首先，早上做运动会让我精力充沛，有个好的胃口吃早餐。更重要的是，早晨的空气干净清新，这样我就能在课堂上保持一颗清醒的头脑了。每天的运动会让我思维敏捷，及时完成作业。如果我不做运动，我就会感到精神疲惫，身体迟钝。在晚上也变得难以入睡。其次，每天都做运动可以让我的性格变得更好。做运动要花时间和耐心。有时候我真的很想放弃，但是我的朋友们鼓励我坚持下去，然后我就从中获得了极大的满足感。做运动让我变得更坚强、更健康。这就是我的个人经历。

小时候，我身体羸弱，经常因为病假而耽误功课。虽然我是一个男生，娇弱得像一个小姑娘，个头也没有女生高。排座位时，我总能泰然的坐在最前面，站队时我也能心安理得的站在第一排。当时班上已经有老师一般高的同学了，相互交谈时我只能把头抬的高高的，心里充满了羡慕和敬佩感：他怎么这么高？我怎么会长的这么矮呢？

在家里，我最害怕最不“感冒”的一件事就是吃饭，每当妈妈勺打盘子喊我吃饭时，我顿时面如土色，下意识的后缩，拔腿就跑，下面就上演了猫捉老鼠的一幕。结果总是我被拖到饭桌前委屈的吃下这顿饭。之所以妈妈在吃饭方面对我“横眉冷对”，是因为妈妈觉得要想个儿长得高饭儿要吃饱。在吃饭这个“任务”上我没少和妈妈斗智斗勇，千方百计地逃避。可结局总是以失败告终，就像“小圣石韦降大圣”似的。

爸爸也天天为我的个头儿发愁，总想让我参加一项体育运动来锻炼身体，正好学校里正在开设校本课程，爸爸二话不说就给我报了足球课，我非常恐慌，无论怎么央求也无济于事，他真是对“机不可失失不再来”这句话有深刻理解啊！

每周四下午的足球课上，我非常胆怯，生怕老师让我做一些我不擅长的运动，“屋漏偏逢连夜雨”，老师偏偏和我作对：“先围着操场不停跑圈”，跑步向来就是我的弱项，不到一圈我就头晕眼花、四肢乏力了，我刚想偷懒停几步时就听到老师在身后喊着“快点，快点！”像赶绵羊一样。踢球时，别人一脚踢老远，而我一踢，球只能可怜的爬两步，上完课，我累极了。看着别人都吹着口哨又蹦又跳的向前走着，我却只能拖着“灌了铅”的双腿，顶着汗水一步一步艰难的回家。妈妈看到我吃饭时狼吞虎咽的样子脸上露出满意的笑容。

足球成了我生活中的一部分，下午放学、暑假里……天天运动，身体倍儿棒吃嘛嘛香，学校每天的跑操已然非常轻松，和以前的我判若两人。现在我的抵抗力增强了，也有了一副健康的身板，更重要的是运动中我懂得了团队精神，懂得了坚韧不拔。

运动，让我从娇弱走向强壮；从自卑赢得自信；由胆小变得勇敢。让我的毅力更加坚强，让我的身体更加健康！
