I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .

I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2007.

I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

In July 2007, I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because Im capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.

And in August 2007,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, Id like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.

I think Im a good team player and Im a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure.

下雨了，我独自一人漫步在林间小路上，贪梦地呼吸着这清新的空气。啊！好美！可这美好又会停留多久？我不禁担心起来。

地球是我们唯一的家园。人类对地球母亲无休止的索取，使得本来可以长生不老，一代又一代的繁衍下去的她现如今已逐步走向衰老，走向死亡。地球母亲的巨大变化。可以肯定地说是我们一手造成的。

由于她的无私奉献，不求回报。她的孩子们便开始变本加利的索取了。可是她还是不出声不反抗。但你看她已经开始愤怒了。那爆发的火山，是她内心的呐喊；那频繁的地震是她气得发抖的表现，那无情的水污染则是她哭泣的泪水。可是她的儿女——人类，你们都感觉到了吗？请不要无情的说：“没关系，不会有事的！”因为这只会让她更加伤心的哭泣。我喜欢水，因为它的纯净，自然，它是那么纯洁，那么简单明了。但现在它学会了报复人类，使人们没有可以饮用的水。而这一切的一切都是因为人类的贪婪。所以如果我们停止贪婪，一切都将变得美好。这样地球母亲也不会再“流泪”了。

请不要这样天真的认为，“我只扔一个小垃圾，没关系的，地球这么大，多这么一个小垃圾没什么。”但是地球上居住着几十亿的人口，如果说我们每个人都这样想，每个人都扔一个这样的小垃圾，那地球会变成什么样？试想，如果每天每一个人都扔这样一个小垃圾，那么几天后，人类岂不是生活在垃圾堆上了。反之，如果我们每天都从地上捡起一个小垃圾，那么几天后，地球又会变成什么样？

“勿以恶小而为之，勿以善小而不为。”我们是跨世纪的学子，理应担负起保护国家的重任。切记“地球只有一个。”她的资源也并非是取之不尽，用之不竭的。所以我们应克服内心的贪婪，适度的向地球索取，一人之力微不足道，众人合力则泰山可移。只要我们每个人都能自觉提高环保的意识，我相信，被破坏的环境会一天天好起来的。

首先，化妆师们整治的对象还是地球那“郁郁葱葱”的毛发。他们认为头发过多会影响视觉效果，再者地球的毛发是很好的建筑材料，于是，他们想出了一个一箭双雕的办法，那就是给地球理一个碎发，越碎越好，有可理出一个碎得不能再碎的发型——“三毛”。若是一不小心将那三根毛弄掉的话，就可能变成“濯濯童山”了。所以说，化妆师们也不知道地球是否有可能被他们理成光头。他们接受记者采访时却说：“我们的目的是让她的发型变得前卫，怎么会给她理光头呢？”为了获取大量的木材，为了让地球的发型更加前卫，他们立马破土动工。殊不知，按他们的计划发展下去，地球变成一个大光头将成为必然。 于是，他们请来了很多的伐木工人和搬运工，将伐好的树木全都搬往他们已经规划好的地方进行建房大行动。当一幢幢楼房拔地而起时，地球确实变得越来越美丽，发型也变得越来越前卫了，化妆师们也越来越感觉到自己的伟大。

他们认为他们大胆的设计是成功的。于是他们让伐木工人进行掠夺性的开发，让建筑师们疯狂地建房。本来生活得悠闲自在的地球不再觉得自己活得轻松。机器们没日没夜的吼叫让地球感到心烦意乱，建筑时飞扬的尘土让地球喘不过气来。于是，地球开始悲伤，开始流泪，泪水淹没了很多的城市。但化妆师们不理会这些，他们只是一个劲地干他们的。他们不但要给地球理头发，做衣服，还要给她“涂脂抹粉”。本来碧蓝剔透的脸蛋，被他们的脂粉一弄，变得浑浊粗糙起来。不仅如此，他们还给她抹上一层厚厚的油彩。地球并没有因为他们的打扮变得更加美丽，相反，还失去了以前的清醇。她再也忍受不了了，她开始发怒，她呼啸，她流泪。当化妆师们被地球的泪水冲到老远时，他们才明白她们给地球的妆太浓了，浓得让地球快要停止呼吸。他们意识到他们不是在装扮地球，而是在折磨地球，并且他们并未使地球因他们的存在而焕发出更迷人的色彩。

如果有垃圾扔在地上我么应该捡起来，难道弯腰拾起一个垃圾就那么难吗?如果世界上的每一个人都建起一个垃圾，那么至少能造一个美丽的风景，而人们却恰恰不愿意当这个美丽风景的主人公。

美好的环境对我们的身体有很大的帮助，而且还可以让我们的心情放松，让学生能认真听讲，提高学习成绩。这么两全其美的事情，我们有何乐而不为呢?

小行星们都对我说：“放弃吧!在这个宇宙里，只有行星才配存在，像你这样的小不点是没有办法活下去的，还不如和我一样，撞上一个大行星，结束一切呢!”

说完，他就撞在了我的表面，直接气化，成为一片尘埃。

不!我想谁都可以存活下去。命运掌握在自己手里，我命由我不由天!

愤怒让我的内心更加活跃，地心引力把凹凸不平的悬崖修整为了较圆的球状，活跃的内部与巨大的磁场让我束缚住了空气，形成了大气层。地球上最早的液体——岩浆，也在地表形成了。

通过学习《只有一个地球》和《宇宙生命之谜》这两篇文章，我知道地球的资源正被人类逐年破坏！包括：森林资源的破坏、水资源的破坏、矿产资源的破坏及大气资源的破坏等。如果人类在破坏下去，我们将别无去处。为了保护我们可爱的地球，我设计了一套保护地球资源的方案：

（1）大量植树造林，绿化荒山，保护植被。

（2）保护水资源，各类工厂排放的污水需经过处理才可排放，并且节约用水。

（3）有节制的开采矿产资源。

（4）少量排放汽车尾气，保护大气层，防止紫外线侵入。

（5）合理利用，开发土地资源。

作为少先队员，我们更应该节约用水、爱护身边的花草树木，保护生态平衡，使我们可爱的地球，千秋万世，运转不听，造福于人类，造福于我们的子孙后代。
