结构既不是冯-诺依曼体系也不是哈佛体系。它用到的计算机语言完全不合常规。第一周老师先给这位同学一本相关的书让他弄懂。经过一周的努力，弄明白了。第二周到第八周都是这样。第九周到第十五周开始编程。最后一周写论文。这位同学顺利的完成了任务。毕业的时候，导师问他：“你这次毕业设计用到了大学四年的哪门课程啊?微积分?”“没有。”“线性代数?”“没有”。“c语言?”“没有。”“微机原理?”“也没有……顶多用到了英语，因为编程是用英语编的。”“那你大学四年都干什么了?你所学的所有的课程都没用啊。”这位同学傻了。但是老师又问：“如果你是一个高中刚毕业的学生，你能16周完成这个课题吗?”“显然不可能”“这就对了，你大学四年学到的是学习知识的能力，四年前我给你的每一本书你都要学一个学期，但是你现在一个星期就完全吃透了。”（童老师的话：大家现在都变的很势力，要考的科目就认真，不要考的就很随意，甚至根本不听，这是不对的。）

(二)永远不要说你已经尽力了

有的同学觉得自己已经很努力了，可是就是没有办法把成绩再提高一点。他自己安慰自己“我已经尽力了”。我记得电影《勇闯夺命岛》有这样一句台词：“永远不要说你已经尽力了，只有胜利者才能赢得赞美皇后的芳心!”我个人觉得，当你还有力气说出“我已经尽力了”的时候，你根本就没有尽到力。我觉得人的潜力是无限的。举一个我自己的例子，大家看看人的潜力有多大。

我在高中时体育特别差，跑1000米都很要命，从来都是不及格。相信在座的好多同学也对这项体育达标深恶痛绝。到了清华之后，第一节体育课，老师告诉我们体育好是清华的传统，我们每年要测3000米长跑，跑不过不许毕业，取消推研资格。怎么办?谁来到清华都不想拿不到毕业证吧，我的同学大部分和我一样体育很差。于是每天晚上10：30，我们的自习教室关门后，清华的操场上人就多起来了。跑半个小时再回寝室继续学习。练了一个学期，我瘦了40斤，最后考试的时候我仅用了12分56秒就跑下了3000米，我们班最胖的人也在15分钟以内跑完了。想起我高中向体育老师抱怨：“我已经尽力了，1000米就是不及格。”现在觉得很搞笑。清华的校训中这个“自强不息”我觉得给我的影响非常大。当你觉得自己已经尽力的时候，往往再坚持一下就会突破自己的极限，唤醒自己的潜力。思维科学研究表明，人的大脑可以把全世界图书馆藏书的信息都装进去，然而人类思维至今才仅仅开发出百分之七到八。所以在这里我希望同学们一定要努力努力再努力，永远不要说自己己经尽力了。什么叫成功?人们死活不相信你能做到的事情，你做到了，这就叫成功。（童老师的话：经常听到同学跟我说，我初中英语就不好，我一直语文就学不好，或者是我一向体育

不及格等等，感觉大家觉得以前是什么样子现在就应该是什么样子的，似乎觉得自己已经尽力，没有办法了，现在看来是不对的。）

(三)怎么学好高中的课程

接着上一个问题，永远不要说自己已经尽力了，那么我们应该怎么努力呢?我在高中听过不少关于学习方法的报告，也很多次给别人介绍自己的学习方法。但是直到大二我才真正明白怎样才能把知识学好。

大二我们上一门课叫《模拟电子线路》，特别难。我们的老师——高文焕院士告诉我们一句话：“学习模拟电子线路和学习其它学科有一个共同的窍门，八个字——题海战术、题海战术”我当时非常费解，从小到大老师都说要讲方法，不要死做题，怎么院士这么说呢？之后几件事我明白了这八个大字的含义。

我们班有一个山东的省高考状元，得了713分(750满分)，我问他，你到底是怎么学成这么“牛”的。他说：我高中的时候只要市场上能买到的习题集我都做过。

如果大家觉得省状元离我们太远的话，我再举一个河南省高考第76名的同学的例子，看看他是怎样做题的；他的智商不会比在座各位高的，因为他在清华电子系学习非常吃力。他说他高考6个主科的题典他至少做了五遍。

所以我觉得高文焕院士还是对的，题海战术绝对是学好高中课程的好方法。我自己也有体会，比如我高三时英语的短文改错总做不好，于是一个周末，我连续做了50篇改错，之后的英语考试短文改错几乎没有错过。大家可能觉得大学生就很少做题了，我不知道其它大学的情况，但我可以毫不夸张的说，我在清华每年做的题肯定比我高三的时候做得多。

