I made a decision today. Becuase I often lose my confidence, I decide tell

myself ‘go’ in front of mirror after getting up every day. I believe this will

现在已是暑假，可也许这个时候，比快期末是更难熬。

没有了同学们的友情，反而多了一些对生活的怨恨;没有了暑假本应有的轻松快乐，反而多了一些繁忙。突然很怀念上学期间的.那段日子，虽然辛苦，却很充实。不像现在，尽管很悠闲，却很乏味，很空虚，没有了对暑假的憧憬，有的只是对上学期间的留念。

突然就对休息没有了兴趣，对于不补课这件事已没有了一开始的兴趣，反而开始期望着补课。

不知道是什么让我这样低落，这样低沉，低到了对玩没有任何兴趣。总以为自己患上了抑郁+自闭症，可真正快乐时又是那么的开朗。

经常站在窗台边听着歌，发着呆，看着窗外的风景，想着和同学们在一起的快乐日子。

我觉得自己自从进入初中后就变了，不知道是因为小学生活的逝去，还是对中学的敏感，或是长大了就必须经历。我很苦恼，为什么?

不再像小学时那般认真，不再像小学时那般天真，也不再像小学时与同学们(包括男生女生)快乐。到了初中，觉得自己变得疏懒，变得成熟，与男同学相处也有了距离，哪怕是和自己玩得的男生，也不能真正交心，似乎被一种对于我们这个年龄最忌讳的感情所牵制，连打篮球时也没有了真正的快乐。特别是5月份发生的一件事更让我迷蒙、混乱，整天都很郁闷。

对于女生，也没有的小学的真诚。总认为她们心计太重，现在才发现是自己顾虑太多。可是，女生之间还是有隔阂，除了几个玩得特别好的以外，觉得大家都不能交心。

大家都认为我是一个很好相处的人，认为我人缘很好，不管男生女生都和我玩得好，可在这众多的朋友之间，又有谁能真正读懂我的心。

I went to school at 8am today, my class - the afternoon session starts at

1.10pm, though. I went there early just because of my classmate _X (name), he

invited me to go school by bus with him. Ive never try taking a bus to go to

school, mom send me to school every day and it was a new experience for me this

morning. It was fun.

我很喜欢旅游，今年寒假我去了无锡，上海，乌镇和周庄，真正领略了它们的美丽。乌镇是我十分喜欢的地方，它是那么幽静，那么有风韵，让人爱不释手。

它和周庄有很大的区别，虽然都是“小桥，流水，人家‘‘的风格，但是乌镇的幽静是周庄无法可比的。乌镇没有周庄那么热闹，那么喧闹，但是它温雅的风格却是一大风景。

听着周庄的唱调，让我仿佛置身于古老江南的龙船上，一阵一阵地敲打我的心房。没有什么嘈杂的声音，只有那甜美的船调。这就是沈万三的家乡——周庄。美丽的小河，古老而又不失风范的老桥，守护着这一方美丽的土地。

如今的无锡，让我不得不赞美它，美丽的夜景虽比不上上海，但它也是内地十大魅力城市哦。它的魅力还在它周围的那些景物。例如：蠡园，三国城，水浒城和唐城。

美好的假日——噢，可以去泡书店了!一想到这里，我就好像脚上绑了弹簧似的，开心得怎么也坐不住。

走在宽阔的大道上，我边走边想：那本书放在什么地方?课外读物类!最靠近儿童读物的一排，不错!可是我又停下了脚步，为什么呢?因为我忘记读到哪里了。没关系，我可以重新看嘛!想到这，我才从容地走进书店。

我在书店里迫不及待地跑到课外读物类书架旁，我的眼睛急切地在书架上寻找着。噢，在这呢!我飞快地捧起书，坐在台阶上津津有味地看起来。一个小时，两个小时，三个小时……我像一匹饥饿的狼，贪婪地读着。书像一叶扁舟，把我带进知识的海洋中;书像一位朋友，带给我寂寞中的快乐，让我在阅读的同时得到快乐与知识。

有时我还会遇上一些同学，有时我在书店里可以看得如痴如醉，同时也忘记了一天的安排，把所有事全忘了!那是书的吸引力。

有一次，我见到一本《海底两万里》，我绝对不放弃这个机会。眼看要看完了，可是老妈要我回家了，可是我依然一动不动，以惊人的速度看着。但我听见“老爸在下面等着呢!”我吓了一跳，不要再呆了!我只好恋恋不舍地把书放了回去。“如果可以再看完几本就好了!”

