It was a sunny day today,when i got up in the morning,i decided to see my

grandparents.so i took the bus and got there at noon,they were happy to see

I used to receive gifts like a basketball, a swatch or a CD. But the gift

father who always drives me to school in all kinds of weather. Especially in the

Water is very important to us. If you don’t have water for three days, you

will die. We can use water for flowers, swimming, washing and many different

things. We use it to cook, make electricity, put out fires and so on. We use

millions of liters of water every day.

Do you know how does the water come to your home? It travels through water

pipes. Some are long and wide but some are short and narrow. Then the water

travels through the water pipes to the reservoirs. Then it travels through the

water pipes to the river and to the special factories (we call water plants)

that purify the water. When the water is purified, we can drink it. Please don’t

leave garbage in the water on which we line, and keep the water clean.

Everybody has a best friend that they can share everything with. I also

have a best friend. We met in school, and were in the same grade.

My best friend is a good student because he is very hardworking. I learn a

lot from him. He helps me with math; I help him with English. We always help

each other. Besides that, hes honest and reliable. I trust him completely and

we share secrets all the time.

My best friend is a loyal and brave boy. When a bully teased me, he came to

my rescue right away. He always remembers my birthday and he is fun to be with.

He tells funny jokes and stories. He always makes me laugh. Finally, he is a

very good listener and he knows how to cheer me up when Im down. I hope well

stay friends forever.

We take a holiday of 7 days because of the National Day.As we all

know，October 1 is the National Day of China in Gregorian calendar.

In the holiday I went to visit the Yellow River Forest Park togeter with

three of my classmates.It was very boring when staying in the bus for a long

time，which made me doze off all the time，and at some time，I nearly struck my

head on the chair in the front of me.After two hours journery by bus，we finally

got to the park.But to my disappoint，there was nothing interesting here，except

some quiet normal things. Compared with the my school I stayed in，here was very

noisy and messy.

Though the park is beside the Yellow River，the air is still a little smelly

because there are a lot of animals such as horses，cocks and so on here，which

make lots of wastes every day while few people clean them. In a word，the park is

not so good as I had expected，and I felt unsatisfied about it.

I am now a student of Dongzhou Middle School, but I still remember that day when I was in a primary school.

That day, the weather was so bad. When school was over, it began to rain. All of us looked very worried, so our teacher let us go home at once.

When I went out of the school gate, I saw my father standing there. I went to him at once. My father had a raincoat, because hed just had a meeting and he went to school as soon as the meeting finished, so he had no time to return home. When he saw me, he took his raincoat off and gave it to me. I didnt want to receive it. He looked at me and said, Take it. I had to put on the raincoat, but my heart was not still. Lily, common name for the Liliaceae, a plant family numbering several thousand species of as many as 300 genera, widely distributed over the earth and particularly abundant in warm temperate and tropical regions. 我喜爱的小动物当然是猫了，我家中就有一只小灰猫，十分可爱。

小猫一身灰色的毛，远远望去，就像一个绒球。两只大眼睛，好似两颗黑珍珠，闪着调皮的光。它白白的毛绒绒的小爪子，犹如四团正在滚动的小雪球。走起路来屁颠屁颠的，像个顽皮的小孩，别提有多可爱了！

我的小灰猫特别怕冷，一到冬天，就喜欢窝在棉垫里睡上一天，是一只小懒猫。我罚它起来走一走，它就垂着眼皮，一副没睡醒的样子，摇摇晃晃地走，像一只弱不禁风的小猫。可恶，还在偷懒！我这样想着。无奈，我抱起小灰猫，拿起它平常睡觉时盖的小棉被盖在它身上，然后把它放在我腿上，轻轻地抚摸它那柔软而又舒适的毛。它也很调皮，老是用它的前爪来拍打我的大腿，还时不时地用头蹭我的手臂、肚子。它就这样一直在我的怀中嬉闹，直至在我的怀中睡着。

它睡着了，温顺地躺在我的怀里，像一个熟睡的婴儿，显得那样地娇小可爱。我再次抚摸它的皮毛，轻轻拨动它的胡须，它打了个喷嚏，像个小精灵。

这就是我的小灰猫，一个天真可爱，顽皮淘气的小家伙。
