Perhaps I was born in northern city, though my city is nearby sea, it has been built a U port which I can only see cargo ships and can t see the sweeping ocean. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating Zong Zi . My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. Because there was no supermarket, we couldn t buy finished product from market. However, now, we can buy anything in supermarket, so my mother didn t make them anymore. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

In reality, young people began to have a bug to celebrate foreign festivals, such as Christams, Saint Valentine s day, April Fool s Day, some people also celebrate Easter in church. Talk about Dragon boat festival, it s the same as some foreign conventional festivals, such as Witch s Day in Czech. People burned the witch s puppet so as to welcome spring. Some people are willing to celebrate foreign festivals because they like alien culture. And vice versa, foreigners who like China also concern about Chinese traditional culture.

After new holiday regulation, we have three holidays during the dragon boat festival. So many people will choose this time to travel. When autumn comes, I feel so excited, because the sports meeting comes. I

like sports so much. When I was very small, my father took me to watch the

started to come to school, I join the basketball team, I had the great time to

practice with my friends. Though high school life is very busy and I have to

learn so many subjects, I still keep taking exercise everyday. Sports meeting

狗很有脾气。它时而温柔，时而凶猛。当它心情不好时，你可不能招惹它，要不然它会对你狂吠不止，一边叫还一边狂奔着，往你身上猛抓。这时，你如果触碰到它的身体任何部位，它会不停地用爪子抓住你的衣服，让你难以逃脱，那副样子可凶猛了。当然，在它高兴时，它就是一只温柔的狗，每当我轻柔地摸着它那棉被似的皮毛，它就乖乖地趴在地上一动也不动。两只眼睛和我对视，相互说着心里话。

它就是我家的宠物狗，它既嘴馋，又顽皮，还很有脾气。虽然它是一只宠物狗，但它更像是我的“好朋友”。

我最喜欢小狗了，因为它是一种忠诚的动物。我家就养了一只可爱的小狗，我十分喜欢它。

它全身毛茸茸的。“穿着”一件淡黄色的大衣。毛茸茸的耳朵下有一双机灵的眼睛，一个可爱的鼻子和嘴巴，四条腿瘦得像麻杆似的。

小狗喜欢白天活动，晚上睡觉。睡觉时把两只前脚放在一起，再缩成一团，便睡着了。它还喜欢吃骨头，吃时总先嗅一嗅，再放心地吃，吃得津津有味。玩起来没完没了，一根鸡毛，一个线团都是它的好玩具。

小狗可通人性了！记得那一次，爸爸让我自己出去买东西。我刚走出家门，便听到一阵“汪汪汪！”你猜谁来了？当然是我的小狗啦，它跑到我身旁，用头直蹭我的腿，似乎在说：“你怎么能自己出去买东西呢？多不安全呀，让我来保护你吧！”这时，一个陌生人向我走来，小狗见了，“汪汪汪……”不停地大叫。我担心地说：“狗狗，别叫！”可它好像什么也听不进，仍在“汪汪汪”大叫，似乎在喊：“你离我的小主人远点，不然我对你不客气。”它的声音真是气壮山河，震耳欲聋呀！然后便身体前倾，露出锋利的牙齿，似乎随时准备扑上去，尾巴如棍子般直立起来。光凭这架势，就把陌生人吓得退出三丈之远，再也没人敢靠近我们了，也多亏了这只小狗。

Recently, a Chinese student who studied abroad delivered a speech at the

graduate ceremony. Her speech soon became the hot issue, because she criticized

Chinese air pollution, which was a great threat to her health. Though her speech

had exaggerated the problem, it is true that China has faced many pollution

problems. The haze in Beijing is famous around the world, which is the

punishment for human to ruin the environment. It needs time to fix the problem,

but there is no need to deny our country. Even for the developed countries, they

have once faced such problem before. We can do something in the daily life to

protect it, such as do not throw away the rubbish.

Fathers Day is on the third Sunday of June. Everyone will express their

love to fathers. In Chinese tradition, the role of father is always described as

a quiet man. Though he doesnt talk much, the way he shows his love can be seen

all the time. Father deserves the applause as mother.

Most peoples impression about a father comes from a classic article they

learned in primary school. The article described a traditional father sent his

son to school at the station. When the boy saw his fathers back, he felt so

touched. The essay has been read by generations and they know a father’s way to

show love.

Unlike the western countries, where people show love by kiss and hug, the

children are educated to show their love openly, Chinese way to show love are

much invisible. Many people feel hard to speak out the word love. For the young

parents, they start to make some change. They express their emotion bravely.

Love needs to be spoken out. We should let our parents to know we love them

every day.
