今天下午，孔老师给我们上了第二次的活动课，这次活动课也算是个心理活动的课程吧，但和上次有点不同，多来了两位小义工，分别是崔轩赫和刘妙菲。

活动课开始了，规则是把自己讨厌的人的名字写在小纸条上，还要把你讨厌的人的缺点也写上去，接着跟你前面的人讲，如果你还讨厌那个人，就再说他的缺点，然后，同学就指着那个人说，并说出那些缺点，等着你笑或哭，就可以下去了。

我很喜欢这个游戏，这个游戏可以变得让你不讨厌你以前讨厌的人。很庆幸我没有十分讨厌的人，但是游戏过程中也有一点紧张，孔老师让我们用全身的力气放到手上，然后重重地指向你讨厌的人，然后说他们的缺点。我开始没说话，也没把手指指向哪个同学，我呆呆地坐在那，过了一会儿，我被身旁的两个男生大声的说话和用力的手指给感染了，我也大声地说了起来，用力地指向了他们。

不一会儿，活动课结束了，我问了些同学，回答最让人惊讶的是陈煜航，他说，上完这节课，我更讨厌那些人了，我呵呵地笑了几声，觉得这个回答很有意思。

到了除夕这一天，我们一行人要到舅舅舅妈家的新房子里去啦。由于是新房子，所以需要大家在一起布置春节的东西，我也一定要给大人们帮忙啦。悄悄告诉你，在除夕那天晚上，我妈妈还会过来一起过年哦!想象一下，到时候大家在一起其乐融融地吃着年夜饭，多温馨啊。

这周五，我们坐着车直奔玫瑰海岸，周围的风景令人痴迷，好不容易到了。教练把我们带到了训练基地。

我们开始组队，我被分到了六组，我们组太多二次元的女生了，于是就叫了一个与其他组风格不同的高大上的名字：“抖S之队”（其他组都是超级怀旧的风格，像新四军等等）而口号

第一个项目是一个全年级的项目，是一个拍手的项目，不过很无聊大家只要在同一个节奏拍手就好了。我们很快就完成了。

第二个项目是大脚板，九个人站在两条木棍上，然后用手抓住绳子往前走，我们组真是强大，我们组都走完了，别的组才走了一半。

第三个项目是高空项目，我是第一个爬上去跳过断桥的女生，当我爬上去的时候往下看了看，确实挺恐怖的，然后我试探性的往前轻轻的跳了一下就滑过去了，然后我又跳了回去，才依依不舍的从梯子上下去了。

第四个项目是一个合作的项目，我们以最快的速度完成了，不过有点尴尬，因为是要拉着手的，我们组有男的，所以就用了一张纸隔着，牵手的时候不会碰到。不过效率低了好多。

第五个是最好玩的项目——毕业墙，看到下面的人搭起的人梯，我们将信任托付给了这些当人梯的同学和家长，托付给了下面保护的同学们，托付给了上面拉我们的老师。

当两百个人都翻过了毕业墙，在下面当了一个下午的丁浩终于要翻墙了，同学们一个都没放弃他们，一次一次的把他推上去。最后，老师咆哮着把丁浩推了上去。

团结就是力量啊！

星期一上午的第一节课，老师神秘地说：“我们今天要举行一个活动——比力气。”

老师选出了两位选手，一位是瘦的像猴的小明，一位是胖的如熊的小海。这时有的同学在一边窃窃私语了，有的说：“这还用比吗，肯定是小海赢的。所以大部分同学都站在小海一边，也有小部分同学支持小明，说：“不能以貌取人，我相信小明也很棒的！”

早晨 懒虫篇

俗话说：“一日之计在于晨。”但对于我这条懒虫来说，早晨却是睡觉的好时光。“布谷！布谷！懒虫起床！懒虫起床！”闹钟把我从美梦中唤醒，可我怎么也舍不得这美好时光。我摆了个弥勒佛的造型，坐在床上昏昏欲睡。不一会儿，我又倒下了，并以“狗刨式”继续呼呼大睡。可惜好梦不长，人工式闹钟妈妈出场了，一阵“狮吼功。”让我惊了魂似地坐起来，睁开双眼，鼓起勇气钻出温暖的被窝。穿好衣服后，我开始品尝老一套一根油条，两个包子。哎！妈妈呀！我真是吃厌了。

上午 刻苦篇

饱餐之后，我便开始激烈的“战斗。”第一个和我过招的是“ English 兄弟，”它的兄弟姐妹可真多呀！一个个就像豆芽菜似的，看得我眼花缭乱，让我的神经比弹弓上的牛皮筋蹦得还紧，好不容易过了单词这一道“防线。”又得咬文嚼字地进行课外阅读，还得许多长篇大论或精彩片断。经过几个小时的“苦战，”我终于被午餐解放了。

