I took a trip to Shanghai with my mother during the seven-day holiday. It

took us more than two hours to drive to Shanghai from my home in Haimen. We

stayed in a large hotel on the eighth floor. On the first day， I just stayed in

the hotel and rested. On the second day， my brother and I went to Nanjing Road.

It’s the busiest street in Shanghai. When we got there， there were lots of

people. We walked from one shop to another. I bought two T-shirts and two pairs

of trousers for the ing summer. The T-shirts and trousers I bought are all white

because white is my favourite colour. My brother also bought some clothes. On

the third day， my mother took me to Jinjiang Entertainment Centre. It was full

of people. I played many kinds of gamesthere. I had a good time. The other days，

I went to some other interesting places， such as the Oriental Bright Pearl TV

Tower， the Huangpu River and Shanghai International Conference Centre. I didn’t

forget to do my homework in the evening. I had a full and happy holiday.

期末考试已经过去，离初三又近了一步，当初也没有想到时间会过得这么快，一下子两年就过去了。

在这次期末考试之中，我还是犯了一个老毛病，一解出题之后就开始得瑟，结果就毁在了那些有两种甚至更多解法的题上。这次更惨的是自己的发挥，由于在考试之前妈妈准备的晚餐有问题导致我肠胃不适，只能带病上考场，时不时地出现的腹部以及肺部疼痛让人无法专心。这次唯一好的一点是我做到了“誓与阵地共存亡”坚决地和试卷耗到了最后一秒。重要的是这次不是耗着画小人而是在不停的检查，充分的利用了多余的时间。这也是我弥补“天时”不佳的方式吧——用“人和”。所幸 这次考试之后就把生物和地理在初中结业了，再也不理他们了，看这两科再怎么拉我的分。

不过虽然我不爱生物和地理但我还是在这两科上占优势，这次还有天公作美，我的座位前有一张中国的地图，虽然是公路图，但是也够用了，就这一点点的“地利”帮 我提了整整三分。虽然很幸运，很开心，但下次不依赖的为妙谁知道下一次你会不会有那个运气呢，不是吗？虽然看样子这次我大概考好了，但我依然对此比较紧张，不然我在考完之后为什么天天都做关于这次考试的噩梦呢？考完试了错题本正在进行着最后的组建，二次错题也即将上本，我面向着初三。这次考试的结果固然 重要但最为重要的早已不是考试的结果，而是这次考试之后的表现，是中考的结果。

愿一切不会像小升初时一样，差一点成功结果成了最大的失败者。

这一切正像老师在黑板上写的那行字——从三分之二到一，ARE YOU READY？我想说I AM READY！

期末考试结束了,语文基本上都会做,可是数学有点难,有两张试卷,第一张感觉还可以,第二张太难了,好多题我都没见过，有两道题不会,有按规律填数,我拿不准,我想数学可能考的不太好。妈妈让我总结为什么考试不好？我想了想，原因就是自己平时不虚心,而且太懒惰。平时作业做完时,妈妈总想让我做一些练习题, 可我一点也不想做，总感觉书上的都会了，不用做了吧。我只想着看动画片,玩电脑游戏了，让书柜上的语文试卷、数学测试,还有两本数学奥数书都在那儿睡大觉了。现在考试不好了，后悔当时真应该听妈妈的话，那样可能就会考好了。这次考试结束了，妈妈说让我吸取这次教训，一定要虚心学习，多练习一些别的题型，争取下学期学好，考个好成绩。加油！

为了拯救这懦弱的花朵，必须唤醒他的信心，而成功恰恰是唤醒信心的最佳方法。所以，为了成功，必须有一套好的学习方法和学习习惯，我决定，做到以下几点：

一、要指定好学习目标和计划。

二、做好五个环节：

(1)课前预习。大致看一下当天要学习的内容，不懂的地方问老师或同学，有一些实在不懂的地方就标上记号，做到心中有数;

(2)上课认真听讲。把思路跟着老师走，讲到自己课前预习标上记号的地方时，更要细心听老师讲解，如果还不懂，可以等下课问老师或同学。在认真听讲的同时，还要把自己认为重要的地方勾划或抄下来。

(3)课后复习。把当天所学的内容和所做的笔记整理好，好好复习，把该背诵的背下来。

(4)独立完成作业。认真完成，不抄袭。

(5)订正。老师把作业或试卷发下来后，订正错误的地方，认真，严肃对待。

三、课外尽量少点接触电脑等娱乐性、引诱性较高的物品。

四、多看课外读物、新闻。

Pollution has been a serious problem for a certain time around the world.

There are many causes for it. Transportation is the main factor of pollution.

