Friendship is essential for the existence of society. People live in

communities and work in co-operation so that they could protect themselves from

nature. The successful accomplishment of any task calls for support from many

people. It’s the friends who are willing to help us. Friendship is a guarantee

of harmonious efforts.

“悄悄的我走了，正如我悄悄的来”是的，童年的影子渐渐模糊，那曾经的调皮.顽固.倔强也随着风儿渐远，飘去。朋友，往事的影子却萦绕眼前，那是忘却不了的。

我已经小学毕业了。面对往事，面对母校，面对那儿的一草一木。那些熟悉的风景呀，却又让我留恋，我知道，我应坦然面对。

成长，需要勇气。“莫愁前路无知己，天下谁人不识君”面对分别，我们该用勇气与乐观承担，那将是我们走向成熟的标识。

今天，我在秋姑娘的爱抚下，走进了属于我自己的诗词天地。

古代，有多少仁人志士留下了一首又一首动人的唐诗宋词。在这些浩如烟海的诗词中，我最喜欢的是一位抗金名将——岳飞写的《满江红》。

“怒发冲冠，凭栏处，潇潇雨歇。抬望眼，仰天长啸，壮怀激烈。三十功名尘与土，八千里路云和月……”

在古代，我们这个民族被其他民族的人欺凌，在近代，中华民族又被西方列强辱骂为东亚病夫。但是中华民族的儿女们却没有低下头颅，因为他们也有像岳飞将军那样的爱国之情呀!

在这数不清的可歌可泣的一个个爱国故事里，都表现了那些有志者的爱国情怀。

詹天佑，当他亲眼看见了那些可恶的帝国主义国家是如何欺凌辱骂我们的国家的时候，他已下定坚心，一定要将一条长达二百千米的铁路建好，一定要为自己的祖国争光。果真，功夫不负有心人，他把自己的工作成果展现给那些帝国主义者。同时，也抨击了那些帝国主义者的无知。

还有钱学森，他去国外留学其实不是为了自己的人生，而是为了报效正在忍受帝国主义欺凌的祖国，在他回归的时候受到了多少外国人的种种阻挠，可是他归心似箭，谁也拦不住他回归祖国的心。

这些近代的仁人志士都有着一颗炽热的爱国之心，也有着和岳飞一样的那份精忠报国的品质!

回到家我看了新闻，看到了人民英雄纪念碑，碑上写着：“三年以来在人民解放战争和人民革命中牺牲的人民英雄们永垂不朽!三十年以来在人民解放战争和人民革命中牺牲的人民英雄们永垂不朽!由此上溯到一千八百四十年从那时起为了反对内外敌人争取民族独立和人民自由幸福在历次斗争中牺牲的人民英雄们永垂不朽!”

此碑文中的“三年以来”是指解放战争;“三十年以来”是指自1919年五四运动起的新民主主义革命斗争到1949年新中国建国;而1840年则是中国受侵略的开始，1840年中英战争，中国从此弥漫着滚滚硝烟，成为了半殖民地半封建国家。这三个时间段中，都有中国爱国志士的不屈抗争，我为中国英雄们自豪!

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. i wake up 11 oclock am everyday, after a washing, i have a good lunch with my parents. next i play computer games till the time to have supper. after have dinner. i go on playing till 2 oclock am, and then go to sleep with tired. this is one dull day of my winter vacation.

But i havent bored all the time. sometimes i read the books, sometime i listen to the music or the radio in the bed, because it was very cold outside and snowy all the day. and i also meat some of my good friends during the vacation, we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year and play table tennis tegether. and i watched the spring festival party of the cctv in the last seconds of the 2004 year! i think this is the thing most people of china doing at that time.

