When I heard the name of this novel, I thought it was a horror fiction. But after reading it , I find it is a interesting story.

In the novel, dead man’s island was a funny island; there was a dead man living there. The heroine---Carol Sanders started to abandon herself to taking drugs after her father’s death. Her mother took her to a new place to help her forget the past. They came to London. There her mother got a job which took them to the dead man’s island. In fact , it’s a small private island in Scotland. The owner of the island is Mr. Ross.

Everything went well. But Carol Sander found something strange: Never took photographs of Mr. Ross and there is a strange room locked.

Why did Mrs. Ross have so much money to buy a island? Why can’t take photographs of Ms. Ross? Why did Mr. Ross have a room locked?

It’s really absorbing. I want to get all the answers.

In fact, there was a big secret about this island. Mr. Ross was a pop singer in the past. His real name is Jack Rosso. He had taken drugs and killed a young girl when he was a singer. He wanted to forget the past; he wanted to have a new life. So he bought a island to hide his secret. The other people on this island are his family. After reading this novel,I learned something about how British classical upper-class behaved and their standards of choosing spouse.Even in the same family,they had various thoughts about marriage.Jane and Lizzy wanted to marry someone they really loved,while Lydia and Kitty preferred to find someone funny.Their parents thought highly of family wealth,and the young thought it less important.However,most of them still had a ranking sense.They wanted to marry someone with similar fortune,similar social position.

I love this story and enjoy reading it.

暑假里老师给我们推荐了一本叫《父与子》的书。一看到书的标题我心里很纳闷，是不是老师弄错书名了，平时老师都叫我们看的都是名著或散文这一类的。这次破天荒怎么叫我们看一本漫画书。但转眼又暗喜，还真的谢谢老师推荐这么好的书。因为这是一本老少皆宜的漫画书。它出自德国漫画大师埃·卜劳恩之手。

一拿到书后我被书的画面深深吸引了。虽然里面没有文字表达，但那一幅幅有趣的画面，让我更了解里面的内容。

书中描写了一个头发短胡子长幽默搞笑的父亲和一个长头发喜欢搞恶作剧淘气可爱的儿子之间发生的一系列事情。

父亲非常幽默，也有一点严格，偶尔也有一点傻傻的。儿子即淘气又可爱的有时很聪明。比如有一次儿子的作业上课时不认真听，于是作业就全部写错。之后老师就让全体家长签字，签字的目的是为了让家长知道儿子在学校的学习情况。但聪明的儿子知道如果作业拿去让父亲签名的话，肯定会被父亲骂的。于是他想了一个和父亲玩签字的游戏。规则先让对方蒙着眼睛签字，于是儿子就趁父亲签字的时侯把作业打开，这样他父亲名字就不自不觉的签在了作业本上了。而儿子也过了“家长签字鬼门关”。

这样的故事很多很多。他们很勇敢。一天晚上，他们刚刚要睡觉，结果就碰见了一个圆头鬼，鬼一看到父子俩就想去吓他们。可他们并没有被吓倒。儿子反而冲了上去，把那个鬼的踢飞了。鬼立马捡起头，然后惨败而逃。

可对我而言我就胆小多了。记得有一次我去宋城，兴冲冲的来到“鬼屋”，但在门口排了整整排了一个多小时，当轮到我进去时，我的脚好像被什么东西拴住了似的挪也梛不开。由此可见我是一个多么胆小的人。

看了这本书，我也很想做一回书中的小主人公，因为这样可以无忧无虑的和父亲玩耍还有不被因为有太多作业所困绕。而有一个快乐幸福的童年。

I had watched the TV series before, but I found that the book is much interesting. Except for the adventurous experiences, we still can learn something from this book. 书乃是人类进步的阶梯，从古至今，书一直是人们的充电机。我也是一个爱读书的孩子，在我读过的书中有一本叫作《地心游记》，它的内容非常精彩，可以说它是我小学阶段读过的众多书中最爱的书之一了。

第一次目睹《地心游记》的“芳容”是在学校的操场上。那天学校老师请同学们上台自由推荐自己最爱的书，一位男同学上台介绍了这本书，说这本书是多么的好看，主人公黎登布洛克教授是他最崇拜的人。最崇拜的人?我的好奇心被激起了，仔细地看了一下封面，书面印刷简洁醒目，橙红两色相间，上面有四个大字：“地心游记”。字上方一个红色方框内是黎登布洛克教授正在探险。他惊讶的神情让我很想知道发生了什么。我暗暗在想，回家一定要让妈妈买给我。谁知学业繁忙的我竟然把这件事忘到了九霄云外，差点与《地心游记》失之交臂。

