Stepping into the new century, environment pollution has become more

This holiday is busy and happy.

This holiday is very busy. I need to do homework, review the contents of

last semester, prepare for next semesters contents, take notes, and attend

classes, and...

The vacation homework is at least two weeks to finish and a lot of

homework. Homework is seldom finished in a week, but I dont miss the time of

primary school vacation, because homework can increase knowledge and enhance the

content of last semester.

Review time I dont feel boring, I feel very interesting, my old friends and I

high but the scenery is beautiful. We are so excited that we climbed fast at

first. But after a while, some of us were tired,especially girls. They did not

slowed down our speed, so that no one was left behind. About 11:00 p.m., we got

to the top of the mountain. We were so happy that we did it. We feel that all

the tiredness were worth it.

The Ten-minute Break Between Classes Time seems to be so limited for us Senior Three students. As a result, more and more students try to study from early morning till late afternoon, even during the ten-minute breaks. In my view, taking a ten minute break between classes is equally important. Otherwise, we will feel exhausted both physically and mentally,During the ten minute break, we are supposed to do something really relaxing, we need is to have a rest, instead of getting more tired. I like reading very much during summer vacation. Let me tell you something

about my reading.

One day, I just finished my meal and went to the front of the bookshelf to

look for the books I wanted to read. My eyes are on the famous little woman. I

couldnt help but pull the book out of the shelf. Sit on the bed and look with

life for the middle-aged is stressful indeed. For one thing, as they are the

backbones of their companies, they have plenty of things to do at work. And they

usually have to work overtime. For another, they have to take great

responsibilities at home, for their aged parents need to be supported and their

little children need to be brought up. Thats why they dont have enough time to

have a good rest.

To sleep well, some of them often take sleeping pills. I dont think its

good for them to do so, because the sleeping pills can only get rid of the sign

of insomnia, not the cause. And taking too much sleeping pills is bad for their

health.

Therefore, I suggest those middle-aged people should know how to relax

themselves and rest their brains. Taking a simple work after supper will be

beneficial for them. Besides, they can have a glass of milk before going to bed,

which can be helpful for their sleep.
