1、认真回顾课本知识

这个阶段过程主要是用于高中三年全部课程的回顾。这时候希望大家在回顾的过程中能够找到自己知识遗漏的部分。

这个阶段相当的冗长，最主要的是要会学回归课本。无论如何，高考绝大部分内容都贴近课本的。高考试题的80%是基础知识，20%是稍难点的综合题，掌握好基础，几乎能上一个比较不错的大学。因此高三前期，希望同学们老老实实把课本弄懂。弄懂课本不是光记住结论，而是要通读。即理科全部的原理要弄清、语文课文内标注的字词句摘抄、英语课文至少要达到念的通顺、文史类知识主线及同类型知识要素要学会整理等。

注意，第一轮复习十分重要，大家千万不要埋头做题，而是先看课本，再“精”做题目。在复习过程中一定先将课本看明白了，然后再做题，做题过程中不许看课本，不许对答案。会就会做，不会做一定要先想哪些内容遗忘了，哪里想错了，先做后面的，等隔一定时间再看不会做的，马上看的话效果打折扣的。

2、把握好自己的节奏

很多学生因为在复习过程中跟不上老师的节奏，导致前面部分没弄懂，后面部分更是拉下，学校在教学节奏控制上又不能根据学生本身制定。

因此建议学生一定要提高自学能力，如果实在跟不上节奏，就先关注最基础最简单的题目，将遗漏的课本部分做好画线标记，或将页面折起做标记，以利于及时的回顾。

在学的过程中不要因为面子问题不敢发问，建议学生在弄不懂的问题上多问同学，多问老师。最好能够找到水平相当的同学，互相约定好给对方做考察，给对方讲解双方对知识点的认识，互相研究题目。

3、正确处理作业练习

在处理作业上，千万不要死磕题目，记住两个原则：

一、不要和自己过不去。第一遍做不出来或做错就直接先放弃，但是要保留这道题，每天抽1——2分钟看下这类不会做的题，无论是看课本也好，听老师讲解也好，做到一眼看出这题怎么做时，再动手做，并将这类题型留好。

The mini knitted garments have helped save hundreds of flightless birds caught in oil spills providing protection from the elements and stopping them from ingesting poisonous pollution.

Knits for Nature a program run by The Penguin Foundation which conserves the little penguin population of Phillip Island 140km south-east of Melbourne has created up to 300 different designs over the years - and its all thanks to talented volunteers.

‘There’s a lot of hidden creativity out there said Lyn Blom of the Phillip Island Nature Park.

People love to know that they’re helping the penguins because they’re so cute and small and they waddle up the beach and they’re so feisty. But they need to be they live in a pretty tough sort of environment.’

A thumbnail-sized patch of oil can kill little penguins the smallest of the species measuring just 13 inches (33cm) and weighing 2.2lbs (1kg). The oil separates and mats their feathers breaking natural waterproofing and heating functions.

Ms Blom estimates she has knitted between 200 and 300 penguin jumpers over the years including ones in the colours of every Australian Rules football team in the country.

A staff member read an article in an English women’s magazine about knitting for guillemot birds and decided to adapt the designs.

‘There’s an awful lot of ladies out there who used to knit for their children and grandchildren. These ladies have spare wool and idle hands and they love to feel loved and needed and we love and need them’ said Ms Blom.

The Penguin Foundation recently staged a competition for the most creative jumper which received an enthusiastic response.

为了保护菲利普岛(墨尔本东南部140千米处)上的小企鹅，企鹅基金会发起了为企鹅织毛衣的活动。到目前为止，基金会已经设计了300多种不同的毛衣款式，这都要感谢心灵手巧的志愿者们。

菲利普岛上自然公园的工作人员布洛姆说：“我们发现了很多隐藏的创意。”

“人们愿意帮助企鹅，因为它们又小又可爱，活跃极了。在沙滩上摇摆着身体走动时，它们又显得那么坚强。 这又是必然的，毕竟它们生活在这么恶劣的条件下。”

一滩指甲盖大小的石油就足以杀死一只小企鹅。最小的企鹅大概只有13英寸(33厘米)长，体重2.2磅(1千克)。石油会使得它们的羽毛缠结在一起且分散开，这样羽毛就失去了防水和保温的作用。

布洛姆自己就织了大约两到三百件毛衣，她还制作了一个毛衣系列，采用的是澳大利亚所有足球队的代表颜色。

之所以采用毛衣，是因为基金会的一名员工在一本女性杂志上看到了一篇给海鸟织毛衣的文章，随后就决定模仿这一设计。

布洛姆说：“许多女性朋友为自己的孩子织毛衣，她们乐意帮助我们，也会提供多余的毛线和手工，她们喜欢这种被爱被需要的感觉。基金会也非常感谢和需要她们。”

最近，企鹅基金会举办了一场“最具创意毛衣”大赛，获得了不错的反响。

每年，企鹅基金会拯救的企鹅大约在20只。他们甚至还有毛衣储备以应对紧急情况，比如2001年菲利普岛附近的大规模石油泄露事件。

那次事件中，453只企鹅受到了影响，当中96%的企鹅获救——最大的功臣就是毛衣了。

小区很多人家的大门的门把上都挂着物业送的新鲜艾叶，手机接送着各个软件发的“端午安康，快进入领福利”的信息，微信里也有朋友们发的“五色神艾草香，你我共度端午”的祝愿语，家里可更是不一样!

大人们都在忙着准备丰盛的午餐。刀与砧板咚咚的撞击着，水蒸气冲出气阀，呲呲地响着。厨房里不时飘出缕缕馋人的香，夹带着清新的粽叶，刺激着饥饿的胃。门被咚咚的敲响，是亲戚们来了。按家乡的习俗，长辈们会给小朋友一个红色的鸡蛋。我得到红蛋后，便把蛋放入专门的网袋，一个都舍不得吃，还带着网袋去厨房给父母炫耀一番。妈妈一边嫌我幼稚，一边说我碍事，将我推出了厨房，索性我便呆在外面，与亲戚们说闲话……

“吃饭啦，来来来，大家都搞快点啊!”饭菜陆续被摆上了桌，菜都遵循着“五红五黄”的习俗：茄子，胡萝卜，大虾，西红柿和苋菜便是“五红”，黄瓜，黄鱼，鸭蛋，雄黄酒和黄鳝便是“五黄”。在所有菜的中央放着装着粽子的蒸屉，还飘着热烟呢。

家里还有个传统的游戏。在吃粽子时，谁拿到第一个粽子里有咸蛋黄，那好运就会伴着他。奶奶一般只会包2到3个咸蛋黄馅儿的，但玩这游戏也是讲究方法的，叶子泛黄一点的就是咸蛋黄馅儿的，这是我屡战屡败和外公悄悄告诉我的。

将粽子的一端细线拆下，往上一拎，粽子便听话的从细线里脱出，小心的剥去粽叶，露出中间白玉般的糯米，让人不忍下口，却又被那略带清香的浓郁糯米香味所吸引，让人禁不住诱惑，轻咬下一口。

清、香、滑、甜、难以名状的爽快之感，有些轻微的粘牙，停留于唇齿间的鲜香口感，让人回味无穷。

窗外，雨淅淅沥沥的下着;屋内，是少有的充实与温馨。