大兴安岭火灾后，被烤得焦黑的树干被林业专家判了“死刑”，谁料到，第二年春天一到，所有的树干却又全部绽出新芽，火化的灰烬，成了孕育新枝的肥料。有了挫折，才会在绝望中重新看到希望，从而，重新有了生命。

恍惚间，我看到了熟悉的名字。那是宋代大诗人苏轼。在做官时的一次次贬职，在与家人分隔两地时只能对月畅饮，但没有忘记送上“但愿人长久，千里共蝉娟”的祝福。接踵而至的磨难让苏东坡尝到无穷的酸楚，在他贬官为黄州团练副使时，游赤壁时再次坚强，留下“大江东去”的豪情，“樯橹灰飞烟灰”的豁达。如果没有当初的贬职，没有当初的离别，又哪有今天朗朗上口的诗句?

“人比黄花瘦”的李清照，坎坷的人生让人赞叹。晚年战争不断，丈夫身亡，书画财产被扫荡一空，一下跌入贫困深渊。才有那“物是人非事事休，欲语泪先流”的伤感。可见，我们需要挫折，有了它，才有了易安脍炙人口的优美宋词。

挫折时常发生在我的身边，考试的失利是最普遍的事例。有了一次的一落千丈的挫折，在奋斗与努力后，才有了名列前茅的成功。在竞赛的落榜面前，这次挫折让我重新振作，奋发进取，我坚信阳光总在风雨后，下次的竞赛一定会有我的名字。

挫折会伴随成长，但“疼痛是成功的前奏”。遇到磨难是必须的，不经历风雨怎么能见彩虹，没有人能随随便便成功。请铭记：成长需要挫折。

Freedom is an important right of people. It usually refers that you can do

want you want and live the life you want. Of course, it must be on the basis

that you can’t affect others’ freedom. Otherwise, it does not belong to your

freedom anymore. In my opinion, freedom is not you can do whatever you want, but

you don’t have to do what you don’t want to. We live in the same society, which

there are many rules constraining our behaviors. Therefore, we can’t do whatever

we want. But we are not forced to do what we don’t want to is freedom.

For many years until she passed away, Nancy had served as a goodwill ambassador of the American people who made unremitting efforts to promote exchanges between the United States and China. The Stilwell Scholarship she founded helps support deserving students from China who have come to the Monterey Institute to pursue professional degrees in translation and interpretation, international policy studies, language teaching and business management.

我爱中国菜 I Love Chinese Food

Chinese food is famous all around the world. A lot of foreigners speak

highly of the delicious food when they come to this big country. For me， I like

spicy food， so hot pot is my favorite. I can eat what I like and put the food in

the spicy soup. The hotness makes me feel so cool. No matter where I go， Chinese

food is always my favorite.

中国菜闻名全世界，有很多外国人来到这个大国以后都会赞扬美味的食物。对我来说，我喜欢辣的食物，所以火锅是我的最爱。我可以把我喜欢吃的食物放进辣汤里就可以吃到自己喜欢的食物

了，辣味让我觉得太酷了。无论我去哪里，中国菜永远是我的最爱。

二月上旬，我读了一本书，叫《母石头》，这本书对我的感触很深，有让我悲伤的，有让我愤怒的，也有让我感动的。

“母石头”自从我发现这个题目后，我就开始纳闷：难道石头还有公母之分?作者为什么要取这个题目，通过后来的阅读我渐渐明白，石头并没有公母之分，这只是作者曹文轩的一种想象，而之所以取这个题目是因为，故事中说：熄军用神奇的公石头搭了一座城墙，百战百胜的茫军却怎么也攻克不了，没办法，茫王只好通过大王书来寻找攻克城墙的方法，后来，他们发现了母石头，并用它做大炮的弹药射向公石头垒成的城堡，霎时，熄军自以为是的，坚固无比的城墙轰然倒塌。我觉得题目“母石头”代表了茫军勇往直前战无不胜的精神。