When the waste gas from cars is released, the air is polluted. People breathing

in the polluted air can develop respiratory disease. Another factor is that

people throw their garbage everywhere. All kinds of garbage not only spoil the

splendid environment, but also cause environmental pollution. Whats more,

industrial pollution also deserves our attention. Wastewater from factories is

poured into rivers and this causes water pollution. As a consequence, the

greenhouse effect becomes a problem which needs our immediate caution and how to

solve is urgent all over the world. At present, some measures have been taken to

prevernt.

For example, people classify the garbage and some is recycled after being

collected. People are also encouraged to use paper products instead of plastic

products because we know that our living condition will be worse if we keep

ignoring this problem. And I believe we can prevent pollution if everyone makes

the efforts.

Last year, my father bought a lovely pet for me. She has four white paws and a white and yellow tail. She has two small ears, two green eyes and eight whiskers on her face. Her name is Sally and she is one year old.

Do you know what it is? A cat? Yes, it is a cat. She has very short fur and she is quite small. She weighs about 2 kilograms. She is usually very friendly and quiet. We never frighten her or pull her tail or ears. She likes walking around me and playing with me.

If she is hungry, she will miaow. Usually, she eats food from a tin, but her favorite food is fish. She likes juice if it is not too cold. She likes to chase and catch mice and sometimes she plays with butterflies. Sally often plays with balls and pieces of string. She does not like dogs and she hates the rain. She likes sitting on the sofa and watching TV.

She sleeps anywhere! She sleeps on any table, on any chair, or in any basket. She sleeps on top of the piano, on top of the fridge or TV. She sleeps on the window ledge, in the open drawer, in the empty shoe, on the grass, between the flowers, under the tree, on anybody’s lap, in a cardboard box, in the cupboard, or on my dress. Sally doesn’t care! She sleeps anywhere. She likes sleeping on my lap best.

I feed Sally every day and give her clean water. Sometimes I brush her fur and she enjoys it very much.

Sally is a very good friend, but she is quite lazy! She never worries because we take good care of her. She is always a happy cat.

期末考试结束了，成绩有些惨不忍睹，心情一下降到最低点。

其实刚开始时，我还有那么一些信心，因为试卷还算可以，比较细，难称不上，估计班级的平均分应该在80分以上吧，可谁知道结果竟然是76·6分。不及格的有2个(1个为随班跟读)，及格为10人，良好为26人，优秀为2人。

这样的成绩有些丢人，心中的怒火也抑制不住了，以至晚饭都吃不下(现在有点饿了，后悔啊)，躺在床上半天后，整理了下心情，好多了，也终于想通了。

谢谢叶老师，每次都会指导我一下，但是好像晚了点。叶老师的这盆冷水泼的好，“你在帮谁复习?”“好学生还是学困生?”“有效果吗?”当时我还不以为然，理直气壮的对他说：“我已经很认真的复习了，只要听了，做了作业的，就没什么问题了，他们那些作业不做的，家长都不管，我能怎么办。”现在想想真的很好笑，叶老师说的真的很对，我要复习的对象只是学困生，好学生回家后自己也会看书的，不需要你多说什么的，而学困生呢?他们在家本来就缺少家长的管教，导致作业完成不是很好，压根就没复习到什么，上课的效率也很差，所以这样的复习效果微乎其微。

我将成绩翻看了一下，发现期末一直不做作业的3个成绩分别是51·5，60，61。还有5个作业也时常拖拉和完成不认真的也都在74分以下。现在我终于明白叶老师说的“复习是要帮学困生复习。”而我一直“一视同仁”，结果却导致了这样的结果，不得不说我很失败。至少复习阶段是很失败的。没有抓住重点。

吃一堑，长一智。事不过三，经过自己的摸索和叶老师的指导，我想下次我一定会注意的，会改进我的方法的，努力将这条“尾巴”割了。

期末考试考完了，对于这个成绩，我感到很不满意，因为，我后退了。

我总结了一下原因;学习不扎实，考试太粗心，平时做题少。更主要的原因是——考试前没复习。

因为在考试前夕，我跟父母吵架，搞得我没复习，心情也不好，这大大影响了我的考试成绩。在考试过程中，我只能按照我平常的记忆，以前做的题目来做题。更可怕的是，我竟因考试紧张，吃不下饭去!心理素质太差!

从现在开始，只要我们能够每天学好当天学到的东西，并加以复习、巩固，这样日积月累，到了周末就会有足够多的时间来复习其他科目，保证万无一失，考试时，便会成竹在胸，而且无论如何测验，都无所畏惧。要给自己确立一个奋斗的目标，而这个目标，不能太高，也不能太低;太高的话，当没有超过这个目标时，便会灰心丧气;太低的话，太过轻易的超过自己的标准，便没有超越自己的快感。所以，给自己你定目标也是必不可少的。

Water Pollution

With the development of industry, water pollution is becoming more serious now. The polluted water not only kills fish, it is also harmful to our health. Many people get sick because they drink the polluted water. In some rivers the water is so dirty that they can even kill plants.

