现在，我已经跑的大汗漓淋，但我不甘心，我不相信我只能跑这么会儿，一咬呀，突然想到想要取得好的成绩必须拥有一个健康的身体，想要拥有一个健康的身体，只能坚持运动，锻炼，拐过一个弯，我向出发点跑出，左边的池塘不少的鱼儿欢快的游着，似乎也在运动。最后，我跑回了家，结束了这次晨跑。

运动不仅带来健康，还带来快乐，何必在家当“宅男”“宅女”呢？快加入运动的行列吧，一起加入全民运动。
