在观看整个节目的四节课中，讲解了探索美;创造美;传递美;和谐美。我不光看到了登太空的第一美女刘洋姐姐，还听到了姚明哥哥讲的关于保护动物的感想，当听到奥运冠军焦刘洋姐姐谈她在平时刻苦锻炼的经历时我很感动，就像妈妈说的一样，平时不刻苦考试必慌张呀!在整个观看的过程中我不光听到了许多关于美的事迹，还有美妙动听的音乐;最令我感动的是大巴车司机吴斌叔叔，吴叔叔真的太伟大了，在那样紧急的情况之下他都能坚强的挺住疼痛，勇敢的挽救那么多的生命;吴叔叔是平凡的人，但是他也是最美的叔叔。

就像刘大成叔叔说的一样，音乐来源于生活，只要有声音的地方就会有乐器。我感觉美来源于生活，只要认真观察就会发现美其实就在你身边。
