5、结束语(complimentary close)

在正文下面的一、二行处，从信纸的中间偏右处开始，第一个词开头要大写，句末用逗号。不同的对象，结束语的写法也不同。

(1)写给家人、亲戚，用your loving grandfather，lovingly yours，lovingly等;

(2)写给熟人、朋友，用yours cordially，yours affectionately等;

(3)写业务信函用truely yours(yours truely)，faithfully yours(yours faithfully)等;

6、签名(signature)

低于结束语一至二行，从信纸中间偏右的地方开始，在结束语的正下方，在签完名字的下面还要有用打字机打出的名字，以便识别。职务、职称可打在名字的下面。当然，写给亲朋好友的信，就不必再打了。

7、附言(postscript)

如果一封信写完了，突然又想起遗漏的事情，这时用p.s.表示，再写上遗漏的话即可，要长话短说。通常在信末签名下面几行的左方，应于正文齐头。

8、附件(enclosure)

如果信件里面有附件，可在信纸的左下角，注上encl：或enc：，例如：encl：2 photos(内附两张照片)。如果福建附件不止一项，应写成encl：或encs。

金秋时节，丹桂飘香，我们带着父母的望子成龙，望女成凤的殷切期望，装着“学不成名誓不还”的志向，携着厚重的行李箱，怀着无限的热情与憧憬来到了大学。

“海阔凭鱼跃，天高凭鸟飞”，在大学里，我们可以尽情挥洒热情，施展才华，大学校园生活五彩缤纷。

社团——五彩缤纷的花朵

第一次走进陌生的校园，园中绿荫如此靓丽，凋零的枫叶如蝶飞舞，路旁的柳树向新学子表示欢迎，还有害羞地躲藏在树之后，牵扯树衣角的小草，校园生活让人倍感清爽！

菁菁校园里，社团成为同学们挥洒青春，激扬文字，摄营养、挹清芬的乐土。大学伊始，社团的招新活动早已开展地如火如荼。莎士比亚说：“世界上有许多东西是你在书上看不到的”。面对各种各样的社团，我也充满着热情和期待，填了三个向往已久的社团招新表格。在社团的这些日子里，我收获了满满的幸福，拓展了知识领域，促进了知识结构的不断完善。更重要的是结交到许多志趣相投的朋友，锻炼和提高了我的社会活动能力、人际沟通能力，让我懂得了什么是团结合作，使我变得更加开朗、活泼、积极和自信。就这样，我和社友一块认真努力工作，有付出和耕耘，也有收获。这让我更加坚信一句话：“一朵孤芳自赏的花只是美丽，一片相互依恃着而怒放的锦绣才是灿烂”。

师友——学途上的明灯

阿尔温?托夫勒说：“未来的文盲不再是目不识丁，而是没有怎样学习的人”。在学途上，老师和同学是你学途上的明灯。我不在像高中一样，每天去往同一个教室，蔫蔫地等待老师的到来，每天在老师的苦口婆心下埋头于语数英的题海中。而现在，我没有繁重的作业，没有从早到晚满满的课程，没有老师的逼迫和父母的督促，怀着颗渴求知识又无限好奇的心，去聆听老师运用网络技术的讲课，自由地学习，独立思考，和老师、同学广泛交往，互相切磋，互相交流，互相学习，子曰：“三人行，必有我师”。

大学生活最绚丽的一页，莫过于广交朋友。还记得刚来的时候，除了在网上浏览了一下河南的风土人情，其他的我一无所知。周围的一切，对我而言是那样陌生。来自南方的我，在这里没有朋友，没有亲人。遇到不顺心的事的时候，只能拿着手机，盯着通讯录上的名字发愣……这时候，是师友及时的帮助让我摆脱了窘困，很快适应了这里的环境。从此，通讯录里联系人越来越多，能听我倾诉的人越来越多，能在QQ、微信分享校园里遇见的趣事、乐事和伤心事越来越多……我也以松下幸之助所言“请觉悟与人共同生活的重要性，要怀感恩的心，以不忘恩，不忽略感谢、尊重义气的心与人交往”对待他人。

自我——自由奔驰的骏马

“与其诅咒黑暗，不如点亮蜡烛”。大学生活是需要自己未雨绸缪，事先做好计划，不断实践；要广结益友，真诚待人，学会做人；要牢固知识，术业有专攻。沿着奋斗的跑道，该跑就跑，该跳就跳；败不能躁，胜不宜骄；跑得挫折为我让道，收获等我拥抱，快乐朝我微笑。

Remember once in the supermarket, I saw a mother can toothpaste, get down, can say something like that to squeeze toothpaste is very clean, that can save a point. I said, "you see, it is made of plastic". Mother dont understand what that means. I say again: "in order to save a little toothpaste and make the earth a few more white trash, have what good"? Mom suddenly enlighted, even said: "yeah, yeah! This invention is really not worth ah"!

