爆竹声中一岁除。过年的曲谱中，烟花是低沉而隆重的大鼓，重重的一声声爆响，伴随着大伞的散花、金龙的出落和弧形的彩虹，在这儿的每个角落一朵、一双、一群、一片、一世界地盛放，在瞬间迸发出无与伦比的光彩。八仙桌上的谈笑，与庆祝的掌声，轻灵清脆，不禁联想到“琴瑟友之”——它自然是尽情的琴声了，笑的柔和让周围的每个人都情不自己地欢欣起来。然后是一声清亮的锣响，它就是午夜时分新年的那一阵欢呼，虽短，但余音袅袅，不绝如缕，一直绵延着，就如一条溪，汩汩地流向明年。最终，有一串编钟声，它那么神秘，好像是时间的流逝，是沧海尽头年兽的咆哮。

走过每一个门洞，都有一阵阵的香飘来。像是腊肉那硬硬的香，像是羊肉汤那热乎乎的香，像是粗粮天然的香，像是馒头新鲜出炉的香，像是香肠有嚼劲的香，像是饺子一包汁的香，像是坚果干脆的香，像是陈年佳994酿醇醇的香……这香味，就如它们本身。一缕香，一丝味，一盘菜，一桌人，一捧幸福。我最喜欢汤圆，白白胖胖，安静地躺在汤里。它圆满的外表下，那甜稠的芝麻馅，宛然一颗爱心。

简举最红的动画片《熊出没之过年》中的一情景：就算一个伐木工，也懂得，妈妈的饺子，爸爸的酒，都是期待着日历的那一页，岁末除夕的到来。不管是冰冷的雾淞，晃动的冬笋，飞驰的火车，灿亮的灯光……乡，只有一个，让游子不倦地飞奔。

但是你的身边有这样的场面吗：在手机的点击声中，手里的速冻汤圆不慎滑落在地，跌得粉碎，像轰雷般提醒了你，今年春节要去香港旅游。如是这样，声呢?味呢?乡呢?

The Person I Admire

The person I admire is my mum. She is an English teacher. She is very popular among the students because she spends lots of time on her lessons and has a good sense of humor. Students all enjoy her class.

我敬佩的人是我的妈妈。她是一位英语老师。她很受学生的欢迎，因为她花了很多时间在功课上，而且很幽默。学生都很喜欢她的课。

My mum is not only a good teacher, but also a great mother. She is patient with me and always smiling while talking. My mum teaches me how to think independently and helps me to build up my confidence. When I have some difficulties in my studies, it is my mum who encourages me to work until I solve the problem. When I’m feeling sad or bad, it is also my mum who looks after me with care.

I remember when I caught a fever at midnight last year, my mum took me to the hospital as fast as she could. When we got home after my injection, it was about 5 o’clock in the early morning. My mum only slept 2 hours because she had to wake up at 7 o’clock to prepare breakfast for me, and then she went to work. She must be very tired that day.

一年一度的冬季长跑在瑟瑟寒风中拉开了帷幕。每当下午第三节课下课，广播里就会传出富有节奏感的乐声。迎着带有丝丝暖意的余晖，我们迈着整齐划一的步伐沿着跑道奔跑，铿锵有力的脚步，和着乐声，在操场上久久回荡着。

冬天，对于我们来说是一种煎熬。寒冷的天气往往很容易使人感冒发烧，许多同学防不胜防，再加上为了抵御冷风的肆虐侵袭而不常开教室的门和窗，便都陆陆续续得了重感冒。这样一来，同学们看起来恹恹的不说，课堂效率也降低了不少。

