周六上午，我去参加义卖报纸活动。这个活动非常有意义，是为福利院的小朋友筹集牛奶钱。这是我第一次参加义卖报纸活动。为了这次活动我还特地买了一个用来装钱的腰包。

早晨气温比较低，凉风习习，但丝毫不会影响我义卖报纸的热情。吃过早饭后，我迫不及待的早早的来到集合点。哇，今天参加活动的同伴可真多呀！大家都在叽叽喳喳兴奋的讨论着这次活动。

9点钟，报社工作人员来了，大家一拥而上去领报纸。我先领了5份报纸，并在胸前贴上了义卖活动的标志。我拿着报纸在步行街上充满动力的开始义卖了。我见着来往的人就积极的迎上前去卖报，可一连问了好几个人却没有一个人买，我心里真是又难过又焦急。后来我想了一下原因，发现我现在的位置来往的人太少，而卖报的同学又过于密集，于是我又换了一处人多的地方卖报。一位叔叔走来，我赶紧跑过去笑着对他说：“叔叔好，请您买份报纸奉献一份爱心吧。”这位叔叔很痛快的买了一份报纸。这是我卖出的第一份报纸，我高兴地连忙谢谢叔叔，当时我激动得真想跳起来欢呼。就这样，我越卖越顺，很快就卖完了5份。我快速跑到集合点把钱放进义卖箱里后又领了5份报纸继续卖。当我再次去领报纸时，结果都卖光了。哎，我还没卖够呢！我心里觉得非常遗憾。

看完喷泉，我们沿着小路来到了一座精致的小桥上。小溪在铁角海棠和桂花树的环抱中，从桥下缓缓流过，发出潺潺的声音，委婉、悠长。

突然，一阵笑声吸引了我。人循声望去，看到建身区里，有人在梅花桩上练功，有人在扭腰器上锻炼，有人在踏步机上运动。他们边锻炼边说笑，脸上的笑容是那样的灿烂。

夕阳西下，我恋恋不舍地走出美丽的娱乐场，心里暗下决心：一定要好好学习，长大后把祖国建设得更加美丽。

I spent this holiday very quick, on the 1st May, we went to the zoo, there were crowded there, so many travelers coming from all over the country to have some fun during the holidays.On 2nd May, i visited my relatives with my parents, we had a great lunch together, the resturant were crowded as well.On 3rd May, we went to shopping in the mall, after the shopping we went to watch a new movie. All the other days left I didn’t go anywhere, not only becasue I still had some homework, but also there were almost all crowded in everywhere

My favorite recreational activity is go to the riverside park ride a bicycle. When the holiday comes, my father often takes me to riverside park to ride a bicycle for bridge. 在现代紧张忙碌的社会中，人们经常需要适时的休闲活动来纾解自己紧绷的压力及情绪。人们借由休闲活动除了可以提升工作效率之外，医学也证明适度的休闲活动可以提高身体的免疫能力，可见休闲活动对身处在现代的我们是多么的重要!

我最喜欢的休闲活动是去河滨公园骑脚踏车。每当假日来临时，爸爸经常会带我到永福桥下的河滨公园骑脚踏车。骑脚踏车不但让我享受到驾驭的快感，而且优游在奼紫嫣红的花朵和绿意盎然的树林间，如画的风景不断映入眼帘!骑累时，还可以坐在路旁的造景公园中，欣赏着由蓝天、绿地、小溪组成的自然美景，享受着妈妈准备的饮料和零嘴，不但使平时累积的学习压力顿时消除，而且也让我感受到满满的幸福呢!

然而自从智慧型手机发明之后，“低头族”的情况变得非常普遍，我们经常可以看到不管是在搭车或走路时，总是人手一台平板电脑或是手机在上网或玩游戏， 这样不但会让视力变差，还可能因为不看路而导致交通事故的发生，这种休闲活动不但对身心发展没有帮助，反而还可能有不良的影响。所以我们在从事休闲活动时，应该多接触大自然，让身心灵都能够向上提升，这才能达到从事休闲活动的目的。

骑脚踏车不但可以消除疲劳、锻练体能、强健体魄、舒展身心，还能欣赏美景，更可以节能减碳、保护地球，真是个好的休闲活动呢!
