第二个项目是女子800米长跑，只见几个800米选手气势昂扬地站在起跑线上，准备共创佳绩。裁判令旗一挥，第一组(男女长跑皆分组进行)运动员便撒开脚步展开持久战，其中就有我们班的两个长跑主力：徐可依和肖雯韫。起初肖雯韫跑在徐可依前面，但由于体力分配不均，第二圈时便落在徐可依后面，并且此时徐可依已经跑在这个小组的第一了。徐可依的动作显得越来越吃力，但她始终是以匀速前进，一直保持着第一的位置。而有的女生则已经上气不接下气了，更有甚者干脆停了下来，真是一点运动精神都没有。徐可依越来越接近终点了，200米，100米，她在最后100米发起了冲刺，她似乎已经动用了全身剩余的体力，向着终点跑去。徐可依终于冲过了终点，成为小组第一!而肖雯韫则慢一些，过了一会儿才见她跑过终点。在接下来的800米小组赛中我们班的女生也表现优异，取得了满意的成绩。

终于到男生上场了，女子800米后便是男子拔河。包括我在内的20个“猛x”都表现得异常兴奋，我们的第一个对手是八(六)班，“各就各位，预备--开始!”，裁判口令刚落，我们便使出吃奶的劲向后倒，绳子的另一端也传来异常大的力量，这是我们才体会到拔河的辛苦，但是走到这里，我们只能尽全力应战，拔河猛将周胜德紧抓着绳子向后拉，我们也配合用力，这时，两旁传来为我们加油的声音，顿时化作一股力量钻入每个运动员的身躯，手臂上的力量仿佛暴增一倍!猛地一拉，一口气给(六)班下了失败通知书。然后我们又打败了(八)班，此时广播里传来要男子1000米运动员作准备的声音。

我站在男子1000米起点，心中有些紧张，但我又对自己说，没什么，只要发挥出水平就够了。我的耐力在(一)班是上等水平，但由于不了解其他人的实力，使我心里总是没底，没时间想这么多了。裁判已经举起了令旗，我望着令旗，在挥旗的第一时间，我便冲出了起点，只见旁边有几个人一开始就动用冲刺战术，一口气冲到前方，我只保持着平时训练时的速度匀速前进，两圈过后，已经有几个人由于一开始就冲刺，体力消耗巨大而气喘吁吁，不得不放慢速度，我超过了一个又一个，马上就是最后100米了，我憋足了劲，一下子爆发出来，冲向终点，但是我的冲刺并没有取得理想的效果，在冲刺过程中我只超过了一个人，最终以小组第三的成绩结束1000米跑。此时我心中倒释然了，虽然没有取得理想的成绩，但我确实已经尽力了。

刚跑完1000米便有同学通知我准备参加男子拔河半决赛，我只得略作休息，便匆忙上阵，结果此次拔河我们班成绩明显下降，原因有二：中间一部分人注意力不集中，别人都开始了还不知觉。而且曹宇均正在参加男子1000米第二组，没法参加拔河，。所以，我们最后输给了(五)班，退居拔河比赛第三名，但是我们也吸取了拔河的经验，相信下次，我们能做的更好!

不知不觉，上午过去了。接着迎来的是下午的又一轮比赛。下午的焦点是10X50迎面接力赛跑。观看接力比赛的人围满了场地，黑压压的一片。对于接力比赛来说，第一棒和最后一棒最为重要，尤其是最后一棒，需要有超常的冲刺能力和爆发力。女生接力第一棒是万迁，最后一棒则是徐可依。接力比赛也分组进行，各班运动员都站在各自的场地严阵以待，比赛很快就开始了，平时看似柔弱的女生此时都似离铉之箭往对面跑去，彼此交织的人影构成了运动场上的一道靓丽的风景线，我们班的女生以小组第二名的成绩结束比赛，特别是第八棒班长刘诺，自称是“打酱油”的，还说“没白打”，很搞笑。随后自然就是男子迎面接力了，第一棒是黎锐，最后一棒嘛，当然是我了，虽然长跑我不敢说，但是在(一)班短跑只要我称第二，就没人敢称第一!我们信心十足地走到场地，黎锐攥着红白相间的木棒，裁判刚发令便抢先一步冲过来，随后第二棒，第三棒，但是最左边的那个班比我们跑得还快，我心急如焚，就在这时，幸运之神开始向我们微笑，那个班在一次接棒时不慎将木棒撞到了地上，耽误了2秒钟，但就是这2秒钟，我们已经占据了优势，当我接过木棒时，便一下子将力量爆发出来，以超常的速度冲向对面，我已经听到了我们班的欢呼声，就是这一瞬间!(一)班以团结的意志取得了小组第一名!顿时，(一)班成了欢乐的海洋，欢呼声，叫喊声，夸赞声交错在一起。一整天的赛事在同学们的欢笑声中结束了。

