我喜欢看电视，我最喜欢看的就是动物世界了，本来看到那些野生动物应该是件开心的事情，但是这一次的节目却让我感觉这么沉重，这么难过。

这一个节目主要讲的是两种海洋动物的遭遇。

第一种是鲸鱼：大多数人都会认为鲸鱼的鱼翅是既有营养又有好味道。在看电视之前，我也是这样认为的，但看了这档节目之后我就不这么认为了。因为我听这档节目的嘉宾说：一整条鲸鱼上的鱼翅的营养总价值竟与一枚鸡蛋的营养价值相当。而鱼翅本身是没有味道的，只是人工添加佐料而调成的味道，也就是说，如果没有鱼翅，也可以调出鱼翅的味道。可是一些富豪因为显摆自己尊贵的身份而吃鱼翅。

可以总结出：某些人为了吃一碗简单又没有价值的鱼翅，而不惜杀死一整条鲸鱼。

另一个更让我悲伤，因为受捕的对象竟然是海豚。在每个相同的季节，大量的海豚都会从一个日本的海滩经过。所以当地的渔民经常从海里驱赶它们到这个海滩上，当它们一来到这个海滩上，马上遭到围捕。绝大多数的海豚会就地屠杀，只有极少数的海豚被选中作为观赏动物送到海洋馆。每次捕杀完毕，海滩上就会一片血红……

当我看到这一幕时，眼泪不由自主流了下来。当我正为这些海豚感到难过时，屏幕上的渔民却个个面带笑容地把这些被屠杀的海豚拉到交易市场。然而更让我们震惊的是，这些海豚肉竟比牛肉卖的还便宜。

在很多记载中，有不少海豚主动救人的例子。可是这些日本渔民因利益和金钱的诱惑蒙敝了双眼，去残忍地杀害对人类有贡献的海豚。

面对这些事实。让我不禁深思；这些动物没有对人类和大自然的生态环境造成不利影响，反而有利于生态发展。可是我们人类对它们做出了什么？对它们进行保护？我们没有尽到应有的职责。让它们有一个良好的生存环境？我们也没有做到什么。只有让它们原本美好的家园受到严重的污染。并且围捕、屠杀和伤害它们……

愚蠢的人类，请停下你们的屠杀吧，不要再伤害我们的朋友们了。不要让我们的朋友对我们的美好记忆变成噩梦，不要再伤害它们了！

寒假的一天

It was a very busy evening, I was doing my homework at my home. My father

was writing a composition in the study room. My mother was interested in

Shanghai opera. She was watching a Shanghai opera contest. The apartment was

very quiet. Suddenly the light went out. It was a blackout, but I liked it very

much. It came and I didnt have to do my homework. We went to the living room

very slowly.

After 5 minutes, we all sat in the sofa. It was a lucky, fortunate day. I

said that lets held a concert. My parents agreed with me. I took out some

candles and lighted up. We were singing, laughing and talking. We had a really

good time. But while I was singing, the light suddenly turned on. Oh, my God. My

father went back to his room went on writing.

My mother turned on the TV and said to me “Dear, do your homework!” I felt

very frustrated. I sat at the desk and thought I hated light. I hoped there

would be a blackout the ne_t day. I thought I would enjoy myself more and more.

I went into a dream.

班里的同学们握紧拳头，又用脚踩了踩地，又急得偷偷喊：“快说啊!”其他班的人都在窈窃私语，时不时还偷笑几声;委员们冷冷地看着，已经开始写字了。

怎么办?我的心如同一只小兔子般不停地跳动。这时我沉住气，在脑中努力回忆，寻找着那片记忆，想起来了，我张开嘴巴一口气把所有的内容都吐了出来。

这真是太奇怪了，不是吗?起初还没有一点儿声音，接着就响起了震耳欲聋般的掌声同学们紧绷的脸终于放了下来，兴奋地直呼喊：“太好啦”别班的同学不可思议的看着我，有的气得脸都白了;评委们满意的点了点头，在纸上写下了分数。

我一步步走，下了台，走出了门，回到了教室，静静地坐在椅子上：虽然只有一个二等奖，但是不知为何，我的胆量越来越大，而且从那以后，我的讲故事能力也越来越强。

光阴似箭，日月如梭，快乐的六年小学生活就要过去了。你不想走，时间也会一步一步推着你走。

忘不了，亲爱的杜老师。那次我上课开小差，被您发现，您叫我站起来回答问题，我根本不知道问题是什么，一头雾水地站着。等到下课，您带我到办公室给我再次补习，俗称“开小灶”。在您的教育下，我取得了不错的成绩。

