体育方面，我准备进行魔鬼训练，每天吃完晚饭就去室外活动，打羽毛球，踢足球等等。晚上在家也要多锻炼，做哑铃操，跟仰卧起坐等。早晨我也要早点起床，最好跑跑步，做做操。最好能报一个田径队。
