Despite I’ve not in my childhood yet, I still prefer reading fairy-tale stories. The tales, which accompany with me in my old days, often make me think of some precious experience and sensation which only belong to children. As many other fairy-tales, the outline of The Little Prince is not very complex. “I”, the narrator of the story, is a pilot whose plane has something wrong and lands in the Sahara. The little prince has escaped from his tiny planet, because he has some quarrel with a rose, which grows on his planet. On his all-alone journey, the little prince meets different kinds of people, which includes a king, a conceited man, a tippler, a businessman, a lamplighter and a geographer. From these people he gets a conclusion that the grown-ups are very odd. Following the instruction of the geographer, he descends in the Sahara, on the earth.

Traveling on the earth, the little prince, who sees a garden of five-thousand roses, is overcome with astonishment and sadness, as he considers his rose is unique in the universe before. At that time a fox appears. The fox, who tell the little prince about the meaning of the word “tame”, becomes his new friend. At the time to say farewell, the fox makes him know that his rose is unique because she is his rose and tamed by him. From that the little prince begins to treasure friendship and be responsible to his rose.

At the anniversary day of his descent of the earth, rejecting the pilot’s advice, he goes back to his own planet by bite of a snake. “It’s too far. I can not carry this body with me. It’s too heavy.” he said. He tells his friend, the pilot, he must be responsible for his rose, so he has to go back. At the end the author doesn’t tell us the ending directly. Maybe it’s more significant for us to imagine, and for more, think over.

One of the important characters is the rose. Growing on the planet, she is very beautiful, but her coquetry and vanity suffer the little prince a lot. In spite of they love each other, he soon becomes unhappy. On the time of his departure, he just knows she certainly loves him. The character of the little prince actually represents the children, and their native thoughts and deeds. On the contrary, the inhabitants on the other planets, such as the king, the businessman and the conceited man, they also reflect the defects in the grown-up’s world. The real theme of this fairy-tale with a little sadness, I guess, is the consequence of pure love and friendship in our lives, but not others “matters of consequence” of the grown-ups.

I read the Chinese version of “Camille” a few years ago. At that time I was deeply moved by the main character Marguerite Gautier. “Camille” or “The Lady of the Camellias” by Alexandre Dumas, fils, is the story of Marguerite Gautier, a young courtesan, or kept woman, in Paris in the mid 1800s, and how she falls in love with a young man, Armand Duval, and then tries to escape from her questionable past. However, happiness didn’t last for long. When M. Duval, Armands father, came to her, pleading for her to leave Armand to save both Armands reputation and that of his younger innocent sister, Marguerite saw a way to become pure of heart, if not in body. She felt that it was her duty, because she loved Armand so much, to do this even though it meant giving up her own happiness and hurting Armand temporarily. She reluctantly returned to her former life, knowing that some day Armand would forgive her. Sadly, she died in debt and basically alone, except for her one female friend, Julie Duprat, who helped her during her illness. She had her journal sent to Armand after her death, explaining why she had made the choices she had. I think Dumass last few lines about Marguerite being the exception, not the rule were quite true, and I also agreed with his view that while her lifestyle could not be condoned, we as a society assume that all of these type of women are cold and heartless, while this may not always be the case. A person can make the wrong choices in life when they are young, and try to redeem themselves, but sometimes past situations prevent them from changing their lives, even though they desperately wish to do so. This applies to both men and women in many different types of circumstances: involvement in crime; drug or alcohol abuse; gambling; prostitution; financial problems; poor marriage choices; etc. And this is the fact, which exists in the whole society.

As far as the other characters in the book, I think Marguerite was right in saying that no one truly cared about her, but only wanted something from her, the only exceptions being Armand and Julie Duprat. Of course, the Comte de G. and Comte de N. wanted her body and appearance. The Duke needed to “wake up and smell the coffee” and realize that she could never replace his dead daughter. 本学期，我将结合学校工作计划和学校教学工作计划的要求，规范常规教学，提高教学质量，努力形成自己的教学特色。

一、总体思路

以努力提高教学质量为目标，以抓好教学常规工作，提高英语合格率为重点，采用任务型教学法，注重“学困生”的教育补差工作，形成良好的教学风气。

二、学生情况分析

经过一学期的学习，从上期期末成绩来看，七年级两个班的英语成绩比较理想。平均分82分。大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差，加上两极分化十分严重。