忘不了，尽职尽责的赵老师。一次，您受了伤，第二天消息在班里传得沸沸扬扬，所有人都担心极了，有人担心会不会缺课，有人担心语文课谁来上，有人担心老师伤得重不重。语文课开始了，同学们都端端正正地坐在座位上，眼光齐刷刷地望着门口，过了一会儿，只见您拄着拐杖一瘸一拐地走上讲台，随后您又照常给我们上课，只是那堂课同学们都听得格外认真，您用您那沙哑的嗓子，给我们上课，声音里还夹杂着咳嗽声。我感动地流下了眼泪，时不时用手擦拭着已经湿润的眼眶，眼睛仍然注视着黑板。

在我的家乡有许多的传统节日——春节,端午节,重阳节……每个节日都有传统的风俗习惯，但是最重要的节日是春节，它离我们越来越近了，在我的家乡有这些风俗分别是:“吃饺子，扭秧歌，看冰灯，舞狮子，放鞭炮……”

在一年来临之际，我们家会去超市买一些春节用的物品和吃的，回到家后我的奶奶会将买回来的面粉弄成面团，再在里面包上豆沙，再放进天然的冰柜里，因为我的老家很冷，所以我们可以直接把豆包放到阳台上。把这些干完，我们还会把房子擦的一尘不染。弄完了我会和我的爷爷去门外面贴对联，我们把旧的摘下来，把新的贴上去。然后我的姑姑们会带我去买一身新衣服，因为今年是我的本命年，我的姑姑还会再给我买一身红衣服预祝一年吉祥、安康。

过年的时候，我会和我的爷爷和爸爸一起出去放鞭炮，到了晚上我的奶奶会去参加扭秧歌舞，我便和我的爷爷去看冰灯，和冰雕。等回到家我和我的家人们会看春晚，等到了十点我们会一起去包饺子，我会在两个饺子里包上硬币，只要有人吃到硬币，就代表着在新的一年里会有好的福气，有好的运气，我们还会在饺子里包两个甜的，要是有人吃到了，就代表着新的一年里会甜甜蜜蜜的。等吃完了饺子，刚好是十二点左右，我们会全家出动，我负责盯着表看，等到了十二点整我们会点燃烟花。

我们也非常缺乏森林资源。现在我们周围还有许多乱砍伐树木的行为破坏环境的人也很多。虽然上山砍柴没有错但是我们可以捡一些枯萎的树枝、树干回家生火。砍一棵树只需要几分钟，但是长成一棵大树需要几十年甚至几百年的时间当我们把树砍完了可以在种一棵小树苗下去，以保证森林资源的可持续性。

我们生活中还有许许多多的资源都需要节约，并不是说只有几种资源才需要节约，其他的也需要节约。比如说电、粮食等等……

今天我作为太师三附小的一个六年级小学生给你们写信，你们一定会感到莫名其妙吧。然而，我想对你们说关于保护坏境的事。古往今来，地球妈妈用甘甜的乳汁哺育了无数代子孙。原来的她被小辈们装饰得楚楚动人，可是现在，因为森林锐减、大气污染和水资源污染，地球妈妈被折磨得天昏地暗。如今，“救救地球”已成为世界各国人民最强烈的呼声。

生态环境一直以来都是我们人类赖以生存的基本条件，山青水秀、鸟语花香、百花争艳、生态良好、景观优美、植物多样、清新舒适的，这是多么美啊!可是，这已经是过去了。胡乱排放的有害液体气体，世界每年的排放量达6亿多吨!人类所处的环境越来越乌烟瘴气。河水原来清澈见底，现在变得浑浊不堪;原来的小鱼小虾，还有小螃蟹在水中自由自在的生活着。殊不知，它们自己原本幸福快乐的家园被那些无知的人们破坏了。原本宁静的小村子里，被那锯木头的声音吵得鸡犬不宁……愚蠢的人们，在亲手毁灭自己的家园，难道他们熟视无睹，不感到愧疚吗?难道他们没有一点醒悟吗?

如今十分发达的地球，虽然环境情况看起来十分乐观，但是却有十分重大的隐患，我向人们提出以下建议：

第一，人类要想征服可怕的大自然，就必须尊重自然。请大家不要猎杀动物们，关爱与保护野生动植物;爱护我们身边的每一寸绿地、每一株花草、每一片树木。

第二，讲究卫生：不随地吐痰，不乱扔垃圾，不在公共场所吸烟，不制造噪音。

第三，将垃圾分类投放，变废为宝，使资源循环再生，造福人类。

第四，节水为荣;随时关上水龙头，防止滴漏。

第五.尽量少使用一次性用品，多使用耐用品。例如不使用一次性塑料和餐盒，减少白色污染;不使用一次性筷子;自备购物口袋或提篮。

请大家立即行动起来，从我做起。为了我们自己，为了子孙后代，为了美好明天，请善待我们的家园、善待地球，共创一个美好的生活环境!

