学生畅谈看第一则视频的感受，然后针对第二则集体中毒事件联系实际，询问我校食堂饮食安全性的问题。
总结出食品安全之重要，它不仅危害健康，重则危及生命。
(过渡：请同学填写食品安全卫生调查表。然后上交进行统计。)
2、“数据调查统计组”介绍各方面的统计数据和食品安全知识，交流汇报。
组长：介绍2009年1—4月我国手足口病患病数据，重症数据和死亡数据。进而介绍手足口病的病理表现和预防方法。
组员一：公布对社会和我班学生的调查结果。说明食品安全的重要性。介绍Qs标志，食品安全知识。
组员二：介绍无公害农产品和绿色食品标识及含义。
组员三：介绍泔水油成因，其他组员举例说明。
3、博士话饮食：主持人发出感叹：“我们还能吃些什么?”
博士介绍“十大垃圾食品”(世界十大垃圾食品是我们肥胖的罪魁祸首，也是造成健康问题的重大因素。)
小小辩论赛：“肯德基是垃圾食品吗?”
博士介绍“十大健康食品”。畅谈学习了食品安全知识的体会(略)
(得出结论：不吃垃圾食品，健康饮食，营养饮食最重要，并有向周围的人宣传食品安全知识的意识.)

电视上海的播出，报纸上的报料，揭发者一个个令人目瞪口呆的真相，那杯使人们谗言欲滴的奶茶，竟是从不堪入目的“地下工厂”里加工出来的;那可红彤彤的枣子，居然是青色的冬枣在药水中泡过而变色的。
我们如何相信天天吃的食品是安全的?
过去小学的时候，上学、放学路上我总是被小摊上那香气扑鼻的烧烤、无骨鸡柳、臭豆腐所吸引，这些琳琅满目的食品，惹得我口水流下三千尺，可又不知道是否有害健康，只能望而却步，咽下口中的口水，不得不远离这些诱惑。然而我真的不想吃吗?绝对不是，归根结底还是食品安全问题使我形成怀疑，因而，在好吃与安全之间我迷茫了。
就像“三鹿奶粉”事件的发生，伊莉、蒙牛多加奶粉企业的奶制品被查出含有三聚氰胺，市场上奶制品的销售量急剧下降，民众对各大品牌的奶制品提出了质疑，许多新生婴儿父母都不知给孩子选择哪种品牌的奶粉了!
按理说，食品安全问题是理所当然的，但现在谁能保证什么食品都是安全的呢?食品安全不该是重印保质期就能蒙混过关，昧着良心赚黑钱，拿人民的健康当赌注!
食品安全再度敲响警钟，有关部门应该更加重视食品安全问题，加强食品安全管理，提高食品卫生监督检查能力，及时发现隐患，防患与未然，是摆在有关部门面前的紧迫任务!