三、教材分析

《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

掌握本册书上的重点词汇、词组以及句型。通过本学期的学习，培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，有效提高学习效率，发展双基能力;培养听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展;通过了解世界，了解不同地区的人文风俗，学会理解和尊重异国文化，并使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务，尽情享受学习的乐趣。

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，语言功能的训练。

词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。

北平，战乱，车夫，苦难，屈服，这所有的词融在一起，那就是——祥子。

对于骆驼祥子，我感到遗憾，感到惋惜，也感到无奈，但也感到敬佩。我敬佩他那乐观向上、坚持不懈的精神。只可惜最终他没有战胜自己，没能战胜社会，最终还是被打败成为了社会的累赘。对于这个社会，感到悲哀，感到痛苦，感到耻辱。祥子在社会的影响下经过三起三落成为垃圾。这个社会，在排除垃圾，却又在大量制造垃圾，这个社会又有什么本事?我只能说：这个社会是一个腐败的社会，是一个没有能力的社会。而那些促使社会腐败的人，却压迫着那些勤劳的人，那些努力的人，那些坚持不懈的人。这就是这个社会的现实：残酷、悲哀、无可奈何。

一个人，不管生活在什么样的社会，如果没有目标有理想，轻易放弃，永远报着消极的心态，不去闯，不去拼，最终只能容易失去自我，迷失方向，甚至堕落。所以，我们应该有理想，有目标，有积极向上的心态，才能立足于社会。也许只有自己树立信心才能胜过一切吧!自己必须有着目标才能打造出自己的理想、未来。这一切只有靠自己的努力!

I felt that I was deeply fascinated by it soon after I had read it.

I first read it in a summer. I did not finish it at a single sitting. However, the moment I finished it, near midnight in a sweltering August day, with my body poured with sweat, held my breath to turn the last page over, shut the book and heaved a sigh of relief, I just could not express how I felt. All were over: trouble was over; lives were over; hopes were over. I was shocked how such a small book could contain such a complicated story. Never were wars, diseases and starvation ever nakedly exposed to me like this. The turns in plots were surprising but natural.

It was a tragedy: Just as its name suggested, everything was gone with the wind, including families’ touch, friends’ support, sweethearts’ gaze and youth with vigour. The story reminds us of valuing all we were possessing. A life lasts for a short time and anything in it lasts shorter. We always lose something unconsciously and then feel regretful when we need them later.

Characters in the story were so vivid as if they had been going to jump out of the story, as if they had been existed in the real life at first.

“Land is the only thing in the world that amounts to anything, for ‘this the only thing in this world that lasts, and don’t you be forgetting it’ this the only thing worth working for, worth fighting for——worth dying for.” Said Gerald, an Irish man who loved his soil more than his own life, let us know that life can be born out of land.

“But Scarlett, did it ever occur to you that even the most deathless love could wear out? Mine wore out, against Ashley Wilkes and your insane obstinacy that makes you hold on like a bulldog to anything you think about.”

“Scarlett, I was never one to patient pick up broken fragment glue them together and tell myself that the mended whole was as good as new. What is broken is broken——and I’d rather remember it as it was at its best than mend it and see the broken places as long as I lived.” Said Rett Butler, a man who love Scalett as much as a man can love a woman. Loving her for years before he finally got her, he loved her crazily but did not let her know it for fear of being hurt. But at last he still could not escape from hurts. “My dear, I don’t give a damn.” Look, he did not care about it at all. He was a man who disguised himself so much.

“I mustn’t bawl; I mustn’t beg. I mustn’t do anything risk his contempt. He must respect me even——even if he doesn’t love me.”

“I’ll think of it all tomorrow, at Tara. I can stand it then. Tomorrow, I’ll think some way to get him back. After all, tomorrow is another day.”

Said Scalett O’hara, the most wonderful woman I’ve ever seen. She was hard and greedy and unscrupulous, a brave, frightened, bull-headed child. Though she only thought about how to attract man’s attention and did not do anything useful before the war, she did surprise me when I read about her doings after the war. At that time, her Tara was just reduced to ashes. Everyone sketched out their hands and asked her for food. She bravely faced the reality and rebuilt Tara with her own hands. What a tough woman, I thought. Though those she loved were all gone, she was still full of hope. When Rett didn’t love her anymore and wanted to leave her, she said “I mustn’t bawl… even if he doesn’t love me.” A woman’s dignity could be seen from what she have said and done. That’s why I appreciate her.

This novel gave me too much to think about and I can not fully express myself in English. It is true that reading an origin is more vivid than the translated ones. However, my English level limits me to understand the origin well without the translated. But I will work hard in order to understand better.