In modern society, most people are under the higher pressure than ever

before and some people cannot handle the stress well and choose some extreme

ways to avoid or settle their stress.However, is stress a bad thing? As far as I

am concerned, everything has two coins, and we also need to realize it from two

aspects.

For one thing, stress is a kind of mental burden caused by nervousness or

anxiety. In modern society, stress is mostly caused by the high requirements or

heavy burden from surroundings or us, such as stress from peers or stress in

economy. If we cannot handle the stress well, we would be easy to be in a

negative mood and lost our motivation and courage to keep going or struggle with

difficulties. In this aspect, stress is a threat for our body and mental.

However, for another, stress can also be changed into a kind of motivation

if we handle it well. For example, when you find that you are surpassed by your

classmates in an examination, you feel stressful but at the same time, you also

tell yourself that you need to work harder to surpass him next time. Under this

stress, you will find yourself have more motivation and energy to study. In this

point, stress is a propeller for us to get more improvements.

Thus, we need to use a dialectical method to treat stress and handle it

properly。

Here is a difference between science and technology.Science is a method of

answering theoretical questions; technology is a method of solving practical

problems. Science has to do with discovering the facts and relationships between

observable phenomena in nature and with establishing theories that serve to

organize these facts and relationships; technology has to do with

tools,techniques, and procedures for implementing the findings of science.

Another distinction between science and technology has to do with the

progress in each. Progress in science excludes the human factor. Scientists, who

seek to comprehend the universe and know the truth with the highest degree of

accuracy and certainty, cannot pay heed to their own or other peoples likes or

dislikes, or to popular ideas about the fitness of things. What scientists

discover may shock or anger people--as did Darwins theory of evolution. But

even an unpleasant truth is more than likely to be useful; besides, we have the

option of refusing to believe it! But hardly so with technology;we do not have

the option of refusing to hear the sonic boom produced by a supersonic

aircraft-flying overhead; we do not have the option of refusing to breathe

polluted air. Unlike science, progress in technology must be our slave and not

the reverse. The legitimate purpose of technology is to serve peopie--people in

general, not merely some people; and future generations, not merely those who

presently wish to gain advantage for themselves.

We are all familiar with the abuses of technology. Many people blame

technology itself for widespread pollution, resource depletion and even social

decay in general--so much so that the promise of technology is obscured. That

promise is a cleaner and healthier world. If wise applications of science and

technology do not lead to a better world, what else will?

“用手压住木板，不要过紧;产生阻力，也不要放松;同学们一定要注意安全……”教室里传来木艺老师的声音，混合在空气中。

踏着一路的欢歌笑语，我们被带到了“木艺乐园”的教室里。刚进教室，我顿时被许多精致的木艺手工吸引住了，它们大多做的惟妙惟肖。

老师先给了几块木板，然后开始教我们做。我先在木板上画了一只鲸，接着便开始动手，做我心爱的作品了。“一、二、一……”我们伴着口号开始了任务。一开始进行的十分顺利，可好景不长，一不小心小，鲸的头上打了一个小洞，这可怎么办?我如同热锅上的蚂蚁手忙脚乱。正在这时，老师走了过来，抚摸着我的头，意味深长的说：“同学没关系，一会儿用磨纸一磨就好了。”我按照老师说的将两个小板锯做好，拿出了磨纸一阵疯磨。可这也太慢了，十分钟才好了一点点。虽然操作方法听起来简单易懂，可毕竟还是第一次动手，手忙脚乱，不是没压平，就是压太紧了，要不就是割歪了，仿佛一切都与我作对。这时旁边的同学捧腹大笑说：“这样不行哦，用这个，快!”说着便从桌子上拿出了一把锉。我看着，它一面平，一面凸，十分奇特，心想：是不是用哪一面就能磨出哪一面的效果?我找了一块木头，试了一下，果真如此。便开始了我的工程。这东西不仅磨得快，也十分好用，不一会粗糙的地方变得十分细致、精美。

最后一步用胶把几个木板“合体”。可就在最后一步，我把胶撒了一地。一次次失败，一次次离成功的大门更近一些。功夫不负有心人，终于在失败的鼓励下，在成功的召唤下，我能把木板运用自如，做成了我满意的作品，我的心里充满了自豪感。

“世上无难事，只要肯攀登”，通过这次木艺活动，不仅增强了我的动手能力，更让我知道只要努力、坚持，就没有完不成的事。这真是一场难忘的木艺活动呀!

The Dragon Boat Festival， also called the Duanwu Festival， is celebrated on

the fifth day of the fifth month according to the Chinese calendar. This

festival is to commemorate the death of QU Yuan， an upright and honest poet and

statesman who is said to have committed suicide by drowning himself in a

river.

The most important activity of this festival is the Dragon Boat races. It

symbolizes people‘s attempts to rescue Qu Yuan. In the current period， these

races also demonstrate the virtues of cooperation and teamwork.