不知过了多久，在一个星期天，妈妈带我去新华书店看书，我意外的又发现了它的踪迹。在那一堆琳琅满目的图书中，我一下就看到了《地心游记》，它不仅是新课标必读名著，还是全国优秀畅销书。我如获至宝，立刻拿起它走向妈妈，告诉她我想买这本书。妈妈翻看了简介和目录，说：“嗯，这本书还真挺好的，但是它的版本很多，我们回家上网看看在网上买是不是便宜些。”我有些失望，但想想妈妈说的也有道理，就恋恋不舍地和《地心游记》道别了。回到家里，妈妈上网搜到了这套书，但因为网上显示在世界读书日当天买书有更优惠的活动，妈妈就说等几天再买。谁知后来和我一样“贵人多忘事”的妈妈竟把买书的事给忘了。可怜的《地心游记》又再次与我“擦肩而过”!

也许我和这本书有缘分吧!一天，我不小心把后排同学桌上的一本书给碰翻了掉在了地上，我捡起来一看，竟是《地心游记》，我立即激动地叫起来!再看看我心爱的书，感觉它是多么期待被我阅读啊!这次我不敢再拖延了，立刻写了一张小纸条放在了笔袋，晚上一回家就让妈妈赶紧给我买。妈妈满怀歉意，立刻下单了。第二天放学回家，一本崭新的《地心游记》就送到了我的手中。我赶紧翻开它，细细阅读。它果然不负所望，非常精彩。黎登布洛克带着他的侄子开启了一次惊心动魄的地心历险，虽然一路上遇到许多艰难险阻，但黎登布洛克教授凭着自身的智慧和勇往直前的精神把这些困难都一一克服了，并最终回到了意大利。我读了无数遍后现在几乎能倒背如流。每当我向别人推荐它时，就会不由自主地想起得到它时的不易，就觉得倍加珍惜。

这就是我寻找最爱的书的故事，你是不是也觉得有点神奇呢!

The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupery contains a fairy tale which concludes plentiful things.The first thing we can learn from the book is the innocence of childhood and love.Although disappointed by what his roses said,the little prince still loved them.In the weiter’s opinion ,the roses stand for the pure love.

As the prince growed up,he made a decision to explore other planets and leave his hometown,a planet which just one person lived in.When travelling in the other planets,he discovered that his rose is not the only one of its kind.There are abandunt kinds of roses in the garden,but he still held the opinoion that his rose is special "because it is she that I have watered; because it is she that I have put under the glass globe; because it is she that I have sheltered behind the screen" .

When he came to the earth ,another significant character ,the fox , teached the little prince to take his own responsibility bravely . What’s more ,the fox is also the little prince’s best friend and help with his understanding of the meaning of friendship.

All the story is told by a piolet ,who is another hero in the tale and met the little prince in the Sahara .At the end of the story ,the little prince died on the Earth with the piolet.

The writer made the story from the child’s view.Actually,what the prince said is what the writer wanted to said.The theme of the story is to criticize the human beings’ drawbacks.As a alien, the little prince could see the human beings’ disadvantages clearly. In my opinion ,The Little Prince is more than a funny book written for the children.It is a kind of profound reflection of humans.Everyone finishing reading the book can form his thought in his mind. Therefore,I’m sure it is worthwhile to spend some time reading the book calmly.

当我读完《三国演义》时，心中除了震撼还是震撼!那一幕幕的画面还在脑海中回放，就仿佛过了一个世纪。千军万马，势不可挡，而在我心中，给我留下最深印象的绝非是这些，而是被称为“乱世之奸雄，治世之能臣”的曹操!

一开始，我只是听人说曹操并非善类，但当我真正读完这本书时，才发现我错了。鲁迅说过，曹操是个大英雄，至少是个英雄，顺应了历史潮流，统一了北方，为三国乱世结束奠定了基础。虽然有人说他是奸雄，但在当时的社会背景下，只有这样的人才能统一天下。曹操，字孟德，小字阿瞒，一生以汉朝大将军、丞相的名义征讨四方割据政权，为统一中原做出重大贡献，同时在北方屯田，对农业生产恢复有很大作用。他有着一般人没有的勇气，他“挟天子以令诸侯”，利用皇帝的名号，去指挥诸侯;他开启并繁荣了建安文学，给后人留下了宝贵的精神财富，史称建安风骨。我们学过的很多诗都出自他手，例如《观沧海》，《龟虽寿》等等。