现在同学们一定会说，想题海战很容易啊，但是哪有时间啊?这就引出我下面的问题。(四)怎样挤时间

下面，我告诉大家我在清华了解到的一个湖北同学的高中是怎样度过的：他在一个县城的重点高中，他们学校全体学生住校，每年春节时放假三天，其余每个月放假半天。一年一共放假9天。我想我们中学还不敢这么变态，但是那些湖北的学生真的是比我们少浪费了太多的时间了，这也导致了他们的基础比我们要好得多，也导致了清华宁可在湖北扩招30人也不在河北扩招一个。回想我的高中，我现在非常后悔，如果当时我像那些南方的同学那么抓紧时间，我高考绝对会拿省状元。同学们，我们已经不是小孩子了，我们身上责任很重，如果我们还是把好多时间都用来娱乐和休息，当我们进入大学、走向社会的时候，就会感到那些南方省市来的人对你的巨大压力。

那么我们怎么挤时间呢?

首先，我个人觉得在座各位的走路速度太慢，我看到的是大家有说有笑踱着步子慢慢走。大家如果到了清华可以看到，所有的学生骑车都是飞车，走路几乎都是小跑。我们没有必要把时间浪费在这些没有意义的事情上。你很快从校门走进教室就可以比别人多看一会书，多做一道题。时间久了，日积月累，你就会在时间上占有绝对的优势

其次，我们的课间十分钟也非常宝贵，这一点我到了高三下学期才意识到，充分利用课间十分钟，我们一天可以挤出将近两个小时，可以比别人多做一套题。再有就是我们最好别看电视了。我在高中的时候每天必须看电视，当时主要是因为要面子，看了体育比赛、晚间新闻去和别人侃，看了电视剧去和别人吹。整天装出一副不太用功但成绩不错的样子，归根结底还是希望别人说自己聪明。我现在的观点是被人说“他聪明但就是不学习”的人是最蠢的人。不管你是否真的智商超群，但是如果我们把太多的精力用在那些与自己前途无关的事情上，就是对自己的最大的不负责任。我现在在清华的好多同学都是在高中期间没看过一眼电视——包括春节晚会，有的同学甚至从初中开始都没看过电视。现在在学校，我们每个寝室都有电视。但是我们寝室的电视几乎就没开过。期末考试之后都没人看一场欧洲杯。大家

考试后没有休息放松，所有的人都是准备下学期的课程，准备托福GRE考试，或者是学一些实用的技术。所有人脑子里想的都是利用别人休息的时间来充实自己，使自己在今后的竞争中占据优势地位。

同学们不要把清华的学生想得太牛了，清华学生中智商超群的人至多占学生总数的四分之一。其他学生的智商不会比在座的各位高到哪里去，他们比你们多的东西我觉得只是对待自己未来的态度。清华学生身上有一种非常令人敬畏的精神力量。他们可以为了自己的目标放弃任何诱惑。就算在大年三十清华的自习教室也会人满为患。用一位美国教授的话说：“studentsofqinghua，nosatumay，nosunday，noholiday!”(清华的学生，没有星期六，没有星期日，没有节假日)，就是这种精神铸就了清华的神话，不这样就很难考上清华。

有的同学可能会说：你说的很对，但是我们很难让自己坚持下去，最多三分钟热血。之后就不想再努力了，好的，我们下面就讨论怎样让自己的血一直热下去。

(五)给自己找压力

我和清华大学精密仪器系的教授许纪敏先生有一次聊天的时候说：“我觉得电子系的学生压力太大了。”许教授说：“清华的人才怎么培养出来的?就是压出来的!”不错，巨大的压力才会有巨人的动力。有的同学说：“高中学生的压力已经太大了”。我现在觉得，我们当时在高中时的压力太小了。说实话，清华的学生有的也不是那么喜欢学习的，比如我就有点厌学。但是清华的要求极为严格，四年之间只要一科不及格就取消推研资格，三科不及格就退学了。所以清华有的系的淘汰率是30％。太可怕了，所以我们都要疯狂地学习。

比我们还恶心的还有美国的mit，我大一的辅导员现在在mit读书。他给我发的email说他上学的第一节课，教授向他们宣布考核要求：“上我的课，最后的成绩是一个a，两个b，一半c，一半d”。就是说有一半的人将会不及格。mit的淘汰率比清华还高．这也是为什么mit的学生只要是拿到毕业证会被各大跨国公司高薪聘请的原因。我再给大家举几个例子，可以说明在巨大的压力之下人可以做多么不可思议的事情。

