早上，才5点多，闹钟就开始拼命地叫唤 懒虫，起床，懒虫，起床 一遍又一遍在耳边鸣起! 无奈啊，初三了 !到了学校后，一天紧张的学习又开始了，语文、物理、数学 简直是五花八门。 铃 晚上的第二节自习已经上完了，我眼巴巴地看着初一、初二的学生走向校门，他们可以回家了，而我们 无奈啊，初三了! 又是一句慨叹。

好不容易过完了一天，今天才刚上第一节课，就被化学老师领到实验室去了： 今天由你们自己来做关于氢氧化钠和硫酸铜 化学老师一惯的声音响起，看，话音刚落，同学们就开始了实验。待到下课铃打响后，我们又纷纷进入了教室，准备着下一节数学课 不过，偶尔也会放松放松，这不，在那边宽阔的操场上，一些男同学正激烈地进行着篮球比赛呢!所以我不得不说初三是富有情趣的!

为了迎接即将到来的中考，每个同学都忙的像热锅上的蚂蚁，正是由于这样，同学们之间竞争也越来越激烈，越来越残酷了，这就是所谓的挑战，生活的路处处布满荆棘，面对着短暂的时间，面对着父母的那堵高墙，面对着一张张试卷，面对着一个个锋利刺骨的分数，自己的担子不觉地重了起来，初中已三年了，关键就在此一搏，三年的劳累，三年的成果，三年的心血全都是为了两个字 中考。

回眸过去，一个个寒冷的冬天，凛烈的寒风吹打着弱不禁风的脸，一个个炎热的夏天，在酷日下赶来上学，任凭着风雨的摆弄，还是熬过去了，难道只剩下这短短的几十来天就不能再努力吗?理想之梦，橄榄之梦，是我所希望的，是我所期待的。

人生能有几回搏，此时不搏何时搏? 初中生活已随烟而逝，但充满希望的明天会更加绚丽多彩，努力奋斗吧!明天会更好!

It is important to know our good and bad points because this knowledge will

help us to improve ourself. We should examine ourselves and learn who we

are.

对于我们来说，正确地认识自身的优缺点是很重要的，因为这个认识有助于我们自身的提高。我们应该检查自己并学着(认识)我们是谁。

Above all, we should recognize our strengths and weaknesses. For example, I

am healthy and fit, so I can work hard. Im also optimistic, humble and polite.

These are my strengths. However, I also have weaknesses. For one thing, Im

stubborn and a little impatient. Im sometimes lazy as well and can spent a

whole day just watching TV and eating junk food. Im not ashamed to admit these

bad pints. Knowing what they are lets me focus on improving myself.

首先，我们应该认识自己的优点和缺点。举个例子来说，我是个身体健康的人，所以我可以很努力的工作。我也是一个乐观、谦逊和有礼貌的人。这些是我的优点。可是，我也有缺点。首先，我是一个倔强和有点没有耐心的人。有时候我也很懒惰的，(我)可以花整天的时间看电视和吃垃圾食品。我没有对允许这些缺点(出现)而感到羞愧。了解这些优缺点使我(的注意力)聚焦在提高自身方面。

Its very important to keep healthy.

I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldnt eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger.

Dont eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Dont spend too much time watching TV, DVDs and Videos or using computers. Its good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding , swimming and so on. Follow these and you can be healthy.

保持健康是非常重要的。

我认为我们每天都应该有健康的饮食,吃适当的食物。我们不应该吃垃圾食品,因为它对我们的健康有害。尽可能多的喝水和牛奶。牛奶是一种伟大的饮料,可以给我们更多的钙,使我们的骨骼更强。

不要吃太多,因为它会让你不舒服和脂肪。别花太多时间看电视、dvd和视频或者使用电脑。很好多加锻炼,如篮球、骑自行车、游泳等等。遵循这些,你可以很健康。
