稳成在我们庄上打了一辈子光棍郎儿。年轻的时候，稳成就在庄上一举出名，是源于上个世纪70年代中叶一次糖烧饼“失窃”事件。那年八月十六，隔壁三婶把没吃完的糖烧饼放在大门口晒，数好了，二十四个。中午复点的时候，一个不少，晚上收糖饼，一数，少了六个。那个时候，口粮紧张，三婶晒的这些糖烧饼，是专门留着上学的小儿子当“早点”的，泡在粥锅里，一顿两个，别的家庭成员无此口福。现在一下子少了六个，三婶气得七窍冒烟。顾不上吃晚饭，就到门口大骂“偷饼贼”，咒他吃偷的饼“噎死，呛死”。此时的稳成正躲在他的帐子窠里享用糖饼晚餐。稳成的胃口好，牙齿犀利，当三婶骂到高潮时，他已经吞下第六个糖饼的最后一口，一点“噎死、呛死”的感觉也没有。不知是兴之所至还是想玩点幽默，稳成应了三婶一句:“噎死呛死?哼，你有多少哇?”不巧，稳成这句话被一个会嚼舌头的听到了，于是传十传百，庄上就有了“稳成吃糖饼——你有多少”的歇后语，稳成也迅速成为庄上的“名人”。
