那是我上四年级时的国庆节，爸爸妈妈带我去天堂寨玩。天堂寨是一个有着各种各样层出不穷的山头组成的，最高峰约一千七百米，听说爬上最高峰要“过五关，斩六将”。

十月二日，车载着我们缓缓的来到山下，看着高耸入云的山峰，心里不觉抖了一下：山这么高，可怎么爬上去呀！导游告诉我们上山有两种选择：一是徒步爬山，很惊险，甚至有生命的危险。二是乘坐缆车，方便快捷，可以看到许多美景，而且很安全，但是会缺少爬山的乐趣。本来我想坐缆车，可转念一想，如果靠自己的力量爬到山顶，那不是很有成就感，很快乐吗？爬山不仅可以锻炼身体，在爬山的过程中还可以和大自然亲密接触，不是一举两得吗？于是我和爸爸、妈妈一起向山上迈出了第一步。

我们拾级而上，到了第一个瀑布——气势壮观的泻玉瀑。只见流水直往下泻，像一条玉带凌空飞降。这时我想起了李白的诗“飞流直下三千尺，疑是银河落九天”。我们又继续前进，到了美丽的冰晶瀑。这个瀑布从高高的山上流下来，那形状像一片片鱼鳞。我们来到它的源头，一个波光粼粼的水池，名叫瑶池。传说是王母娘娘喝水的地方，我捧了一些水，喝了一口，真是清凉可口啊！我们又在水池旁边嬉戏玩耍。

终于到了最险的山峰——龙剑峰。龙剑峰道狭峰陡，有“一夫当关，万夫莫开”之险。每次只能容一人通过，须手脚齐上阵才行。走到这个地方，看着山下连绵的云海，万一摔下去会粉身碎骨，心中不觉毛骨悚然，打起了退堂鼓。爸爸看了看我说：“不用怕，有爸爸、妈妈在，不会有事的。”在爸爸的鼓励下，我双手紧紧地抓住上面的岩石，两脚再用力蹬，爸爸在上面拉着我的胳膊，妈妈在下面扶着我的脚，在爸妈的帮助下，我终于过了险峰。

“功夫不负有心人”，经过“过五关，斩六将”我终于到达了最高峰，站在高高的山顶，看白云在脚下飘荡，鸟儿在身边欢唱，清风在耳边回响，心中别提有多快乐！

I seem to recall best a journey we made by tram one winter night.

We were going to visit my Granny at Westoe, and I was very excited, because an evening excursion was something quite unheard of for me. Everything in the ram seemed fresh and glittering. Last month we had a sports meeting.Though the weather wasnt very fine that day,the students were all very excited and the whole school was alive.

This time,I was even more excited.Because I went in for the sports meeting and my item was high jump.I didnt want to get any place,I only wanted to enjoy the game because I knew I wasnt good at sports.