Low carbon living there are a lot of tips! Such as water washing a face can be used to flush the toilet, watering the flowers. 随着科技的发展，随着人们越来越富裕，大街上的私家车也慢慢地多了起来，大家渐渐地远离了低碳生活。再这样下去，还会影响到其它生物，地球将从宇宙中消失。

那地球会不会没有救了呢?不，只要从现在开始，我们行动起来，拯救地球，拯救自己——过低碳生活!

说起低碳生活，从我记事起，外公就帮我养成了一个很好的习惯——将一些废纸和纸箱都收集起来，然后拿到废品收购站去卖。那时我还不懂什么，只当是节约，现在想想，要是每个人都能这样做的话，那我们人类将可以少砍多少树呀!每次我和家人去超市购物，我都会提醒大人带上环保袋，平时我们买饮料会尽量买纸盒装的，那样可以减少“白色污染”。 记得有一回在超市，我妈妈看见一个可以挤牙膏的东西，就要买下来，说那样的话可以把牙膏挤的很干净，那可以节省点。我却说：“你看，这是用是塑料做的”。妈妈不明白是什么意思。我又说：“为了节省点一点牙膏而使地球上又多了一些白色垃圾，有什么好的”?妈妈恍然大悟，连说：“是呀，是呀!看来这个发明的确是得不偿失呀”!

低碳生活其实还有很多小窍门呢!比如洗脸过的水可以用来冲马桶，浇花;洗衣机里洗衣物的水可以用一个个盆子装起来，可以用来擦地板，擦家具……这些都是我们平时力所能及的一些小事。

你看，低碳生活其实就是这么简单!让我们一起行动起来：人人做到我做起吧!

Our military training will last 11 days from Aug. 15th to Aug. 25th. It will take place in the school playground. The training time is from 7:30 to 11:30 in the morning and 2:30 to 5:30 in the afternoon. Everyone must attend the military training on time. Nobody is allowed to be absent from the training or be late for it. Ask the drillmaster for leave if necessary. Furthermore, we must be in military uniforms, wear strong sports shoes and bring our own cups. With time goes by, it becomes a bit hard for me to remember everything about myself at the first day of my college life. However, there was one thing for sure that I did feel quite excited and curious about my university. Bringing with expectation, I got into Zhejiang Gongshang University. Generally speaking, its an interesting and fantastic place for us to study and live in. Every day a series of outgoing people get into my eyesight. Curious and out of politeness, Id talk to them heart to heart. Here I make friends with my new classmates from everywhere around China. Whats more, time and weather permitting, I will enjoy jogging or playing basketball with my classmates on the playground, tired but happy. When staying in dormitory, I choose to read news online and sometimes watch a film for relaxing. However, a good student can never leave his study behind. When it comes to study, hard problems never upset me, instead they arouse me. Rather than ignoring it, Id think carefully for a while and ask my classmates for help.

带着期待，我进入了浙江工商大学。总的来说，这是一个有趣的，奇妙的学习和生活的地方。每天看着一群群外向的人。带着好奇并且处于礼貌，我想跟他们谈谈心。在这里我和来自中国各地的新同学交朋友。更重要的是，如果时间和天气允许的话，我会慢跑或与我的同学在操场上打篮球，虽然累但很高兴。呆在宿舍的时候，我会在线看新闻，有时也会看电影来放松。然而，一个好的学生永远不会落下他的课业。说到学习，困难不会让我难过，反而会激励我。不是忽略它，而是会认真地思考并向同学求助。

To be honest, there are some things I don’t deal with properly. For instance, once I spent nearly a whole day playing computer games. Personally, we university students are already adults and its our obligation to develop ourselves in college by learning new professional skills. 最近一个时期，我听到了“低碳生活”一词。通过看书了解，低碳生活是一种低消耗，低能量，低开支，从而减少二氧化碳的排放的生活方式。在查阅资料的过程中，我知道了保定是全国中小城市的试点城市，作为一名小学生，我能为低碳生活做点什么呢?

以前，我就每天把水拧到最大，洗手、洗脸每月都要耗水十几吨，现在，老师告诉我们要准备两个水桶，用来储存废水。废水可以用来冲厕所，拖地、浇花。用电也要节约，看完电脑或电视后，要把插座上的小红灯关掉，以便节约电源，尽量放假时白天写作业，晚上早关灯一小时，用那一小时的时间和家人散步。既节约了电源，又起到了减肥的作用，还增进了感情，真是一举多得呀!少用一次性物品(筷子、饭盒等)少用塑料袋，多用环保袋。出行最好步行，少开私家车，少做出租，多做公交车。这样就做到了“低消耗、低能量、低开支”的作用。
