Extreme sports, consisting of bungee, roller skating, parkour, surfing, skateboarding, water-skiing, rock climbing, demand high-tech, great energy and extraordinary courage. Sometimes I wonder why a great number of people are fascinated about such difficult and dangerous sports at the risk of hurting themselves. As for the suggestions that extreme sports be banned, should they be accepted and implemented or not?

Finally, I know it is the superior difficulty, excitation and contentment after finishing these sports that make people fascinated about extreme sports. People escape from busy work, study and life to challenge and release. Not only do they strengthen their bodies but they get entertainment and bravery. Everyone has different interests and preferences, some people like sports, others like to read books, increase knowledge, also, some people like to go out to travel.

当一首“健康歌”响起，我顿时来了精神，心中好似点燃了希望之火，看见了曙光。我的脑海里冒出了一个想法：我要做运动！这时，我紧锁的眉头被解开了，那乌云渐渐散去，阳光照进了我的心坎。

我立刻跑回了家，找到爸爸。因为爸爸是这方面的专家，每天坚持锻炼，身体相当棒。我向爸爸说了这个想法，爸爸也非常开心，并且十分赞同。随后，爸爸为我量身打造了一个“健康计划”：第一，每天早上七点钟晨跑五个圈。第二，下午打羽毛球一小时。我看到这个计划，并且在心里暗暗下着决心，一定要把计划执行好，变成一个活泼健康的人。

“计划贵在坚持。”我想每天都严格遵守计划着爸爸给我制定的计划。每一天早上七点，太阳公公刚睡醒，脸蛋红红的，一幅没睡醒的样子。我早已起床，洗漱好去跑操了。说起来容易，做起来难。我起初时认为五个圈非常容易。才第一天，我就感受到执行计划的艰难。阳光是寒冷的，加上这冬天的寒风呼啸，我的意志被一点一点地吹散。才跑了两个圈我已经气喘吁吁，上气不接下气，面红耳赤的。跑完第二圈，我一屁股坐到了地上，生着闷气，还说，“不要跑了，不想跑了……”爸爸看见了，把我扶起来，对我说：“才第一天，你就被这一点小小的困难打败了，以后还怎么得了。如果你想拥有健康的身体，就得给我起来，继续跑。”爸爸的这一番话，触动了我敏感的神经。——好强的性格。一瞬间我浑身又充满了力量，热血沸腾。我一咬牙，狠下心来，坚持跑完了后三圈。从此以后，我再也没有轻言放弃，无论遇到多大的困难都坚持了下来。每天，我与太阳公公一起起床，当别人还躺在被窝里美美睡觉时，我已经开始起来锻炼身体了。

下午，我也在坚持完成计划。我和我的小伙伴一起打羽毛球或嬉戏。在阳光下，我挥洒着汗水，在玩中笑，在玩中锻炼。我们在一起追逐，奔跑，笑声传遍了整个操场。在打羽毛球时，由于每天晨跑的原因，锻炼了我的意志力和体力。每次跟他们打几十个回合都不会觉得累，再加上爸爸教我打羽毛球的技巧，我成了羽毛球场上的擂主。打不垮，击不倒的。我的小伙伴们都惊呆了，都夸我的体力好。我在心里暗喜，运动真是一个快乐天使。

我执行了这个计划一年。话说得好：“变化就在不知不觉中。”现在的我，不再像林黛玉那样弱不禁风了，身体可健康了。这一年的运动锻炼，我从此再没有住过医院。爸爸妈妈也不用担心我了，我变成了一个活泼健康的人。

Every year in October, our school will have the tradition to hold a sports

meeting. It is the biggest event of the year, so all the students will practise

very hard to win the biggest honor. Relay race is the most important match,

because it involves so many students to take part in, showing the unity of a

team. Last year, our class won the second place. We lagged behind the champion

just a little distance, so we hoped to defeated them this time and won the first

prize. We have practised very hard, and every student in the team wanted to make

the breakthrough. When the match finally began, we ran very fast and kept our

space. Even though other team tried to disturbed us, we focused our attention.

The moment when our team first crossed the line, we cheer and cried. We made

it.

It can help people relax and gain a healthy body. But not too many people know the special meaning of December 9th every year. It is World Football Day. It is because of the demonstration of students in December 9th, 1935. Under the leadership and organization of China Communist Party and leadership, Peiping Students Federation leading the students in Peiping city, which was more than 6000 held demonstrations. The students shouted the slogans of “overthrow Japanese imperialism,” "stop the civil war, and close ranks". Their demonstration resulted in a new upsurge of nation-wide Anti-Japanese Democratic Movement. In order to memorize this student movement, the United Nations made December 9th as World Football Day in 1978.
