虽还是春天，但夏天的感觉已在空气中静静流淌。运动会开幕式上，各班运动员组成的队伍，穿着整齐的校服，在雄壮的进行曲中，在国旗方队的引领下，踏着整齐的步伐，喊着带有班级特色的响亮的口号，有序的精神抖擞的通过主席台，再加上解说员针对各班特点进行的精彩解说，观众席发出的阵阵欢呼，立刻为赛场注入了新鲜的活力。让人仿佛触摸到了跳跃的青春音符，感受到了燃烧的激情，体会到了四射的光芒。使得操场上主席台两侧大大的红色的标语“生命在于运动”“成功在于拼搏”也因此显得格外耀眼。

感悟：运动本身就是一种文化啊，多元的文化。

人人，都在参与

坐在观众席上的是多数人，冲在竞技场上的是一些人，站到领奖台上的是少数人。但是，不管是哪些人，大家都在以同样积极的心，同样快乐的心去参与。 运动场上来回奔波的通讯员, 紧张着赛事的记录，宣传的是他人;做后勤服务的同学，跑前跑后、嘘寒问暖，哪怕自己其实也和运动员一样累一样渴……观众席上时不时的传来的呐喊声、加油声、欢呼声，声声入耳……

运动场上，处处充满浓郁的青春气息，洋溢着运动的快乐、班级的团结、心灵的自信力。人人都在努力，人人都在醉心于集体的欢乐，“团结就是胜利”、“友谊万岁”、“拼搏奋斗”的运动精神在这里已经得到了很好的体现。

一个人的运动是健身，而许多人在一起的健身比赛，那么就是运动会了。荀子云：齐民者强。在运动会中，只有班级实现“齐民”，才能是最后的王者。

感悟：我们都在参与，我们一样快乐。

运动，并快乐着

我们因运动而健康，又因健康而快乐。总是以为，建筑金字塔的人在建筑时定是痛苦不堪。可是有一种说法却认为这些人是快乐地建造。其原因是人在痛苦时做事的准确度比起快乐时做事要差得很多，若他们不是快乐的，又怎能构造出如此精确的金字塔呢?若是基于这一点而言，人的生命就真是在于运动了!

欣赏同学们激情奔跑，心情仍然感动，随之律动。套一句广告词，或许也是一种体育的精神吧——爱运动，真快乐!

青春，继续奔跑

一天半的运动会， 不同的人，不同的感受;以不同的方式度过，有不同的心灵收获。

想起《十日谈》中有这样一句话“攀缘的艰辛就换来了加倍的快乐。”也想起巴金在散文《生》里写的：“将个人的生存放在群体的生存里，群体绵延不绝，能够继续到永远，则个人亦何尝不可以说是永生。”

太阳被我们的激情所点燃;春天因我们的热情而灿烂。运动会留给我们的不仅仅是奖状和名次，更是一种态度、一种决心，一种力量、一种品质、一种永不磨灭的精神!

又将回到平日的学习生活，但不管怎样，无论是谁，我们都应让青春继续奔跑!让青春永驻心田!

9月25日，一个我们期盼已久的日子，因为我们即将举行一年一度的秋季运动会，观众席已坐满了人，后勤人员也已在候场，开幕式也已完毕，每个同学都已抑制不住自己激动的心情等待着一切的开始。

“请参加初一50米的运动员到检录处检录”随着这句话的响起，所有人都知道运动会在这一刻开始了，一下子，寂静的操场立刻沸腾起来，加油声传遍了整个操场，而我，作为运动会一名播音员，既可以俯视运动会的全过程，也可以第一时间得到运动员们的比赛消息，然后把它播出去，这当然也是我最乐意做的事。作文

一场又一场的比赛随着时间的消逝，运动员们飞一样的速度和坚持不懈的精神，在不知不觉中已经结束一半了，看了一下时间，现在是下午2点了，轮到初三男子50米了，“预祝高一(五)班华奇在男子50米比赛中获得好成绩，我们相信你，加油!”我刚播完，只听裁判一声令下，我们班华奇飞一样地冲了出去，就像离了弦的箭，冲出去就停不下来饿，不出我们所料，华奇赢了，轻松地进入决赛。我怀着喜悦的心情播完刚才的喜报，下来就是别的班跑了，我听到有人居然在喊漏油，肯定是那些没跑好的班级也“希望”别人跑不好，所有才开了个小玩笑。