美好的假日真愉快!这是一个快乐的假日，如果我每天都在书店就好了，那样，我天天都能在书海中享受了!

lifestyle.

As implied in the name, “low-carbon” lifestyle is a kind of new pattern of

lifestyle which aims to lowering the carbon dioxide emission in living as much

as possible. For example, some office workers are not proud of driving private

cars from work to home any more but pride themselves on riding or taking public

transportation. In addition, they advocate recycling water and saving energy as

much as they can.

As college students, we also make some contribution in our daily life to

reduce the emission of the carbon dioxide. For example, switch off the light

when leaving and save water. In addition, we should use our knowledge and action

to arouse others’ concern about the importance of lowering emission of carbon

dioxide and lead them to lead a “low-carbon” life.

This is the first diary I’m writing in the youth summer camp.

Everything is new to me, new class, new teachers and new classmates. My

Compared to my school, Zhejiang University seems so big that it takes us a

few minutes to commute between the classroom and cafeteria.

一切对我来说都是新鲜的，新的班级，新的老师和新的同学。我的同学都是好学生，他们英语讲得很好。我想我可以从他们身上学到很多，我可以和他们交朋友。

这位来自中国的老师讲课时感慨万千。她的课很有趣。令我惊讶的是，我们的外教汉语讲得很好，但在我看来，她的课有点无聊。她本该让全班更活跃。

与我的学校相比，浙江大学似乎太大了，我们从教室到食堂之间要花上几分钟的时间。

The Spring Festival is the most important festival in China. People usually

decorate the doors and windows with red papercuts. becouse red means good luck.

People usually clean house too. becouse they want to sweep away bad luck.

Children can get some new clothes or presents from their parents and

grandparents. On New Years Eve,family always have a big dinner. Everybody are

watch TV and talk. In the midnight,there usually fairworks. On New Years

Day,people usually put on their new clothes and visit their femily and friends.

They usually say:"Happy New Years Day. " The Spring Festival finishes at the

Lantern Festival after two weeks. People usually eat a kind of rice dumpling

called yuanxiao. It can take people good luck all the year round.

这一个周末，我和我的爸爸去漳州南靖县看土楼去喽!

汽车在盘山公路上爬行，两边的坡地和小溪旁，土楼星星点点的，一座，两座，到处都是，好像进入了一个土楼王国!突然，车子一个急转弯下坡，一个庞大的土楼群蓦地展现在我们面前，全车的人都不禁叫了出来，太壮观了!

这就是著名的田螺坑土楼群。大巴刚刚停下来，我便迫不及待得冲入了土楼!哇!里面密密麻麻都是参观的人，6层高的的土楼耸立在大地上。楼内一层，小贩的叫卖声此起彼伏，桌面上摆满土楼特产。

我一口气冲上了顶楼，透过窗户眺望远处。一看，外面有着庞大的土楼群，金黄色的稻田在微风中翻滚着，犹如一个个欢快的孩子!绿油油的青草地和大山在远处层层叠叠得掩映，好像慈祥的母亲带着慈爱的眼光看着这一片土楼里安居乐业的人们!土楼里面用木头建造一个个大小整齐的房间，每个房间里都住着一个洋溢着幸福笑容的家庭。

当你走近看的时候你会觉得这些土楼围城一圈就像一个庞大的家庭，远远地望去又像蜗牛的壳卧倒在地上，真有意思。这田，这山，这树，这人构成了一派人与自然和谐的景象!

导游为我们介绍：田螺坑土楼群的四圆一方楼是采用了2：3，3：5，5：8的黄金比例建造而成的。村民们建造土楼是沿用了上一代的经验，就地取材用本地最常见的红土一层一层地把房子建造起来的，在不经意间就创造了这个世界瞩目的奇迹!这足以证明劳动人民闪闪发光的智慧!

欢乐的时间总是走得最快的，转眼导游就催我们回程了。我和爸爸依依不舍地离开了田螺坑土楼群。这个景点体现了一个民族团结的精神，也是中华民族的瑰宝，我们都有责任保护它，让它一代代地传承下去!