The novel is my treasure, forever, because I find myself in Scarlett and find the world I live in inside the story.

That’s really an excellent novel, with an ending from which you can see hope rising from despair.

人物故事非常生动的好像是要跳出故事,好像是存在于现实生活中。

这真的是一个很好的小说,结局可以看到希望从绝望。

在这次劳累而又难忘的英语节当中，我体会到了许多。

在英语课上的各种活动中，我感受到我们缺乏太多团结。一个活动中，是要“两人三足”的形式来拿东西的。这个形式，需要的就是配合，才能往返的快。可有些同学是连拖带拽的把另一个同学拉到终点再给他拽回来。这就说明我们不够团结一致。在跳蚤市场中，我发现我们的经商不是很强。有的东西太贵，没人买；有的东西太便宜，亏成本。在别人的铺子里，经常看到一些抢着买的人群。这是因为别人的价格恰到好处，有时还有赠品，别人看的上。由此可见我们的经商还是比别人差了那么一点。在寻宝活动中，我发现我们的词汇量太少，一些句子当中的单词我们根本见都没见过，可见还要多锻炼。还有一个小活动叫“连词成句”。我原本以为这些句子都会很简单的，加上我和赵君安的才华，一定能写出来。结果到我们的时候，我们拿到纸条，顿时傻了。我们竟然不会拼！无奈之下，纸条上怎么写我们就么写给它写下来。在这件事的从中我感受到了我的英语还缺乏应用，一个简单的“连词成句”给我就把我给难倒了，不过这会让我更加努力的学习英语。

在这次英语节中，我感受到了大家充分的热情和不来的经济头脑。部分收成不错，但还要继续磨练我们的英语水平。

关于古代名人故事，儿子可是没少读。不过像手中这套跨度如此悠久，从战国的孔子到清朝的林则徐这样一套专门写给儿童来读的历史故事书，我们却是刚刚得到。

此套书共25本，每个人物单本发行，制作精良，无论是封面还是内面都有精美的插图与文字相得益彰，由我国民国时期著名的大作家，安徽绩溪人章衣萍老爷爷创作。这套书经历了时光的考验，如今再版，依然有令儿童阅读的必要。

孩子们有读史的必要，众所周知，儿童时期的阅读将会奠定儿童一生的阅读基础。但读史是件艰巨的任务，我们即使是穷尽一生，也不可能将历史读尽。但如果能够碰到足够精彩的历史读物，可能将会为我们带来不一样的精彩。至今我仍然读得家中小时候的读物稀少，只有几本旧书，所以如今在心底能够有深刻记忆的仍然是那时的印象。

孩子需要广泛的阅读，有趣的有益的，各种书籍都要接触，如今这套书就是有益的。本套书通过二十五位具有典型意义的历史人物，为孩子们串起时代的一串浪花，那些个闪闪发光的名字，将让孩子看清时光中，人是如何他物历史的。也可以让孩子们在名人故事中看到一种种精神，以他们为榜样，为自己的成长方向点燃一盏盏明灯。

本书中二十五位人物，各个领域均有涉及，文学、思想、道德、战争，例如孔子、诸葛亮，王安石、文天祥、朱子、戚继光等等等等。他们都在历史的篇章上留下了重要的一页，让孩子读他们的故事，就是让孩子学会从一个人物身上看清时代的印迹。

此套书有些阅读内容稍为不符合现在的阅读习惯，这与作者的年代有关，不过如果稍加仔细，对孩子来说也不是太困难的事。每个故事对人物的一生都讲得比较详细，也应该算是比较简略吧，对于孩子们来说，这样不薄不厚的一本书，还能接受。我觉得此套书更适合十岁以上的孩子们，有了一定的阅读能力，也有了对知识的需求，对于他们的课外知识拓展阅读很有好处。太小的孩子读这套书，可能就更需要亲子共读。

