生命的前提条件就是有强健的体魄，不然没有强健的体魄就没有了生命，有了强健体魄，生命才得以延续。因此强健的体魄对于生命极为重要。

近年来，青少年的体质不断下降，随便你进入一所学校，你都能看到一些"胖墩“可爱的身影，而一副副眼镜也不容乐观的搭了许多同学的鼻梁……针对这些问题，国家也启动了"全国亿万学生阳关体育运动“要求学生参加体育锻炼，上一学期，我校也开展了一次体育锻炼，是集体在操场上跑几圈，尽管我们只跑几圈，但对于我们意义非凡，而对于我更加是意义非凡，因为迎着阳光跑步，结着队儿锻炼为我换来的是健康的体魄和压不垮的坚强意志！

体育为人类做了许多贡献，体育使人类拥有了强健的体魄，可以说，没有体育也就没有健康的人类，因为有句老话说得好，“生命在于运动，有了体育运动”。人的生活才充满酸甜苦辣的感觉，体育，让刘翔创造了世界新纪录，体育，让许多中国人走到了世界的前列。体育是无穷无尽的，我为体育而感到骄傲。

“如果整天我们只知道学习或者工作，即使聪明也会变成傻瓜的”，是的学好知识是固然重要的，但是身体素质也同样重要，因为只有好的身体，学习才能够更好，因此我向同学们提议，让我们一起手拉着手，走出教育，走出班级，走向操场，走向自然，亲近阳关，进行各种体育活动，只有这样，才能让我们的身体和精神世界更强健更加活力。

青春是充满活力的，充满欢声笑语的，因此我们有大量”阳光”的时间去玩，没有任何思想包袱哪怕是慢跑之类的活动，还是玩其他的游戏因此”阳光"和快乐，其实离我们很近，只要我们推开那扇门，那么”阳光“的生活也会朝你走来，因此，健康体魄也会向你招手，想要拥有它，就从现在锻炼吧！

少年智则中国智，少年强则中国强，少年进步则中国进步。所以身为未来的接班人的我们更应该锻炼身体，拥有强健的体魄，以此去努力学习，报效祖国。

对于新世纪的我们，应该必须拥有强健的体魄，这是我们的义务也是我们的责任，只有了健康的体魄，去好好学习，才能为祖国做贡献，这样我们生命才会有意义，有价值。

青春应该这样度过；
