Summer is so hot. It hasn’t rained for more than one month and the air is

so stuffy. But today, the rain finally comes. I am so happy when I see the dark

cloud. It is so cool, when wind blows. The wind blow my face. When rain stops, I

go out of the house and breathe the fresh air. What a comfortable day.

Our school will hold the sports meeting every year. I am so excited about

it. I will take part in a lot of programs, such as running and basketball

matches. When everybody is yelling for the teams, the atmosphere is so lively. I

can feel the vitality. We are young and full of energy. It is so amazing to be

part of it.

A tree has three main parts, the roots, the branches and the leaves. Under

the ground, the roots spread out so that the tree can stand firm. Above the

ground, the roots form the trunk, and the trunk supports the branches.

Near the top of the tree, the trunk divides into branches. At the top of

the tree, the leaves grow out of the branches. the leaves receive sunlight to

help the whole tree grow.

Good morning! I am so excited to stand here, as a representative of the

whole G12 students’ parents to make a brief speech to show our greatest honor

and respect to the school leaders and teachers who work for our sons and

daughters in the past three years. Thank you for your hard work.

Frankly, we were hesitant about our choice at first, but today we beam with

happiness. Now all of our children have received the admission letters and

scholarship from Canada, the USA, the Switzerland and many other countries.

At the same time, as their parents, we hope every future university student

will work even harder and become the backbone of our nation after graduation

from university. Last, I wish SCCSC a brighter future and with students all over

Mr. Lee is my English teacher, and is thirty. He likes sports very much, so

he looks strong and young. He is fond of singing too. When we feel tired in the

class, he will teach us some English songs. Sometimes he tells us some funny

stories. He often encourages us to speak and write in English. Although we may

make mistakes now and then, he always corrects them patiently and tells us how

to write properly. He is really a good teacher. We all love him and his

class.

Everybody will have the unhappy moment. It is important for them to deal

with the negative emotion. When I am unhappy, I will listen to the songs that I

like, and then dance in the room. Or sometimes I will ask my friends to go to

the cinema, watching comedy helps me forget about the sorrow. I find my ways to

deal with the bad mood.

Thank you for inviting me to take part in your school about English gramer

problem. I am free these days and i wrote a book called . i would go and i hope

you schools teachers and students can give me some value advice.i will arrive

at 6thand stay to 8th June 2011.

Some people often say that gold and silver are the most valuable things the

world.However,I have my reservations.In my submission,reading is more valuable

than anything else.It’s well known that book is the quintessence of human

wisdom.Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body.

Sometimes our daily life can start to feel dull, dry or depressing — I know

it, you know it, we all know it. At times like this, I like to dive into a good

fiction book for a much-needed escape into another world, where I can forget

about whatever problems are stressing me out. Whether you want to travel to the

land of the Hobbits, a galaxy far away or a tropical destination in a steamy

romance novel is up to you. You’ll come back refreshed after your mini-vacation

to a fresh and exciting place in the world of words.

Books are our friends. They introduce us different kinds of knowledge. They

lead us down the road to success.

Books are our teachers. They teach us troth, science, literature, and

philosophy of life. Besides, they increase our knowledge, enlarge our

experience,strengthen our character and do many other things which we can not do

without them.

Books tell us what is good and what is evil. And only books can tell the

good from the bad.

Therefore to read more books is the best policy for our young students.

Reading introduced me to concepts like mindful eating, relaxation

exercises, and the importance of loving yourself. If I didn’t read, I wouldn’t

even be aware of these ideas, which have defined my entire coaching philosophy.

If you don’t read, you could be missing out on intriguing ideas that would

likewise re-define your personal purpose or business philosophy.

As is well known, books teach us to learn life, truth, science and many

other useful things. They increase our knowledge, broaden our minds and

strengthen our character. In other words, they are our good teachers and wise

friends. This is the reason why our parents always encourage us to read more

books.

Reading is a good thing, but we must pay great attention to the choice of

books. It is true that we can derive benefits from good books. However, bad

books will do us more harm than good.

However, in current days,many of us spend most of the leisure time in

playing games or surfing the internet,instead of reading. its a pity to find it

less and less our students are interesting in reading,or have formed a habit of

reading.So,in order to revive reading,this beneficial activity,wed better take

action right now.lets read together,learn together and grow !

One is never too old to learn.No matter at what time we realize the

importance of reading,we can enjoy it during the rest of our life and finally we

will see that it is rewarding to do so.

I am going to have a busy weekend ! On Saturday , Im going to clean my

room and do homework. Then , in the evening , I m going to the supermaket with

my mother . On Saturday, Im going to the bookstore on foot . Im going to buy

some books. Then, Im going to go home and read the new books. In the evening ,

Im going to watch TV. That will be fun! What about you? What are you going to

do on the weekend?

Jims father. A woman is behind Jim. She is his mother. They are teachers. A

girl is in the picture, too. She is Jims sister. Her name is Kate Green. Jim

and his sister are in the same school. They are English.

There is an old man living next to my house. I can see him every day when I

walk down the street. He sells shoes every day and he has done the business for

more than 20 years. Most people have changed their career but only he insists. I

My mother always says that I am a naughty girl. When I go out with her, I

always make some mistakes. Such as annoying others when they are talking, which

"In the sound of firecrackers, the spring breeze brings warmth into Tu su."

In the morning, the dream slipped away in the sound of firecrackers outside the

window. It is another year of celebration, unity of mind, and family reunion

day, my mother and I also like the past year back to mother-in-laws home.

My mother-in-laws home is not far from Nanjing in the center of the

county. Let me tell you! The spring festival atmosphere in my mother-in-laws

house is very lively. My mother-in-law opened it in the kitchen a few days ago.

She cooked pickles, fried assorted dishes and made dumplings. It seems like Im

going to finish all the food of the year on this day. The kitchen was smoky and

my mother-in-law was like an old fairy in protective clothing. What about

father-in-law? Its his specialty to create a new years atmosphere. You see,

early in the morning, he was also busy in a pile of red couplets, looking for

I like playing guitar，so my father buys me a guitar for fun.It is very

funny.Then my mother asks me to have guitar class.She thinks to learn more skill

is good for me.I start to have guitar class.It is really funny at first.But

later on，I feel very tired.It is not easy to get improved.I want to giveup，but I

insist at last.Now I can pay several songs.I feel proud of it.

There are 3 advantages of

canteen service in our school.First,our canteen is very clean,Second,the food is

delicious,Third,the attitude of service is good.

But it also has some

disadvantages . Such as the price of the food is high, few variety to choose

from,too long waiting time for buying food.

In my opinion,we can invite our

student to take part in the canteen for offering the help.We may let the student
