首先，我认为，学习中不可忽略的一点就是要学会分析自己的学习特点，像我——理解能力还可以，老师讲的东西不是不懂，但是却总出错，而且对于一些死记硬背才能学会的东西总觉得不耐烦，因此，在这点上，我希望自己能在新学期里对待学习更认真，更有耐心。

其次，我觉得，在学习中，确定学习目标也是很重要的，学习目标是学生学习努力的方向，正确的学习目标更是能催人奋进。反之，没有目标的学习，就是对时光一种极大的浪费。我们可以在短时间内定一个小的学习目标，并且在短时间内达到这个小目标，然后长时间达到一个大目标。在长短计划的指导下，使学习一步步地由小目标走向大目标。所以，我暂时的目标就是先进入全班前8名，而对于我较弱的数学以及其他的副科，我也会努力，让它们也有所进步。

一波未平，一部又起。老师又安排了新的任务……装饰墙面。我的兴奋劲又提起来了，又可以与一组同学大展身手一番了！我早早的选好墙面，就与组员们讨论设计方案。咦，怎么一个个都无精打采的？不管了，先说吧！不管三七二十一，我把老师给我讲的内容一五一十的告诉了组员们，让他们想想办法。可我听到的是：“这些事你自己就能办了呀，何必我们再出谋划策？”我自己就可以？难道我们不是一个组的吗？我耐心的说：“以后大家同在一个组，咱们团结一心，把咱们的组搞好，把学习搞上去，让咱们的组成为班里最优秀的组。这次的墙面大家你一个点子，我一个点子，这样大家不就能齐心弄得更加完美了吗？”我苦口婆心地说着，可组员就是无动于衷，我的心里无名火已经上到嗓子眼了，我强忍着，我想：我也不是十全十美的，同在一个组，就应该好好相处，团结一心，这样才有可能提高大家的协作精神和团结的意志啊！我感觉到组员的懒惰，我不知他们是怎么想的？难道为小组做一点贡献就这么难吗？为什么都要推卸责任呢？为什么都在一组就不能团结一心呢？我的一片热心被当头浇了一盆带冰的冷水！让我从头凉至脚！

回家后的反思

“当一个好学生难，当一个好的组长更难，当一个好组长好学生更是难上加难！”我算深刻明白了这句话的含义，还是那句老话，也反思反思自己吧！希望他们以后能积极向上！

暑假还有几天就过完了，还真是有点留恋，自从进入中学以后，获得一个轻松的假期是多么的不容易。以后随着年级的变化，我们的时间将会越来越紧张，这才开学初二，以后的路还有很长。

所以，我的第一个计划就是更合理的利用时间，这一点我深知，合理利用时间才能系统的去学习。我从去年初一开学，经过这一年的学习我发现，我的学习时间在不断的缩短，但是效率还是没有变化。但这仅仅是一步，以后随着学习量的增加，时间还要更合理的安排。

在学习方面，我从进入初中开始对自己的要求一直很高，在这一年中也找到了自己比较擅长和薄弱的地方，所以我在初二这学期着重在语文、政治、生物上，数学也是要提高，其余的则花费时间较少一点。而且，初二又新加了一门物理，我虽然在这个假期没有学，但我相信我是绝对不会在这方面落伍的。因为听别人说这与数学差不多，也都是一些让人感兴趣的知识。

我对我的分数和成绩要求并不高，我的宗旨是，尽我最大的能力考试，发挥出最好的水平是最重要的。我如果发挥正常的话，我想应该不会考的太差。而且在考试与学习的方法上也要努力的去发现才能用“科技”的方法来获取更好的成绩。而且，在上两个学期，我遇到了一个的问题，就是有时给自己的压力太大，我相信我应该不会在下学期让这个自己给自己的小毛病发挥作用。

从5月7日接任我们这个班的班长以来，我的任务也就增加了，不光要努力学习，还要一部分管理我们班级的事务。虽然占用了我的一些精力，但这只是凤毛麟角。我实在管的不多，也比我想象中的要轻松的多。但是，有几件办的事，都没有太成功或者作用不大，这一点使我很失望。而且几个轮值班长都很少听我的，在投票中总是获得不了多数，又使我很郁闷。所有都对我很不利。班里同学年龄逐渐增长，我们班里的事情就会越来越多。作为班长，我管理的也得更多了。怎样管理我们班这82个同学是我现在所要锻炼和学会的。这不光可以维持我们班里的纪律，更可以锻炼我的能力。我管理我们班的目标是可以与我原来小学是的班一样优秀。我发现，最重要的是要提升我们这个班级的集体风貌，才能让我们今后的办事效率可以有人配合，才能有成效。其余的不管是纪律还是卫生都很好办了。

这就是我在初二上学期的计划，计划是列出来了，可是自己的计划还好办，但班里的如果要具体执行，还要经过一些具体的办法。

新学期到了，让我们迎来了三年级下学期，今年我制订了如下计划：

日计划：早上，每天6点10分起床；6点30分刷牙洗脸；6点45分吃早饭；7点10分上学（值日上学7点）。中午，吃饭12点；30分钟吃完午饭；中午弹琴半小时。下午，1点30分按时上学；4点半下学（一三五学书画，二四去绘本馆看书做作业）。晚上，6店30分或7点吃晚饭；写作业不超过2小时；9点洗手脸；读书半小时；9点半睡觉。