We should fight against the pollution. We should stop using harmful things. I wish it is not a dream that in the near future we can have clean rivers again.

Environment Protection

Nowadays, peoples life has changed a lot with the development of modern technology and economy, which has put lots of negative effects on the environment.

Why this? Because, firstly, some factories are pouring wastes into rivers, lakes, seas and so forth; secondly, because of human activities, a great number of plants and animals are losing their lives; thirdly, using modern machines and chemicals is bad for the environment. Besides these, there are a lot of human activities which have done or are doing harm to our surroundings.

Our country has a large area of forest. However, not until recently did the government begin to realize the importance of protecting the forest. As we may know from various sources, the government recently adopted a policy called "restore the farmland to the forest"(退耕还林).This has brought much hope to the forest of our country as well as the sustainable development of our country.

Pollution: a Social Problem

When we read newspapers, we often come across the word pollution. This word was not familiar to the people some decades ago. But now, it is a serious threat to usbecause. it means the poisoning of the air, seas, rivers and lands, which would do harm to our health.

There are many factories that bring pollution to us. We can not have fresh air in the morning. This is mainly because of the poisonous smoke coming from factories, especially chemical ones. In rivers, seas and oceans, there are industrial wastes. Some factories just throw their wastes into seas or let them flow into rivers. When people drink the water from such rivers, they get poisoned. Besides, there is rubbish from ships and when sometimes an accident occurs in an ocean, oil flows out from tankers.

On land, the accumulation of rubbish in the streets may dirty the city and ruin our health. This is mainly due to the improper disposal of rubbish by people.

If we do mot fight against pollution, surely one day all of us will be killed. Some people like to put the blame on the industrial revolutions. On the contrary, the pollution problem will be solved only with the help of modem science and technology.

I’m an outgoing girl and my name is Shi Yun. I love singing songs,

With the deepening of reform and opening-up of our country, many people dream of going abroad for further study. They insist that the modern research facilities, world famous professors and excellent environment in those foreign colleges can help lay a perfect foundation for their future development.

However, there are still many people who favor studying at home. They argue that studying abroad is too expensive and doesnt pay. They also point out that there are no language and cultural barriers if they study at home.

Both opinions are acceptable in some sense. If students have the chance and financial resources, they should seize the opportunity to study abroad and broaden their eyes. On the other hand, if conditions dont permit, they can pursue their studies in top universities at home. What counts is not the place where you study, but the desire to learn.

因为在考试前夕，我跟父母吵架，搞得我没复习，心情也不好，这大大影响了我的考试成绩。在考试过程中，我只能按照我平常的记忆，以前做的题目来做题。更可怕的是，我竟因考试紧张，吃不下饭去！心理素质太差！

从现在开始，只要我们能够每天学好当天学到的东西，并加以复习、巩固，这样日积月累，到了周末就会有足够多的时间来复习其他科目，保证万无一失，考试时，便会成竹在胸，而且无论如何测验，都无所畏惧。要给自己确立一个奋斗的目标，而这个目标，不能太高，也不能太低;太高的话，当没有超过这个目标时，便会灰心丧气;太低的话，太过轻易的超过自己的标准，便没有超越自己的快感。所以，给自己你定目标也是必不可少的。希望在下次考试中，取得更好的成绩。

对于我们中学生来说：有三样东西随时都会到来：阶段考试、期末考试和期末考试。无论什么考试目的不在于看学生考了多少分，而在于总结前一阶段的学习情况，找出问题，总结经验，以利于下一阶段的改进和提高。然而，很多学生考完试仅仅关注的是自己的分数、名次、位置。而忽视阶段性学习总结，考试失去了应有的作用。所以我们每一位同学应当在老师的指导下进行科学的、全面的考后反思。

首先是学习态度的反思。学习态度是决定学习成绩的重要因素。怎样评价你的学习态度是否端正呢？一是要看课堂上能否专心听讲，能否克制自己不做与学习无关的事情。二是能否自觉、独立、认真地完成作业，能否主动改正错题。三是在完成规定作业后能否主动复习、预习和进行课外学习。四是在学习中遇到问题是否想办法解决。五是能否合理分配自己的时间。

其次是学习方法的反思。科学的学习方法可以收到事半功倍的效果，但科学高效的学习方法是需要学生不断摸索、总结的，特别是考试之后对各门功课的学习方法的总结，如文科一些需要背诵的内容，在什么时间，怎样背效率高，是抄背还是读背。

其三是单科差异的反思。不少学生对各门功课并不是同样感兴趣，往往会出现偏科现象，从而导致弱科太差，强科无效。这就需要在考试之后进行反思，哪些功课学得好，哪些还不够理想，成功经验是什么，失误的原因是什么。如果是自己的学习兴趣浓或是因为觉得这门课重要，就要想办法继续保持兴趣或提高对其他学科重要性的认识，树立能够学好自认为重要的功课的信心。其他成绩不理想的学科也应该一样重视，那就肯定能够学好。

