体育方面，我准备进行魔鬼训练，每天吃完晚饭就去室外活动，打羽毛球，踢足球等等。晚上在家也要多锻炼，做哑铃操，跟仰卧起坐等。早晨我也要早点起床，最好跑跑步，做做操。最好能报一个田径队。

计划是做好了。但老爸右边些怀疑的问我：“这计划你能照做吗？”我肯定的回答：“行！一定行！我一定要完成计划！”

同学们，开学之后你应该有新的打算了吧。我有以下五个打算。

第一：以后要多多看书，多多看一些对学习有好处的书，如：千字文.作文大全.童年等。

第二：上课好好听讲，能记下的就记在书上，这样以后复习的时候就能看到以前记下的一些资料，这样期中.末考试就可以考下来好成绩了。

第三：多多体育运动，在下课时间打打沙包.跑跑步.打打篮球.踢踢足球之类的一些运动，这样我就更加强壮，健康了。我非常得喜欢体育。

第四：多多参加学校组织的活动，比如：速算.成语接龙.征文等等一系列的活动。因为这样既为班级争光，又能为家人争光，真是一举两得啊!这样我也能长长知识，见见世面。

第五：不违反纪律，不说话在走廊和站队的时候，在走廊里也不跑步，不乱踩草坪，不打架，我这样就可以好好管管我自己的坏毛病了，太好啦。