Besides， the festival has also been marked by eating zong zi (glutinous

rice). Zongzi is made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and

wrapped in bamboo or reed leaves. People who mourned the death of Qu threw Zong

zi into the river to feed his ghost every year.

With the changes of the times， the memorial turns to be a time for

protection from evil and disease for the rest of year. People will hang healthy

herbs on the front door to clear the bad luck of the house. Although the

significance of the festival might be different with the past， it still gives

the observer an opportunity to glimpse a part of the rich Chinese cultural

heritage.

端午节，又称为端午节，定在第五个月的第五天据中国日历。这个节日是为了纪念屈原的死，一个忠厚老实的诗人和政治家据说在河流溺水自杀。

这个节日最重要的活动是龙舟竞赛。它象征着人们的努力救屈原。在当前时期，这些比赛也证明合作和团队合作的优点。

此外，节日还被吃的粽子(糯米)。粽子是糯米做的塞满了不同的馅料包在竹叶或芦苇叶。人哀悼屈原的死亡把粽子扔进河里喂他的鬼魂。

随着时代的变化，纪念转向防止邪恶和疾病是一个时间的。人们会把健康的草药挂在前门清理房子的坏运气。虽然这个节日的意义可能与过去不同，它仍然使观察者看到的机会丰富的中国文化遗产的一部分。

今天，我们来到了故宫。

我们先到了广场，广场大极了!广场上有五座精巧的汉白玉拱桥。桥下有一条金水河，形似玉带，漂亮极了。

站在广场上，抬头一看，一座金碧辉煌的宫殿耸立在眼前，黄色的琉璃瓦闪闪发光。这就是太和殿。往太和殿内一看，太和殿内金光闪闪的宝座，坐落在正中的须弥坐式楠木平台上，宝座周围是六根沥粉蟠龙金柱，气势磅礴。

参观了太和殿，我们来到了乾清宫。乾清宫在明代和清代前期是皇帝的寝宫。皇帝在乾清宫处理政务，召见臣工，接见外国使臣及内廷受贺和举行家宴。

接着我们进了御花园，御花园里有一座亭子。葱郁的树丛映衬着红色的墙壁和金黄的琉璃瓦，神气极了!亭子旁边是一座山，那座山是一座石头砌成的假山，四处是碧绿的树木，美丽极了。

随后，我们还参观了中和殿、保和殿等地方，最后，就到达了故宫的正门。走出正门，我再一次回首遥望着这座古老的宫殿，心里默默的祝愿着：祝愿祖国繁荣富强，一代更比一代强。

New York is the first city in America. When people come to take a visit of

America, they always choose New York as their destination. New York has many

world-famous tourist attractions and people can find them in the Hollywood

movies. The Statue of Liberty is one of the symbolic building, which represents

America. The statue is a gift to the people of United States from people of

France. The meaning of freedom and friendship are shared by both countries.

Today, the meaning of this statue is admitted by the world and when people see

it, they think of freedom. On the right hand, the woman holds a torch and on her

left hand is the book called Declaration of Independence. Whats more, on her

foot is the broken chains. All of these stands for freedom.

一天，我和爸爸晨练回来，看见有人在卖鸟。那笼子里，有山雀、画眉、八哥、黄莺、鹦鹉等。一只只跳上跳下，十分可爱。我央求爸爸给我买鸟。爸爸挑了一对虎皮鹦鹉，说两只鸟在一起好养。

这对鹦鹉真美呀，身上的羽毛有好几种颜色：绿的、黄的、白的、蓝的、灰的。镰刀似的小嘴，乌黑的眼睛像是嵌上去的。那爪子十分尖锐，能牢牢抓住笼子上的铁丝。我给它们取了个好听的名字，小的叫皮皮，大的叫花花。皮皮、花花睡觉的样子也很美。先是伸出一只翅膀，伸个懒腰，小嘴一动一动地打哈气，接着闭上一只眼睛，过一会儿觉得没有危险了，才把另一只眼睛闭上，并将头掉到后面插进羽毛里。皮皮、花花平时不大叫，只是在早晨听见别的鸟叫时，才会放开歌喉，那声音真是动听极了。有一次，我忘了喂食，可把它们饿坏了。晚上一见有吃的来了，便立即围过来抢着吃，抢食打斗发出的叫声也很好听。

皮皮、花花虽说有吃有喝，但是它们没有自由。一次，我忘了关笼子的小门，不小心让皮皮给逃走了。当晚，花花不吃不喝，还一个劲儿地到处乱撞，撞得血迹斑斑。我请妈妈把花花放掉，妈妈说：“天已经黑了，又要下雨，明天早上放吧。”谁知天亮起来一看，花花已经死了。摸着它冰冷的身体，一股悲伤之情向我袭来，占据了我的整个心房。