曹操一生有许多战役，其中“赤壁之战”最著名，虽然曹操失败了，但并不能说明曹操的军事才能不好，失败原因的其中之一是曹操是北方人，他的军队也是。他们不习水土，必生疾病，这样会使战斗力大大下降;他们也不识水性，接受了庞统的连环计，最后却以失败告终，但即使这样，曹操还是这乱世的领导者，没有人能改变他。还有一场以少胜多的“官渡之战”，曹操奇袭袁军在乌巢的粮仓，继而击溃袁军主力。这一战奠定了曹操统一中国北方的基础。这一战胜利的原因是曹操奇袭乌巢的正确抉择，再加上袁绍的轻敌，才让曹军三四万人打败了袁绍的十万大军。不得不说曹操过人的军事才能，当我看到这的时候，我不禁说了两个字：漂亮!

可是，有才能的人总是离世的早。曹操身上有一种叫“头风病”的病，本来是可以医治得好的，但曹操的疑心实在太重了，华佗说要开脑壳动手术，曹操身经百战，经历了太多事情，他谁都不敢太过于信任，心中总是怀疑有人要害他。哎!无奈一代乱世枭雄，就死于对他人的不信任。曹操离世时才六十五岁啊!

三国，如果没有曹操，战争将会继续下去，曹操是应运而生，他所做出的贡献不是一点两点，我只想称他为——乱世枭雄!

The Old Man and the Sea is one of Hemingways most enduring works and may very well become one of the true classics of this generation. It played a great part in his winning the Pulizer Prize in 1953 and the 1954 Novel Prize for Literature and confirmed his power and presence in the literary world. Hemingway is also one of my favorite writers. Besides The Old Man And the Sea, I have read some of his other works, such as The Sun Also Rises, A Farewell to Arms and The Snow of Kilimanijaro. But The Old Man and the Sea is the one that left the deepest impression on me.

I first read this book when I was in my fifteens. And now I remember it just as well as if I had read it yesterday.

在那样的一个年代，如此苦难，可这样的一家人仍然相亲相爱，与现代社会的人和家庭形成了鲜明的对比。现在社会中部分子女在分家时，为了多分得父母的财产，不惜对簿公堂，以至于闹得不可开交，甚至从此桥归桥、路归路，老死不相往来。有的子女甚至从来没想过报答父母的养育之恩。

路遥为我们讲述的不只是那个久远的年代，更是一种人生应有的信仰和追求，亘古不变。这是一个喧嚣浮躁、处处充满道德危机的时代，每一个还拥有梦想并在追梦的人们都应该再重温《平凡的世界》。它会让你懂得：尽管命运还是那样的不公，尽管社会有那么多的不平，可只要你能够不屈不挠、艰苦奋斗、勇往直前，终能有所收获。

At the beginning of this century, many new writers emerged with the introduction of many new ideas. Among them, Jack London was the most popular one.

His most famous novel is the call of the wild . Although it is a story about a dog, Buck, it vividly depicts the life in the primitive North where people rushed for gold and fortune.

Buck, used to belong to a judge, was kidnapped and sold to North. Then he became a member of a dog-team pulling a sled . In the days of pulling a snow-sled, he learned to conform to the law of nature and obey the master. 假期，我按照老师的安排读了四大名著之一的——《红楼梦》，里面的人物在曹雪芹的笔下个个写的是栩栩如生，这个故事主要是写一个豪门大族由盛到衰，其中的故事各个耐人寻味。尤其是贾宝玉与林黛玉纯洁的爱情以悲剧告终。

凤姐向贾母献掉包计，公开说宝玉要娶黛玉，暗里却将宝钗许给了宝玉。黛玉听说后，如五雷轰顶，六神无主，从此便一病不起，她想起昔日和宝玉的感情，他们一起吟诗作对，一起赏月观花，如今都成了泡影，什么青梅竹马，金玉良缘，顿时都成空，她越想越气，本来身体就不好的她便气绝身亡。宝玉听说黛玉死后，失声痛哭。从此，他失去了最亲爱的人，离开了那个罪恶的家庭，云游四方，不知所踪。

这场悲剧是怎么造成的呢?用爷爷的话说“封建社会制度便是罪魁祸首，青年男女没有婚姻自由，只能听从父母的安排，造成了无数悲剧!”
