原因一，饮食习惯不好，暴饮暴食。一些人不吃早餐，中午大量饮酒，晚餐吃得过多等。

原因二，偏食，摄入脂肪过高。特别是小孩子，自制力差。见到爱吃的鸡鸭鱼肉等，就大快朵颐，犹如饕餮。不爱吃的一口都不吃，好似遇到毒药。这样的后果，导致营养过剩。“三高”就成为了你的“伙伴”。

原因三，缺乏运动，也是影响健康的主要原因之一。对此我深有感触。一年前，我也很肥胖，体育成绩不好，一活动就满头大汗，累的气喘嘘嘘。老师让我多运动，控制饮食。而且要持之以恒。

经过比较，我选择了跳绳运动。因为跳绳简单易学，而且不受场地限制。无论在家里，还是在户外，只要有一块小场地，随时随地就可以进行锻炼。开始我一次只能跳十几个，以后每天加五个，循序渐进，这样坚持了下来，一个月后，身体就有了明显变化，瘦了一圈，量了体重，足足减掉八斤。我再也不为上体育课发愁了。体育成绩也上来了，学习也有劲了。

迎着凉爽宜人的秋风，伴着雄壮威武的歌声，学校运动会拉开了帷幕。开幕式一结束，操场上立刻人声鼎沸，紧张有趣的比赛开始了。

一分钟跳绳是我参加的第一项比赛，八名选手拿着不同颜色的跳绳，一字排开，原地待命。哨声一响，我们都飞快地跳了起来。老师和家长连声喊加油。我紧闭嘴巴，两臂快速轮绳，双脚轻盈弹跳，绳子从头到脚一圈又一圈飞过。彩色跳绳在空中画出一道道美丽的弧线，令人眼花缭乱，真是“赤橙黄绿青蓝紫，谁持彩练当空舞”。85、86……我默默地数着，胳膊越来越酸，腿也越来越软，不一会就气喘吁吁，“平时短暂的一分钟怎么变得比一节课时间还长？”我分明听到自己急促的喘气声，忽然绳子被我绊了一下，真想趁机停下来，可是看到爸爸和老师鼓励的眼神，我又坚持跳了下去，终于一分钟结束了，队员们个个满脸通红，真是既累又兴奋。

足球绕杆接力就比较轻松有趣了。我们一组队员配合完美，足球就像一只听话的小狗从我们脚下向前跑，我微微弯腰双脚交替赶着足球，像跳八字舞的蜜蜂一样很快从第一个杆绕到最后一个杆。哈哈！我们女子小组第一名！

足球射门可是本小姐的强项，我盯着守门员，趁她走神的瞬间，攒足力气，用上射门的绝技——穿心脚，球“呼”的一声飞起，流星赶月一般射了过去，等她慌忙扑救，但为时已晚，球从她头顶进去了。耶！又为班级挣1分！

一天的运动会很快就结束了，在赛场上我既为班级争了光，又锻炼了身体和意志。真是“我运动，我健康，我快乐！”