而且有个小小的想法，总觉得读史的孩子很令人敬佩。试想如果一个孩子满嘴只有明星，岂不是可悲？读史以明志，其实是可以起到这个作用的。

如果在我们面前有一个不透光的箱子，我说里面住着两只可爱的小白兔，你们信吗?如果我说这两只小白兔在一起吃青草，你能想象它们的姿势吗?如果我说这两只小白兔可爱的睡着了，你能感受到温馨吗?可能你们嘲笑我，我相信小孩子们能看到兔子、能想象出兔子吃草的样子，能感受到它们睡样的可爱。 如果我用肯定的语气说箱子里有一百万，你会怀疑并惊奇地说：真的，假的?哪来的?打开看看。 也许随着年龄的增长我们的心灵已不在美，但我相信我们曾经都是孩子，都是小王子。 也许我们的心灵失去了想象的美，忘了我们心中还有一片神秘园，那里开着鲜花，逸着芬香。 也许我们真的走的太远，忘了为什么而出发。但我相信我们渴望着心的温暖，幸福永远是那简单的符号! 我读完后，心中有些忧伤，我亲吻着这本书，将书抱在怀里，我的心中获得一份温暖!小王子，I love you the little prince

“Animals deserve our kindness, sympathy and understanding,” that is what Anna Sewell－the author of Black Beauty－wanted to convince her readers. Thanks to Sewell, I now think about the animal－human relationship from both the human and the animal’s point of view.

The inspiration for Anna Sewell’s novel was drawn from her own relationship with horses. Anna Sewell was born on March 20th, 1820 in Norfolk, England and was crippled while still very young. Due to her disability, she relied on horse-drawn carriages and grew to love horses as a result. She also became appalled by the careless and cruel treatment horses often received from humans and determined to write a book.. In the second year of work on the book, she was told that she had only eighteen months to live, but she persevered in order “to induce kindness, sympathy and an understanding [of the ] treatment of horses.” Five years later, she was still working on Black Beauty, her only book. Unfortunately, Sewell died a few months after publication and never learned of the book’s huge success. Black Beauty formed an impassioned plea for animal rights at a time when such a notion had been dismissed as ridiculous.

The novel portrayed the real condition of working horses living in Britain during the Victorian Era. In that time period, the wealthy thought that their horses were treated well because they never stepped into the stable. In order to call people’s attention to horses’ hard life, Sewell tells the story through the first-person narrative voice of a horse. This innovative personification of an animal made the book a real success. Readers heard the stories straight from the horse’s mouth, literally, as an animal spoke of extremes of joy and suffering. People were shocked by the truth exposed by the novel and changed their attitudes towards animals.

Sewell formed the novel with three kinds of characters: Black Beauty, Ginger and other farm animals. Through their different experiences, I saw similarly painful lives led by the animals. This method made the earnest appeal for animal rights become more and more persuasive.

As a domestic animal, Black Beauty was continuously sold from one family to another. Over the years Beauty enjoyed good masters but also endured mean ones. Sometimes, he was cared for and at other times tortured. In the end, everything turns out all right in a story that is so tender and yet meaningful. His story was so vivid that caught the readers’ heart. The novel brought people laughter and tears and also enlightened them to understand animals at the same time.

Animals cannot speak so understanding is significant to them. Once, for example, Beauty was drawing the carriage to a wooden bridge. The bridge was flooded out in the river and John, the groom, was not aware that it was cracked. But the quickly realized that something was wrong because of Beauty’s abnormal behavior. Momentarily, a man shouted to them, “Stop! Stop!…The bridge is broken in the middle. If you come across, you’ll fall in the river!” Beauty had saved John. However, if John had not tried to understand what Beauty wanted to tell him, there would definitely have been an accident. I learnt from the story that understanding animals is not only essential to them but is also beneficial to us ourselves.

《卖火柴的小女孩》是丹麦作家安徒生写的，写得很好。书中语言很优美，有好多好词好句，尤其是在描写下雪天的雪花。

这个故事讲的是从前有一个可怜的小女孩，他家里很穷他没有妈妈，他爸爸对她很凶恶，天气很冷她还要光着脚丫到大街上去卖火柴，脚都冻青了。

现在我很幸福，因为爸爸妈妈都很爱我，也都很关心我，我要珍惜现在的生活。姐姐、哥哥也都很爱我。我也要关心爸爸、妈妈，比如说好好学习、认真听课、注意做题方法、听妈妈的话和好好吃饭。

With the development of our society， energy in the world bees more and more

limited， so it is quite important for us to save energy and to protect our

environment。 As a student， there are a lot of methods we can do to save energy

今天，我读了《假如给我三天光明》这部书，被海伦凯勒的不屈不挠的精神所感动。

这本书讲述了海伦凯勒坎坷的一生。海伦凯勒小时候因为一场疾病而失聪失明，她着惊人的毅力，不屈不挠的精神，在莎莉文老师的帮助下，一次又一次克服了一个又一个令人难以想象的困难，接受了命运的挑战，最终取得了辉煌的成就，震撼了全世界。