很快，轮到我比赛了，虽然已经不是第一次跑了，但我的心情难免还是有些紧张，毕竟我是想拿名次的，所有很有压力，“砰、砰…”几声枪响，把我的心情搞得更加复杂了，我明显的感觉到，心跳的加速无法控制，但还是提醒自己要镇静的对待，只有一圈，还是要调整好心态的，听到“预备跑，砰”我冲了出去，可能真的是太紧张了，没有调整好战术，赶到最后半圈有点不行了，旁边的同学已经反超了上来，心里想着一定要加油，可还是有点力不从心，最后跑了个小组第三，成绩不是很理想，但进决赛还是没问题，只有等到决赛和他们一决高低了。

半天时间眨眼就过了，大家也都筋疲力尽了，于是，都收拾收拾“行李”打包回“府”休息准备明天的总决赛了。

“曾经的失落，将化为今天的动力，运动员们继续加油吧!”今天( 9月26日)的比赛又开始了，新的一天，新的开始，大家都精神抖擞地准备着比赛，我今天有四个项目，所以就不用去播音了，开始不久的男子50米决赛和到后来的男子400米决赛，男子圆周接力……都获得了不错的成绩，我班2位运动员还分别破了校记录，只是女生的现状还不是很好，于是，在这方面我们明显感觉到与对手的竞争力，但只要自己真的尽全力了，大家都会支持的。一直到下午，只剩最后一个比赛项目迎面接力了，虽然是友谊赛，大家还是怀着必胜的信心出场，第一局刚开始，和我们一起比赛的高一(1)班掉棒了，这看起来似乎锁定了胜局，但还没我们班居然也掉棒，这次掉棒竟然导致我们两个班在第二局也频频掉棒，于是我们班就以第六名的成绩惨败告终，大家都失落地回到观众席，歇了一会儿，我发现我们班有同学在哭，后来又听说班主任也哭了，我急忙跑到教室去看，才知道都是被感动的在哭呢，我才放了心。原来，我们班男士说今年最后一届的比赛想拿冠军，因为掉棒女生也哭了，大家都不想发生这样的事!于是，我自告奋勇，去播音室播了一则消息：在呼喊声和加油声中运动会即将结束了，高一(五)班的同学们，不管你们的成绩如何，不要气馁，贾老师永远爱你们!终于，起到了激励的作用，同学们都路出了笑容。

闭幕式开始了，当黄海副校长宣布高一(五)为团体第一，我们都情不自禁地高喊出“耶!”此时此刻，我们都沉浸在欢乐的海洋里。

在这场秋季运动会中，不少同学为了集体都豁出去了，都有不同程度的受伤，我想说他们都是英雄，都是我们心中的偶像，国家的未来，我们都将为有他们这样的同学而感到骄傲和自豪，在这场运动会中，我们充分感受到了，坚持不懈的精神和集体团队合作精神，今后，我们会充分发挥这样的精神，让今后的路更加辉煌，更加灿烂。

热闹欢腾运动会，贸易学子显雄威。在这秋高气爽的十一月里，我们迎着秋日的阳光，伴随着收获的季节，迎来了欢快精彩的第七届校运动会。

此次运动会我校共有455名学生参加了9个项目的角逐。一大早，全校师生就来到了运动场，他们有的安排场地，有的整理服装，有的安放运动器材，忙得不亦乐乎，原本寂静的赛场一下子热闹起来。

8：00随着宣布运动会正式开始，各班队伍依次入场进行行进操的表演。此时进行曲骤然响起，一个又一个班级排着整齐的队形，舞动着手中的道具大踏步向主席台走来。他们个个衣着鲜艳，面带笑容，昂首阔步，展示出青年特有的朝气与活力。这些班级的表演各有千秋，有的队形多样，有的衣着亮眼，有的动作齐整，有的编排新颖，他们优美的舞姿吸引了所有人的目光。这些学生手中的道具可谓花样繁多、五花八门。有些和着动感的音乐，手持双筷敲打出清脆响亮的节奏;有些拍打着皮球，犹如欢快聪颖的精灵;有些衣裙摆摆、手握舞扇，划出一道道优美的弧线，还有些气宇轩昂、手持礼炮，向空中放射出五彩的礼花。他们的表演给整个运动会描上了绚丽多姿的色彩，犹如春天的花朵，夏日的阳光，带着凉爽的秋风扑面而来，令在场的师生无不动容，无不欣喜。据了解，行进操所用的服装以及道具很多都是学生自己挑选及购买的，他们表演的队形以及动作也是自己探讨和编排的。这完全体现了学生对此次运动会的热情与向往，也充分展现了他们较强的自主能力和组织能力。