下午 放松篇

一天中最让我兴奋的时刻到了。我和朋友们怀着愉快的心情去操场上荡秋千，我们尽情地玩，完全放松。还不时说点笑话，整个人感觉像要飘起来。啊！生活真美好！

怎么样，我的假期一日不错吧！

今天是“六一”儿童节，一大早，我抱着早就准备好的一箱书和玩具，兴高采烈地来到学校。庆祝活动结束后，期盼已久的“换购活动”便开始了。

同学们带着自己的物品，兴奋地来到操场，在老师的引导下有序地摆起了自己的小摊。操场上顿时炸开了锅。同学们像小蜜蜂一样忙碌起来。有的抱关自己的东西，四处转悠，搜寻宝贝；有的已经开始了“讨价还价”；还有的则一直蹲在自己的摊位前，一副姜太公钓鱼，愿者上钩的架势。

我也把我的东西分类放好，便开始等待客人上门了。等了一会儿，没有一个顾客光临，我心急了，决定改变战略战术，主动出击。我便拿着我的一个粉色美羊羊毛绒玩具四处去转悠。突然我看中了一个粉色的毛绒玩具，那是一只肥滚滚的小猪，身子是爬着的，十分可爱。我赶紧上前对小猪的主人说：“我用这个美羊羊换的小猪，可以吗？”她看了看我的美羊羊，爽快地答应了，就这样，我的有了自己的第一个战利品。

我又飞快跑回我的摊位，正好有人来了。他看中了我的漫画书，他不好意思地说：“我用这本《十万个为什么》换你的一本漫画书，可以吗？”“可以！”我立即答应。他把书给我，我也把书递给他。耶，第二件战利品到手了！很有一种成功的感觉。

换购活动仍在继续，操场上热闹非凡，叫卖声，砍价声，欢笑声，不绝于耳。

最后，我成功地换得了一大袋东西，有精美的笔筒，有崭新的课外书，有毛绒玩具……这真是一次成功的换购活动啊！

所谓舞伞，就是在一个限坐二人的大椅子上插了一把花伞，中间的机械手臂控制椅子左右上下晃动。我和月月姐姐坐在椅子上，机械手臂忽左忽右的晃动，一会儿上一会儿下，还左右倾斜，吓得我大叫：“好刺激！”过了好久才平静下来。

玩后感：如果上天给我一次机会，我一定对舞伞的发明者说三个字：“谢谢你！”

我和月月姐姐乘上“鬼屋专用车”，“轰隆隆”地进了鬼屋。刚进去，突然，一声声尖叫传进耳里，我吓得闭上了眼，一直到出来才睁开。

玩后感：早知道我该带一条毛巾擦汗，背全湿了。

后来，我们还玩了海盗船、流星车、冲水木筏，真是其乐无穷啊！

登天游

俗话说：“不登天游

站在天游峰脚下，“壁立万仞”四个摩崖石刻让我胆怯：这么高，我爬得上去吗？但看到游客已像一条彩带挂在岩石上，我信心倍增了。

开始登山了。石阶弯弯曲曲，一层层向“天”上延伸。石阶两旁绿树如荫。更奇特的是那些树，有的像老人弯着腰，有的又像一座桥，从路的一边遮掩到另一边。这样，天气再热这里却清凉无比。爬到半山腰，出现了一座精巧的凉亭。造亭的人怎么那样聪明，他知道我要休息？坐在亭椅上往下看，九曲河像块绿色的镜子反射着阳光。一艘艘竹排悠闲地漂下，排上的游客似乎陶醉在这美丽的景色之中。或许他们也是被“不坐竹排，武夷白来”所诱惑吧。

After rowing boats, we went into an alleyway nearby to visit a local family. Talking with them about their life and learning to make Chinese dumplings brought us lots of fun. Besides, we had fun seeing the folk art show such as taiping drums, lion dancing and dragon dancing.

Human Activity and the Earth

There is no doubt that human activity has an effect on the planet. We see the evidence of mankind’s endeavors all around us. While some of man’s accomplishments, such as the building of transportation systems and the consistent supply of potable water, have made Earth a better place for people to live, they have not come without cost. Overall, it seems that human activity harms the Earth more than it benefits it.

For example, the transportation systems that benefit mankind also create pollution and use up valuable energy resources. While we cannot do without transportation these days, we cannot ignore the fact that it has an adverse effect on the planet. Furthermore, those advances that benefit people do not benefit al the life on Earth. Deforestation endangers many animals, and mankind’s great thirst for water and other resources leads to the extinction of many plant forms. In addition, accomplishments such as the supply of potable water to a community are only response to problems that mankind created in the past. It was man that made the water unfit to drink in the first place. Finally, the damage that human activity causes will eventually have a negative effect on people. They will also suffer the effects of pollution and diminishing natural resources.

In conclusion, it seems apparent that man’s activity benefits primarily himself, not the Earth. Moreover, those benefits are only short-term advantages, and man will also suffer the negative effects of his activity in the future. The Earth does not have an inexhaustible supply of resources, so every effort should be made to conserve resources and limit the impact of human activity on the planet.