嗨各位，我叫唐沐童。大家都说我有一个童趣的名字我也很高兴

“叮铃铃，叮铃铃。”闹钟先生用力的敲着他的身体催着我起床我睡眼朦胧看了看闹钟，呀。6：50分了，我急忙从床上跳起来马马虎虎的刷好牙洗好脸没来得及吃早餐就叼着面包背上书包穿好鞋走了出去。到了车站我可急了一辆一辆车都堆满了人，我也很想挤上去可是老师说不要做很多人的公交车。没办法我只好等等等。看着秒针带着分针一分一秒的走过眼看就快7：10分了终于来了一辆宽敞又少人的车我拿出学生卡在那里‘滴’了一身坐上了座位。

终于到了，可是看看闹钟已经7：20了我赶忙跑进学校，呼呼呼。还好老师还没来人也没有这么多我回到座位上拿出书来读。突然我感到我的头好痛。原来是我后面的男同学拉了我的头发一下我真是气死了，痛死了诶。于是我伸手大力打了一下他“别拉了”说着我有点了点头把头发重新扎了一遍，心想：唉哟，今天心情本来就不好干嘛又来惹我，这群男生这是没事找事做!老师来了我们便开始早读了。

下课了，我准备好书本拿出所有作业交作业去咯~~语文课代表来检查预习的时候我连忙说：“诶诶诶!我预习了啊”于是我笑了笑拿出预习本来给语文课代表检查我可高兴了捏。哇塞，一次交作业就让我心情变那么好真是神奇呀神奇。

今天就到这啦我去洗澡了。

今年的元旦是个风和日丽、阳光明媚的好日子，我们全家决定去游玩古镇—————锦溪。

我怀着激动的心情，随着拥挤的人流，踩着青石板一步一步地走进了一条热闹的小巷，只见两边用青砖砌起的店铺，门窗上雕刻着精美的图案，显得格外古老。店铺里有的卖麦芽糖、茶叶蛋、桂花糕等风味小吃，有的在卖花式小包、蚕丝被、珍珠粉和一些小挂件。琳琅满目的特色商品看得我目不暇接。这时，一只可爱的小乌龟映入了我的眼帘：只见它那绿色的背壳上驮着一只小乌龟，假如把它放入水中，它的四肢会不由自主地划动，投也一伸一伸的，好像是高兴地背着小乌龟要出去晒太阳。我太喜欢他了，便央求妈妈帮我买下来，可爱的小乌龟终于可以在我的手里欢快地舞动着四肢了。

逛了一会，我们都觉得有点累了，便找了个靠近河边的小亭子坐下来歇歇脚。前面不时飘来一阵独具水乡特色的船歌，只见一条小船向我们悠悠的驶来。船身是棕色的，船上圆弧形的凉棚下坐满了游客。船尾一位上了年纪的阿婆正一边轻快地划着船，一边唱着愉快的船歌，为游客们增添乐趣。

出了小巷，穿过一条窄窄的走廊，前面突然开阔起来，一阵紧密的锣鼓声，把我的视线喜迎到了广场中央，看见一群穿着花花绿绿衣服的阿婆正在舞动着一条五、六米长的巨龙，只见那条巨龙左右盘旋、上下飞舞，真像腾云驾雾一般。等我跑过去想近点观看的时候，锣鼓声停了下来，表演也嘎然而止，真后悔刚才休息得太久了。我悄悄地挤到跟前，刚才还活灵活现的龙现在怎么一动不动地趴在那里，变得死气沉沉的呢？刚才表演的阿婆们正在一边擦着脸上的汗水，看样子她们很累，但还洋溢着满脸的笑容，正叽叽喳喳得相互嬉闹着。

古镇的小河、小巷令我流连忘返，古镇上的人们也充满了生机。

我从不喝茶，却爱伏在桌上看一片片有色的茶叶在水中舞蹈……最后跌落杯底。闻着淡淡的茶香，看着杯中水的颜色越来越深，似乎看到生活如茶叶般在我思绪的温水里轻扬……

闲适与快乐的时光，如同茶叶的舞蹈。

翻阅自己喜欢的书籍，和作者做心灵的沟通，收获满足与感悟。拥有青春的日子里，古怪又可爱的想法闪光着智慧的火花，记录着思想的花朵，朵朵明朗。也有时倚在窗边，抬头望浅蓝的天空和大朵大朵的云，令人向往。插着耳朵把声音放得很小，然后闭着眼，专注享受。

