Time flies, after a day of game, finally we had the first grade, the students jumped with joy. What a happy sports meeting!

Today is the annual sports meet. Now, grade six in primary school. Also represents the games, is the primary school in the last games. This makes me sad, but todays games, first let me sorrow away.

The Olympic Games, first held in 776BC, has a history of more than one thousand years. The modern Games is held every four years. Many countries try their best to bid for hosting the Olympic Games. And every country does its best to get more medals in the Games.

There are five rings on the Olympic flag, which are considered to symbolize the five continents: Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania and America. The Olympic motto is: "Swifter, higher, stronger." The Games can promote the understanding and friendship among different peoples and different nations.

我是一个快乐的女孩，平时很爱运动，因为在运动中既得到了快乐又得到了健康。

其中我最爱的运动是旅行。别看我年纪不大，可也去过不少地方，诸如天堂寨、云台山、青岛……

我就把其中一次的旅行讲给你听，让你和我一起分享运动﹝旅行﹞健康的快乐吧！

那是我上四年级时的国庆节，爸爸妈妈带我去天堂寨玩。天堂寨是一个有着各种各样层出不穷的山头组成的，最高峰约一千七百米，听说爬上最高峰要“过五关，斩六将”。

十月二日，车载着我们缓缓的来到山下，看着高耸入云的山峰，心里不觉抖了一下：山这么高，可怎么爬上去呀！导游告诉我们上山有两种选择：一是徒步爬山，很惊险，甚至有生命的危险。二是乘坐缆车，方便快捷，可以看到许多美景，而且很安全，但是会缺少爬山的乐趣。本来我想坐缆车，可转念一想，如果靠自己的力量爬到山顶，那不是很有成就感，很快乐吗？爬山不仅可以锻炼身体，在爬山的过程中还可以和大自然亲密接触，不是一举两得吗？于是我和爸爸、妈妈一起向山上迈出了第一步。

我们拾级而上，到了第一个瀑布——气势壮观的泻玉瀑。只见流水直往下泻，像一条玉带凌空飞降。这时我想起了李白的诗“飞流直下三千尺，疑是银河落九天”。我们又继续前进，到了美丽的冰晶瀑。这个瀑布从高高的山上流下来，那形状像一片片鱼鳞。我们来到它的源头，一个波光粼粼的水池，名叫瑶池。传说是王母娘娘喝水的地方，我捧了一些水，喝了一口，真是清凉可口啊！我们又在水池旁边嬉戏玩耍。

终于到了最险的山峰——龙剑峰。龙剑峰道狭峰陡，有“一夫当关，万夫莫开”之险。每次只能容一人通过，须手脚齐上阵才行。走到这个地方，看着山下连绵的云海，万一摔下去会粉身碎骨，心中不觉毛骨悚然，打起了退堂鼓。爸爸看了看我说：“不用怕，有爸爸、妈妈在，不会有事的。”在爸爸的鼓励下，我双手紧紧地抓住上面的岩石，两脚再用力蹬，爸爸在上面拉着我的胳膊，妈妈在下面扶着我的脚，在爸妈的帮助下，我终于过了险峰。

“功夫不负有心人”，经过“过五关，斩六将”我终于到达了最高峰，站在高高的山顶，看白云在脚下飘荡，鸟儿在身边欢唱，清风在耳边回响，心中别提有多快乐！
