人们常说“生命在于运动。”可是又有谁把这句话变为实际呢？大多数人总是口头上说明天我要做什么运动，运动多久、多久。但是一到明天又会找出无数多的借口，再次把这个不是任务的任务推到明天。于是运动就被人们明日复明日的推啊推，直到人们生了大病或得了肥胖的那一天，才开始抱怨自己运动不够，可往往那时早已亡羊补牢为时已晚了。

在近几年的中国国民体质报告中，中国国民肥胖的概率一直呈上升趋势。尽管如此，很多人还是满不在乎，因为他们相信自己永远不会得肥胖，因此就出现了早已得了肥胖却一些自以为健壮的人。他们直到自己被检测出得了好几种关于肥胖的致命的病时，才发觉自己平时运动太少，但又解释说说自己的时间太少了。

鲁迅先生说：“时间像海绵里的水，只要愿挤，总还是有的。”

要我说，每天不要求运动太多，只有抽半个小时来运动就足够了。不要说你没时间，把你玩手机、发呆、上网打游戏等等时间拿出来我相信远远不止半个小时。如果你说还没时间，比国家总统还忙，那你就把平时的坐车换成步行或骑自行车。不过你还说没时间，每天24小时要用23小时59分钟，仅有的一分钟要用来洗脸刷牙、睡觉吃饭。那我也没办法，谁叫你忙得打嗝的时间都没有呢？

再来说运动对我们心理上的帮助。

在美国的一份调查中显示，1750名心理医生中，80%认为运动可以治疗抑郁症。有人认为每天多运动可以解除你外在的压力，让人保持活力充沛，让人神清气爽。运动还可以改善睡眠，失眠的人多运动是一个比药物更有效健康的方法。

当然运动的好处还有很多，不过每一种运动的好处但是不同的，所以要多选做几种运动。