当行进队伍全部入场后，接踵而来的是广播操的比赛。伴着“时代在召唤”的旋律，所有学生抬头挺胸，精神饱满，节奏准确无误，动作到位有力。在他们的脸上，我们看到了青春的气息，青春的价值，青春的活力，似乎要在新的时代里召唤更加美好的未来。

9：30当大会宣布运动比赛正式开始，整个赛场顿时沸腾起来，加油助威声此起彼伏，络绎不绝。你看那田径赛场上的运动员，一个个如矫兔般飞离起点，像利箭般冲向终点，引得在场的观众兴奋不论选手是否获得第一，他们都会得到观众的赞美和鼓励。因为在观众的心中，这些运动员都发挥出了不屈不挠，顽强拚搏的体育精神，他们是运动场上的英雄，是贸易学校的“刘翔”。女子800米和男子1500米是考验选手体力和毅力的项目。它虽然不如短跑那样让人兴奋，令人激动，但是绝对比短跑更加让人感动。在比赛中，选手要面临的不仅是身体上的考验，更是心理上的考验。参加这个项目的运动员真正体现了努力拚搏，永不服输的运动精神，它给我们的感受远比成绩要丰富的多。

再看那田径赛场上的运动员，也个个摩拳擦掌，毫不示弱。跳高跳远的运动员为了得到更好的成绩，拼尽全力，即使失败也毫不放弃。他们面对目标跨出坚定的步伐，跳了一次又一次。这种不断超越自我的精神是个人的巨大财富，更是将来能够走得更高更远的稳固基石。参加铅球比赛的选手互相竞争，成绩越投越远。他们手中的铅球仿佛变成了一个个充满希望的许愿球，不断追逐着自己的梦想。

比赛一直延续到下午，师生们的热情豪未减退。直到接力赛的最后一声枪响，本届运动会在全校师生的共同努力下，圆满的完成了各项赛事，顺利的降下了帷幕。此次运动会再创历史之最，共产生9个项目的冠军，有1人打破校记录，1人平了校记录，获得男、女团体冠军的班级分别是03F2班和04国际商务?3班。看着他们夺冠后洋溢着幸福的笑脸时，我感到运动精神在贸易学子中展现得一览无余。

体育是精神文明建设的一个重要组成部分，是民族素质、人民精神面貌的集中体现。运动会既是检验学校体育教育的水平与质量，展示学生青春风采，考验体能与心理的具体实践，也是学校教学改革与事业发展的一次综合展演。它锻炼的是体力，激活的是生命，弘扬的是个性和青春活力，收获的是笑脸和精神风貌。所有选手在本届运动会上赛出了成绩，赛出了风格，发扬了友谊第一，比赛第二的精神，在比赛中寻觅了更多的光彩和梦想，在比赛中创造了更多的美好和辉煌。

The Duanwu or Dragon Boat Festival, generally celebrated on the fifth month of the Chinese lunar calender, falls on June 18 this year. It is one of the oldest festivals in China, with a history of more than 2,000 years. Legend holds that this festival is in memory of Qu Yuan, a patriotic poet during the Warring States Period.

In the celebration, you can enjoy a performance about that legend and watch live broadcast of dragon boat racing. In the meanwhile, varieties of Zongzi, an essential food for this unique occasion, are available, which take different shapes and various fillings. Come and join us!

Today, after school, my friends asked me to have dinner with them, I felt so happy and went the restaurant with them. Then I found they wanted to eat buffet, I was so happy, because I always wanted to have buffet, I could eat a lot of food.

As we paid the money more than we usually spent, so all of us wanted to eat as more as possible, even though we were full enough, we still tried to eat. I would go the wash room many times, so that I could continue to eat. I found eating the buffet should be a happy thing for me, but now it seemed to be a kind of torture, I always told myself to eat more than I could bear, my stomach hurt.

The experience to eat buffet lets me realize that I should enjoy the food instead of eat more than I could bear.