其四是应试心理和技巧的反思。你能否带着平静的心情去应试，也是你成绩能否进步的一个因素，因心理过度紧张而导致考试发挥失常的情况有很多。应试技巧是指学生在应试时是否能够合理分配时间，能否快速审题，能否尽快把握题目要点，能否完整的找到答题角度。你在考试后就需要对这些情况做一个全面的总结，避免再犯类似的错误。

同学们，考后反思固然重要，但是更重要的是静下心来重新找到自己的起点。找到了起点后决不能停在起点不动，而要奋斗、前进。有的同学考试没考好，这时他就非常的有动力，列出了一大堆的学习计划，下了一大堆的决心，但是几天过后就又像以前一样了，又失去了动力。所以对待学习，我们要有坚定的毅力。

在刚刚结束的期末考试里,我犯了很多不该犯的错误.

我一向语文很好,可是这次鬼使神差的,语文竟然错了很多不该错的地方.经过我的仔细反思,我想这和我阅读题目不认真有着很大的关系.这点也同样延伸到了数学和英语方面.很多计算和语法上的小错误让我丢掉了不少分数.

我知道老师对于我有着很大的期望,可是我还是没有考好.对于这点我感到十分抱歉.但是既然犯了错误就要改正,所以,通过考试我也想了很多以后一定要学习的东西.

首先我要改掉考试不细心读题目的坏习惯.有时候我往往看着题目前面就顺手把后面的问题写上了,但是却错了很多.这也许也和答题技巧有关系.总之,通过以后的练习,我一定要在考试的过程之中认真审题,自习读题,把题目看准、看好.时间允许的时候要多检查几遍,绝对不允许自己再犯类似于这样的无谓的错误.

其次,我还要加强语文、数学、英语三门主科以及政治、历史、地理、生物和物理的习题强化.通过考试,我终于明白山外有山,人外有人.平日大家都聚在一起做一样的题目,感觉不出来有什么明显的差异.可是一当考试,才发现原来那么多考试题目是我从来看都没看过的(你就先编着吧).只怪自己买的练习题做的少.不能允许自己再继续这样下去,所以,我一定要加倍努力,从这次考试之中汲取教训,增加力量,为下一次考试做好准备,打好基础.

考试技巧贵在练习.生活之中,我还要多多加强自己的练习和复习,考试之前制定周详的复习计划,不再手忙脚乱,没有方向.平日生活学习中学会积累,语文积累好词好句,数学也要多积累难的题目,英语则是语法项目.对做完形填空等练习题也是提高英语的好方法.

期中考试毕竟不是期末考试,我还是有机会的.下一次考试,我要更努力,争取不让老师、家长和同学们失望.不让自己失望.

对于各科老师,我希望老师不要对我失去信心,虽然我这次考得并不理想,但是我相信自己的实力.下一次考试,我一定会努力的!

期末考试很重要，有时还意义非凡。考好了，心里甜滋滋的，随之而来的是老师的赞扬、同学们的羡慕和父母的喜悦;考得不号，老师会失望，父母会生气，还可能会面对同学轻视得眼光和讥讽的话语。以我微薄之见，考好则已，考不好也别灰心，如果上要考虑长辈的夸奖，下要考虑同学的冷嘲热讽，则必败无疑。考好不骄，考不好不气馁，以平平和和的心态应考，反而能考好。但是，说到容易，做到却难。

就拿这次期中考试来说吧。我是抱着考双百分的信心来应考的。从早到晚，考试以后，都十分疲惫和担心，时间仿佛静止了，度日如年，考好和考不好这两个词在心里打架，晚上一觉酣睡才觉得好些。

第二天是数学考试。考完，我便四处问讯数学答案，以便与自己的答案相对，跟着就是几声“耶!”的欢呼，因为那时我已经感觉到我是100分了。现在就看语文了。我紧张得就像心里有几只小兔子，能清晰地感觉到自己的心跳的节奏。就在这时，同学熊梦飞跑过来，把他凉凉的小手搭在我的肩上，说：“别不高兴，”一听这话，我的心里“咯噔”一下，他继续说：“你语文九十五点五分。”啊!怎么会这样!顿时，我眼前浮现出这样几幅景象：我和爷爷坐在客厅里，爷爷问我是不是100分，我说有99.9999%的把握得100分;我和妈妈拉构：双百分就奖励一小时电脑游戏。现在倒好，不仅辜负了爷爷得期望，而且一个小时得游戏也成了泡影!唉!为什么是这样!我在心里祈祷：但愿数学能给我一个满意得结果吧!

我希望自己以平和的心态对待考试，但做起来真难啊!