在所有章节里最让我悲伤的片段是锄的牺牲，这个锄是谁?其实，他不过是茫军中的一名士兵，可作者为什么要把他的牺牲写的这么详细呢?原来，锄是茫王的贴身侍卫，但是，他和茫王可是结义金兰，两人就像亲兄弟似得，在无人时，他俩根本没有君臣关系，但在一次攻城中，锄壮烈牺牲，而茫王当时眼睁睁地看着他被射死。读到这里，我的脑中浮现出当时的景象，心里难受极了。

而在整个书中最让我感动的地方却与战争无关。在一个村子里有一位父亲，他的歌声非常动听，而他女儿的歌声也极其悦耳。可是有一群巫师却想剥夺他们的声音，在一次抓捕中，这位伟大的父亲为了保护自己五岁的女儿璇，最终不幸离世。女儿璇，被一名大山里的老人收养。读到这里，我非常感动。尤其是这种浓浓的父爱，他让我懂得了：无论是谁，都会用自己的生命来保护自己的儿女。

不过书中最让我愤怒的，竟是正义的茫王，他为了能听到璇那美妙的声音，连自己的君王形象都不顾了，他宁愿做一名牧羊人，也要与璇在一起，有段时间，他竟然将王袍丢弃，失落的出走，这一切都是为了寻找到璇。这让我很气愤，我觉得，他丧失了作为王者的风范，不能因为一些逆境使之成为邋里邋遢的人!

这本书使我受益匪浅，也让我非常难忘，让我懂得了逆境和苦难会铺就王者之路，忧伤和痛苦能点亮生命之光，建议同学们也来阅读《母石头》。

Today was my friend’s birthday, and I was invited to her birthday party.

The party was so great and the theme was red color. I saw many pictures of Hello

Kitty. They were so lovely. We sang the song to her and played a lot of funny

games. At last, we sent our best wishes to her. We had a great time.

今天是八月十五，早上，阳光明媚，爸爸对我说：“我们今天去雁荡山玩好不好?”“好。”我大叫，又叫妈妈电话叫子涵哥哥也过来玩。不久，子涵哥哥过来了。我们吃过中午饭，就开着车去雁荡山。

在雁荡山的路上，我和子涵哥哥有说有笑：因为他今年读初中，而且还当正班长，所以他聊得特别带劲。当他聊到食堂有骨肉相连、炸鸡翅、糖醋排骨的菜名时，我的口水都要流出来了。

不知不觉，我们来到了雁荡山，妈妈说：“先去大龙湫!”我们的车向山上开去，开到半山腰，天空渐渐暗下来，不时传来“轰隆隆”的打雷声。风伯伯也来凑热闹，凉爽的风吹得人舒服极了。那风渐渐大了，豆大的雨点紧接着，就下了起倾盆大雨。窗外风声、雨声，中间还混着雷声，真是有点吓人。我们在停车场看着游玩的游客纷纷从山上下来，大家都被突如其来的暴雨下得不知所措，就算雨停了，上山的路也不好走，所以我们只好打道回府。爸爸答应我十月一日再来。

今年的中秋节，天公不作美，一场突如其来的暴雨打乱了我们的中秋节行程，也打乱了我们晚上赏月的星空。

前几天，我听爸爸说，长河中学301班有一位名叫何坤的同学得了可怕的白血病，需要30多万元医疗费。30万，对于何坤那一贫如洗的家庭来说，简直是个天文数字，太遥远了！我的同情心油然而生。

“一方有难，八方支援”。于是，全镇各个中小学都开展了一次“爱心捐款”活动。我们学校也不例外。

在一个阳光明媚的上午，我们班开展了一次捐款活动。同学们都络绎不绝地捐着钱。别看同学们平时都舍不得花钱，但到了捐款时，都慷慨解囊。5元的、10元的、20元的都有。我看到了这一幕，十分感动，也捐出了储钱罐里所有的积蓄。

没想到同学们的内心都如此炙热，如此可爱。最后，我们班共捐了227。5元。虽然不多，但却饱含着同学们对何坤同学深切的关怀。我们都希望何坤同学早日康复，早日回到温暖的课堂。