安静反思的日子里，就像跌落茶杯的茶叶。

十八岁生日那天，姐姐淡淡的说：“happy birthday!”平静的令我吃惊。她说：“成长是你快乐的事情，它必须付出代价。就像毛毛虫蜕皮一样，虽然经历艰辛的痛楚，但终究会变成美丽的蝶。”我承认生活需要挫折，这样才有更美的风景。进入大学之后，竞选、竞争都并不太如人意，失落感漫上心头，同时我也沉淀了浮躁，安静的开始下一段旅程。

或许只是一个礼貌的微笑，一句温柔的提醒，一次简单的问候。琐碎的感动却承载着满满的幸福与收获。旧日的好友还联系着，常常收到朋友们关心或祝福的短信，或许只是简单的言语，但无比真诚。每一条短信都保存着，每一次读到都很温暖。

逐渐深厚的色彩，见证了一路成长。成长的道路曲折着，一路走来很辛苦，但蓦然回首，却发现始终向前。生活在经验的积累中逐渐丰富，只期待着以后日子里能够更精彩。

手捧茶杯，像捧着生活。我轻轻抿一口茶，在苦涩与幽香中，更深切的品味生活。

When i was in high school, I had to study all the time and hardly had spare

time to do what i wanted to.Besides, I had to focus on my textbooks and doing

exercise again and again. Therefore, I had little time to read magazines and

novels and watch TV. what was worse, I couldnt play with my friends a lot, which

I couldnt stand the most. In a word, all i did in high shool should be

considered for the College Entrance Examination.

However, my college life is totally different from the life in high

school.I can arrange my time freely. I spend most of my time reading in the

library, where I can open my eyes and broaden my mind.In my free time, I also

join some clubs,where i can make a lot of friends of different majors. My

teachers in college are so kind and knowledgeable that they not only teach us

knowledge but also how to be a person and how to get on with others. In

addition, there are more opportunities for me to improve myself.

I believe college life is an important stage in my life. In college, i can

learn how to learn by myself, how to get on with others, how to live

independently.College provides me with a stage where i can show myself and be

myself.

We have been in Zhejiang University for 3 days. Though we still need to

have classes, we feel relaxed and the life here is quite different from my

precious school life.

When we are at school, we are always busy reading and writing, but now we

mainly need to speak, speak loudly and well, with self-confidence. Maybe it’s a

chance for me to learn English ina different way.

For the first time, I was told that I can ask the teacher a queation. I was

very nervous. But now I never feel nervious because I know I must take any

chances to speak English. It’s important for learning English well. Just speak,

you can speak very well. I always tell myself like that.

This afternoon, when my mother looked at my figure, I called me to go to sports and go to the company club to play badminton. Today is Sunday, all of the people have a holiday, everyone squeezed into the court to play. Strangely, only two badminton courts were crowded. Table tennis table no one, waiting for badminton people still full of it! People who play badminton do not want to go, we have to go to the tennis court to play. 今天是大年初二，我们全家去了外婆家，刚到门口，一看，有很多摩托车和自行车，我想进了屋，一看吓一跳，里面有大舅大舅妈、舅老爷……屋里还有我不认识的人，我先给认识的人拜了年，然后又问问外婆那个叔叔是谁，外婆说：“按理说，你应该叫他大舅。”我就向他拜了年，就去二舅家找堂妹玩去了，我们玩了一下午，就去外婆吃饭了。

进了屋，看见人更多了，妈妈说我们待会再吃，可我的肚子都饿扁了，饿的咕噜咕噜直叫，气得我和堂妹去了她家。

到了堂妹家，堂姐让我们先吃个苹果，垫垫底，我们刚吃到一半，妈妈来了，让我们回去吃饭，我们气都给气饱了，就吃点菜，饭一口没吃，就在炕上玩，妈妈说另我们去抓黄土娘，可是妈妈说话不算数，让堂姐领我们去，堂姐不领我们，就让我们去堂妹家里玩!