冬季长跑开始以后，这种现象开始有了好转。每天跑个三四圈，活动活动身体，舒展舒展手脚，不仅让我们精神抖擞，同时也增强了我们的体魄。

运动，带给了我们健康。

我是一个快乐的女孩，平时很爱运动，因为在运动中既得到了快乐又得到了健康。

其中我最爱的运动是旅行。别看我年纪不大，可也去过不少地方，诸如天堂寨、云台山、青岛……

那是我上四年级时的国庆节，爸爸妈妈带我去天堂寨玩。天堂寨是一个有着各种各样层出不穷的山头组成的，最高峰约一千七百米，听说爬上最高峰要“过五关，斩六将”。

十月二日，车载着我们缓缓的来到山下，看着高耸入云的山峰，心里不觉抖了一下：山这么高，可怎么爬上去呀！导游告诉我们上山有两种选择：一是徒步爬山，很惊险，甚至有生命的危险。二是乘坐缆车，方便快捷，可以看到许多美景，而且很安全，但是会缺少爬山的乐趣。本来我想坐缆车，可转念一想，如果靠自己的力量爬到山顶，那不是很有成就感，很快乐吗？爬山不仅可以锻炼身体，在爬山的过程中还可以和大自然亲密接触，不是一举两得吗？于是我和爸爸、妈妈一起向山上迈出了第一步。

我们拾级而上，到了第一个瀑布——气势壮观的泻玉瀑。只见流水直往下泻，像一条玉带凌空飞降。这时我想起了李白的诗“飞流直下三千尺，疑是银河落九天”。我们又继续前进，到了美丽的冰晶瀑。这个瀑布从高高的山上流下来，那形状像一片片鱼鳞。我们来到它的源头，一个波光粼粼的水池，名叫瑶池。传说是王母娘娘喝水的地方，我捧了一些水，喝了一口，真是清凉可口啊！我们又在水池旁边嬉戏玩耍。

终于到了最险的山峰——龙剑峰。龙剑峰道狭峰陡，有“一夫当关，万夫莫开”之险。每次只能容一人通过，须手脚齐上阵才行。走到这个地方，看着山下连绵的云海，万一摔下去会粉身碎骨，心中不觉毛骨悚然，打起了退堂鼓。爸爸看了看我说：“不用怕，有爸爸、妈妈在，不会有事的。”在爸爸的鼓励下，我双手紧紧地抓住上面的岩石，两脚再用力蹬，爸爸在上面拉着我的胳膊，妈妈在下面扶着我的脚，在爸妈的帮助下，我终于过了险峰。

“功夫不负有心人”，经过“过五关，斩六将”我终于到达了最高峰，站在高高的山顶，看白云在脚下飘荡，鸟儿在身边欢唱，清风在耳边回响，心中别提有多快乐！

All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth.

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

you ever encounter and make your dreams come true. Since health is so important

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

suggestions:

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell

phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

Away from the books to bring me heavy,away from the results brought me the blow,running, toward the field,enjoy nature, return to nature.

The golden fields are filled with this years grain bumper harvest.May be in this calm field,but came a uninvited guest:grasshopper.It is also known as locusts,will change the color of rice and change their own color,eating crops in the field.So the National Day holiday,I and my brother can not wait to come to the edge of the fields,line up sleeves, rolled up pants,rushed into the field, began to rectify the “pest”.

The fields are bouncing grasshopper everywhere,Gu got this only, and refused to take that only. 俗话说：”生命在于运动!”运动会让你更加快乐。运动会让你更加健康。

运动带给我健康：因为适当的运动有利于消除疲劳，缓解生活压力，改善情绪，让人身心放松保持一种平和的心态。运动还有个大大的好处，那就是运动可以瘦身。如果你生活在钱家坪中学这个大集体中，你会发现下课后操场上总有几个笨拙的身影，这些人并不是为了美丽而瘦身，而是为了健康而瘦身。也许很多人不知道肥胖的坏处，肥胖可能引发高血压，糖尿病等等一系列疾病的突发。所以，为了健康，我们得运动。

运动带给我快乐：抓住生命中的最美好。在运动中在快乐里，领悟自己的人生道路和人生价值。我运动我快乐。因为在运动中会发现许多生活的美妙与生命的轻盈，记得有次期中考试成绩不尽人意，我一个人在花坛上闷闷不乐的发呆，朋友便过来跑过来告诉我：”不要哭，要坚强下去，让我们把泪水变为汗水蒸发掉，一起去跑步。”我拖着笨重的身体试了试，后来我发现运动真的可以忘却烦恼，振作精神。

不热爱运动的人，一定是一个没有毅力，面对困难不能矢志不移的人。在跑步在运动的过程中，索然很辛苦，很累。我相信每个能到终点能够成功的人，心中一定有一个信念，这个信念就叫—坚持