大二的时候，我们有一个夏季小学期共两周。第一周周一上午，我们在一间教室上了两个小时课，学了计算机的vhdl语言。下课老师要求我们在周五之前编出一个主频30m的opu来。所有的人都疯了，因为上午根本就不知道他在说什么。后来我们知道，在其它大学的电子系这门课要学一个学期的。但是老师说得很清楚了，做不出来就不及格。于是大家就疯狂的跑到图书馆借书，回去废寝忘食的看，第一天看不懂，第二天稍有点明白，第三天白天编了几个简单的程序，晚上开始正式编程，编到三点，周四编了二天加一个通宵，周五早上8点通过了验收。大家松了一口气。但是接着第二周周一早上，老师告诉我们周三下午交一个超声波测距仪。又是疯狂的两个通宵，周三下午把超声波测距仪交上去了。在此之前，我们根本没有想到我们还可以在这么短的时间里做这么多事，但是在巨大的压力之下我们完成了。

还有一个例子，我们大一的英语课，要求我们一周背下500个单词。我觉得这是不可能的，第一次考试我只得了43分。没有办法，以后每天早上我5点起床，背单词到7点再去上课，最后还是能背下来的。所以在巨大的压力之下我们的确可以发挥出巨大的潜力。

在这里，我给各位一个建议，就是尽可能的给自己找一些压力，比如说规定自己一个星期之内必须做500道题，考试不得140分以上就算自己不及格等等。大家不要觉得这些很过分。如果各位真的发誓要考上一流的大学，我觉得这是我们必须做的，并且现在的南方高中生就是这么干的。

(六)不要抱怨老师不好

当我们某一科的成绩不理想的时候，不要抱怨我们的老师。我可以毫不夸张地说，咱们高中的老师都是非常不错的，至少都是非常负责、敬业的。我和大家说说我在清华的经历大家就明白了。清华的老师做研究都是大牛，但是几乎没有老师好好给本科生上课。有一次上微机原理课，老师说，今天回去用protel把课上的电路模拟一下。同学们都说，我们这辈子第一次听说这个软件。老师说：“这是电子工程人员必备的软件”，转身就走了。没办法扫地车，我们回去在图书馆熬了三天终于把这个软件学会了。还有一次数学课，老师让我们回去用matlab画一个三维的图形。同学们都说没学过—这好像是数学系的一门必修课，老师只说了一句：“没学过?回去学呀!”我们又是在图书馆耗了好几天，基本弄明白了。我们现在用的好多计算机工具，老师们都默认为我们已经完全掌握了，没有人教你怎么办，你不会倒是不正常的了。所以，我们的同学当你觉得有哪一科学得不太好，一定不要埋怨客观条件，自己的努力才是成功的基石。当你总是抱怨客观条件的时候，成功也离你越来越远了。

(七)好的身体是一切的本钱

同学们如果真的要为自己的理想拼命的话，我告诉大家，我们必须好好锻炼身体。清华的口号足“为祖国健康工作五十年”。清华的体育课之所以要求那么高、那么严格，就是逼着大家好好锻炼身体。清华的体育传统的确非常好，我们刚上大学的时候的确身体很差，学习很容易累。现在，我们班今年有20个人报名参加北京国际马拉松(全国报名的大学生只有5000人，清华就有3000人)——一是为了体验一下，二是对自己的耐力很有信心。就我个人而言，现在我熬几个夜没有问题。我们千万不要忽视锻炼这一点。

我的建议是：我们每天的课间操大家一定要用力做，体育和体育课也要努力运动一——我推荐大家多练习长跑，最好我们每天跑个1000米。相信吧，等你们到了一流大学需要熬夜做研究的时候，你们将会发现自己高中打下的身体健康根基是多么重要。

（童老师的话：身体真的是革命的本钱，想想这学期你们上的糟糕的游泳课，我觉得你们真的有必要好好看看这位同学说的话。希望我们成绩好点的，但是不注意体育的同学，你们真的能够熬到最后吗？身体不好，你连熬夜都撑不过。锻炼身体从现在开始。）

(八)一些学习的小技巧

前面我已经说过了，我们学习的最终技巧就是多做题。现在我再给大家讲一些学习方面的小经验，都是我从大学的同学那里获得的，都很容易，但很难持之以恒。

首先就是语文，字的发音和错别字、成语运用和文言文分析等等。我的技巧就是我们找一本新华字典，一本成语词典，一本古文鉴赏词典。每天看5页——不会超过半个小时。你们距离高考还有两年，如果大家坚持下去，相信高考之前可以把这些词典看几遍，对于高考语文的相关题目可以说非常有好处。

然后就是英语，大家可以利用这个假期把大学四级单词都背下来。这个假期不够可以多用几个假期。这对于我们并不难，只要大家用心。还是那句话，相信自己的能力，现在清华也有好多学生两个月准备GRE就考了满分，两个月2万个单词也背下来了。巨大的单词量对于我们高考英语有巨大的好处。大家不要怀疑自己的能力，清华15食堂的小师傅农民工张立勇利用业余时间学英语；托福考了630分(满分670)清华高材生考600分都不容易。我吃饭的时候经常和