到了家，“天阳姐，我们边玩边吃糖吧!”堂妹说。“好啊!”我说。接着，我们就玩了起来，过了一会儿，爸爸、二舅、舅老爷、大舅进屋了，“玩三打一吧!”“行。”其他人说。“薇薇，咱家的扑克牌呢?”二舅说。“不是你给扔了吗，我再去买一副吧!”堂姐说。“别去了，还是你三奶奶家借一副吧!”二舅说。很快，堂姐回来了，他们就玩了起来，他们玩到一半，我就说：“爸，输多少钱了?“这还能输多点钱，玩一天也输不了100元!”

到了晚上，三舅、爸爸、二舅、老爷……又喝了很多酒，妈妈说在外婆家睡不着，他们又不让走，妈妈就告诉我她做车要走了，我不要妈妈走，她自己偷偷的走了，幸好堂妹眼睛好使，把妈妈给追了回来，他们就在那停着，我告诉妈妈，我和她一起走，我戴好帽子……和妈妈一起走了。

走到半道，二舅妈追来了，她们左推右推，非要给我们找车，妈妈说不用了，后来，妈妈打了电话，二舅妈才肯回家!

Nowadays, environmental pollution is very common. Resource waste is also

seen everywhere. In order to protect the environment, to protect our earth, we

need to live a low-carbon life. I usually go to school on foot, sometimes by

bike. If I need to go to the other city, I will choose the public transportation

and not ask my parents drive me there. If I am the last one to leave classroom

or home, I will make sure all the lights are off. I always will save the water

after washing clothes. And then use it to wash the toilet. Our earth is in our

own hands.

Time spent at a university is a most worthwhile period in a young persons

life. This is a time when a student begins to form his or her ideas about life

in general. Attending classes and studying in the library keep a student busy

Campus life can also be rich and colorful. Most universities offer a

I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing

basketball is always my favourite,so some of my classmates and I will form a

small team and play basketball together.Sometimes we may have a match against

some other teams and I do enjoy the sense when we win the game.

今天的天气似乎有些坏，到处弥漫着一种昏昏欲睡的气氛。我们被其感染，都无精打采的。突然，一声震响：英语老师张老师“拖”着略肥的身材，从门口“挤”了进来。

过分的安静，似乎把张老师吓着了，走上讲台的一瞬间，只听“嘭”的一声，张老师摔倒了。张老师这一摔，把沉闷的气氛调动的活跃起来了。张老师一边“哎呦”的喊着，一边慢慢地站起来，笑嘻嘻的走到教桌前，“刚刚吓死我了”。同学们也回过神来大笑起来。

为了缓解当时的尴尬，张老师说：“同学们，老师问你们两个脑筋急转弯。”“好!”我们异口同声的回答道。“说，中华人民共有几个名.族?”我们齐声回答道：“五十六个”。“错，有五十八个。谁知道其余两个是什么。”我们都很奇怪，明明就是五十六个呀，怎么会有五十八个呢?我们只好纷纷摇头。“是‘啃老族’和‘月光族’。啃老族就是花父母钱的人，月光族是到月底钱就花光的人。”哦，我们这才恍然大悟。这真是一个搞笑的脑筋急转弯。我们屏息静气听着下一个脑筋急转弯，想着这次一定要答对。“三个金是鑫，三个水是淼，三个人是众，那三个鬼是什么?”我们马上交头接耳的讨论答案，最终我们以失败告终。“没有人知道，那我要宣布答案了，是‘救命’”。啊!我们竟然没有想到。见了三个鬼，当然要喊“救命”。张老师真是太“狡猾”了。这两个脑筋急转弯，可把我们乐坏了，之前沉闷、昏睡的状态早就抛之脑后。我们的笑声打破了整个校园的寂静。

这是一个精彩的瞬间，又是一个充满欢乐的课堂，更是一个充满活力的校园。

In China, people usually have three meal a day, they are breakfast, lunch

and supper.People usually have breakfast from seven to nine in the morning.

There are many kind of food for them to eat, such as nuddles, eggs, fried dough

sticks and soy milk. They have lunch at about twelve at noon, usually have

vegetables, meats and rice. They have a short rest after lunch. Supper is about

at six in the evening. All the family eat together, they eat the same kind of

food as the lunch. Some people like to have some fruits after the meal.