其中令我印象最深刻的是《〈霜王〉事件》这篇文章。这篇文章主要写了海伦.凯勒了的一篇题目为〈〈霜王〉〉的小说发表在柏金斯盲人学校校刊上，有人发现海伦.凯勒写的〈〈霜王〉〉和玛格丽特尔小姐写的〈〈霜仙〉〉极其相似。许多人都指责和莎莉文窃康贝尔小姐的小说，经过查证，海伦是无意中不小心抄袭的。经历了这种事后，海伦对写作失去了信心，开始怀疑自己。后来，在莎莉文老师的鼓励下，海伦恢复了往昔的自信，重新开始写作。

这篇文章中给我印象最深刻是海伦说的一句话：“过了一段时间，逐渐摆脱一段不愉快的经历给我投下了阴影。我小心谨慎，但却不屈不挠的写下去。”〈〈假如给我三天光明〉〉这本书让我受益非浅，我们应该以海伦为榜样，向她学习，做一个生命的强者。

Several years ago,from joyo,I bought the book "the kite runner" which ranked first on best sellers volume.First reading the book,I was totally moved and even cried for the sad story.This year,I knew it has been adapted into a movie.After seeing the movie,I read again this book and gained some new views.

The novel begins a story about two boys.Amir is born in a rich family.Hassan is his servant as well as close friend.They both lose mother from birth and grow up like brothers.Hassan is very loyal to Amiar,but Amiar sells him.Many years later,Amir has settled down in America for years and established a family,but Hassan died for protecting Amirs luxury house in Afghanistan and leave an orphan.Accidentally,Amir gets to know a big secret and decides to atone for his crime that hound around him from childhood.

Reading it again,most of my original views has changed.

At the first place,I have a feeling of being cheated by the writer.The novel first attracted me before because it set its plot in a special environment---Afghanistan which even I often got news about from TV and newspaper,I knew the country utterly ignorant except wars and terrorism.So I wanted to understand more about the calamitous country.However,I am disappointed by the novel which just use a special background environment to tell a so-called travel of human nature .The theme of the novel should be atonement if it was taken off flowery coat.Bad gay like Amir and and good gay like Hassan,adding some the present best sellers polular elements like bastard,forming the main contents. In fact,the kite runner impressed me deeply and it just depends on sensational words.Besides,what makes me most dislike is that the writer,an Afghan-American,contorted some political elements for American advantages.The history background only make the affair of Russia invading and Taliban dictators go into particulars,but not mention Americas ignominious role in this politics.Why Taliban dictators are so unruly?Why Russia invaded Afghanistan in 1979?Why Afghan people still live in poor condition nowadays?America,a main actor is disposed of in this novel.

At the second place,the characters all serve to a tacky theme-atonement and birth secrects.When the birth secrects are exposed,the atonement travel begins.When the atonement finishes,the story finishes.

I even feel I am wrapped around the American medias little finger.Many celebrities and book concerns writed good comments,which helped it ranke first on sales volume for several times and made readers think it must get widely praised and then bought it without doubt finally.

Though I think the disadvantages are more than advatages,compared with the back atonement part,I like the front part that describes the pure friendship and innocent childhood between two boys.The description about the culture of kite in Afghanistan is excellent.

As a first book of the writer,it is resonable that the novel has some deficiencies.I hope his next and next works can more and more perfect.

这是一本来自几百年前人写的书，从实质意义上来讲，经历过岁月的洗礼，时间的考验，好书是不言而喻。对我个人阅读史来讲，这也极具有非凡的意义，这是我主动阅读完古人写的书籍，这是我读过距离我这个时代最久远的作者所写，仿佛通过书籍文字，在时间的长河与之对话，倾听其故事。

纵观我自己的阅读史，从数据量来看，主要读当代、现代作家所写的书，最近更是倾向于读处于自己这个时代人写的书，对胃口、紧贴当下社会，文字风格也是很习惯的，阅读障碍难度上小很多很多。然而，当尝试阅读完《红楼梦》，一路读来是不顺畅是磕磕碰碰，有时惊讶有时茫然有时不解，更多羞愧于自己的文学功底。现在想来，阅读需要这样去挑战自己的非舒适区，那样收获会更多元化，会更丰富。

《红楼梦》前八十回，甚是喜欢，后四十回，结局的处理，以及很多人物的结局，总感觉没处理好，有表面却没灵气般，索然无味。

《红楼梦》这本书，我注定会尝试多读几遍，这本书的阅读，还仅仅只是开始。