运动伴随我成长，NBA的球星们成为我的偶像，篮球自然也成为我运动生涯不可或缺的一部分。而后，我参加了篮球队，每天下午，我和球友们聚到篮球场上，站在被太阳烤的滚烫的大地上，一起跑步，蛙跳，带球变相跑，跨下运球······汗水湿透了衣服，汗水滴入了眼睛，我们的脸都“糟蹋”的跟花猫一样。我们一丝不苟的学着教练的动作，我们一起分享着运动中的快乐，结下了浓厚的友谊。我在队里是最矮的球员，但是我并没有因此而放弃我的篮球梦，因为我深知成功没有捷径，只有努力。

我爱运动，运动使我的生活变的丰富多彩，多一份快乐，多一分自信，多一份友谊。运动会一直伴随我成长到老!

When it comes to November 11, what’s on your mind? Well, as to the old

generations, it’s only an ordinary day; however, the young generations will

consider it as the Singles’ Day as well as the on-line shopping carnival. In

fact, on November 11th, 2013, Tmall and Taobao (the biggest Chinese online

shopping platform) has sold out more than 35 billion Yuan goods, this data has

astonished the media at home and abroad. Apparently, people have more interests

on cyber shopping than spend the night with their single friends. Some home

media even suggest that November 11th should be the Chinese on-line shopping

carnival.

In 2010, Jack Ma, the CEO of Tmall and Taobao, had coined the term “Double

Eleven”, aimed to encourage the single people to do something to celebrate their

own festival. Instead of dating lovers, people go on-line shopping to relive the

loneliness. According to the survey, China had 564 million Internet users at the

end of last year and 180 million single people. And the single people are the

main force of the China’s spending power. The debut was a great success. Then

“11.11” has an unusual meaning, which stands for on-line shopping carnival.

Comparing with the traditional shopping, the cyber shopping has more

distinguish features, which quite fit the young generations’ taste. People do

not need to go outside, just click their mouse, the goods will be home. The best

part is you can do it anywhere, anytime. All you need is a credit card. What we

can predict in the future is that on-line shopping is not going to fade away,

instead, it will boost like the mushrooms after spring rains.

Everybody has his or her interest， and interests differ widely from person

to person because of age， sex health and education. To some extent， interest

also reflects ones ability or wish. Interest plays an important part in our

daily life. As a middle school student interest is of great importance in study.

If you want to learn something well， you have to show interest in it， which is

quite possible. Once you have found your way into the subject， you may have also

found a world of curiosities.

In our times， interest may not only result in skill and knowledge but also

lead to great inventions and discoveries. To be a successful person in the world

one should develop ones interest.

I am not fond of basketball,let alone to play it.But I have seen a

wonderful basketball game between my class and postgraduate class.It is so

wonderful that I cannt help asking myself "Is it real".The answer is pretty

yes.I also learn a lot from the game.

First ,teamwork is very important.You are sure to fail if you play by

yourself.So five members must play together and well orgnized.Second ,you should

have a aim.In order to reach it,you should try your best.

Last,never give up whatever have happened.Even if you get low scores,you

shouldnt give up.If there is a will,there is a way.If there is a will ,there is

also a opportunity.And you can make failure into success.Believe yourself and

believe your team.You are the best one.
