这时，秦老师把我们参加比赛的选手都叫到旁边，让我们做做赛前活动，我们活动手腕和脚腕，再小跑一会。60米跑步就开始了。当运动员一跑过来，我们就把拍拍掌打起来、把彩带摇起来，并且高呼：加油!!!加油!!!接下来就是100米了，我就是参加100米女子跑步的。我是在第6组，还没轮到我时，我就非常紧张，我一紧张就爱抓衣服，所以我的衣服都快被我抓破了。枪声响了，我拼命地向前跑，终于进了决赛。在决赛中，我获得了女子100米第八名。

下午，我参加了抱球跑比赛，我们班获得了第五名，在运动会的闭幕式上，我们班获得了团体总分的第六名。

通过这次比赛，我明白了人外有人、天外有天的道理，我准备好好练习跑步，争取在明年的运动会上取得更加优异的成绩，为我们的班级争光!

去年，我们学校在体育中心举办了一场运动会，全校师生和家长们齐聚在体育中心的田径场上。这是我小学第一次参加如此大型的运动会。

开幕式结束后，比赛开始了。我站在看台上往下张望，有的人在看台上大喊“加油!快到终点了，加速”;有的人正在做热身运动，准备开跑;有的人在飞快地奔跑着，希望自己能跑过前面的人;刚跑完的人休息不到一分钟就对着后面的人喊“加油!快到终点了，努力跑”。

走下看台，我来到200米跑道上，现在进行的是200米比赛。只见那位参赛的女同学在起跑点做准备活动。当裁判员喊“准备就位，预备，跑”时，那位女同学表情严肃、嘴巴绷紧，就像前面有危险在等她。开跑了，她双眼直瞪前方，两只手大力地摆起来，身体向前倾，脚大步大步地跑，恨不得脚下有个轮子快速地向前冲。旁边的呐喊声、加油声交织在一起。我也忍不住，和大家一起喊“加油!加油啊”。快到终点了，3、2、1，她跑过终点，获得了第一名。

运动会上，除了有常规的跑步项目，还有趣味运动和接力赛。这一天，我们在田径场上洒下了汗水，留下了无数的笑声，也收获了掌声，我们为自己加油!

今天早晨7.00，我已经来到了学校，盼望已久的一年一度的校运动会即将召开。

大约过了一个小时，运动会开始了，同学们迈着轻快的步伐来到了操场中央。开幕式后，比赛正式开始。

突然，一个声音传来：“4(1)班的林_请到4号跑道上来!”原来，这是一位老师在叫我们班的“跑步王”参加比赛，跑步开始了，我们的林_先是愣了一下，再开始起跑。我们紧张极了，于是，我加入到我们班的啦啦队，为运动员加油、呐喊、助威，我们班林_似乎感受到了啦啦队的热情，似乎听到了啦啦队的期望，渐渐地，他超过了几位同学，在最后几分钟，他使出吃奶的力气，超过了第一名的同学。YES!我突然听到我们啦啦队大声叫喊，于是，我问他们怎么了，大家齐声说，林_赢了!定眼一看，赛场上的林_跑步入了迷，不知道自己赢了!

通过这次比赛，我们知道了，班级是一个大家庭，只要心往一处想，劲往一处使，无论什么事都会成功的。

我又迟到了 I Am Late Again

I opened my eyes in the morning and looked at the clock. "Oh, dear! Its

half past seven already. Ill be late again," I thought. Without breakfast, I

hurried to school. But it began to rain hard.

早晨我睁开眼睛，看看钟表，“天啊!已经七点半了。我又要迟到了，”我想。没有吃早饭，我就匆匆朝学校赶去，可是天又下起雨来。

When I got to the classroom, the maths teacher had already begun his

lesson. It was Mr wang. All of us were afraid of him. I didnt like him, or his

lessons. I opened the door. " Im late again, Mr Wang."

当我到教室时，数学老师已经开始讲课了。是王老师，所有的学生都怕他。我不喜欢他，也不喜欢他的课。我打开门，“王老师，我又迟到了。”

"Ive told you not to be late, but you ..." he said angrily. But suddenly

he stopped, and looked at my clothes. He quickly took off his own jacket and

handed it to me. "Now take off your wet coat and put wet one on." he said

kindly.

“我早就告诉你不要迟到，可是你……”他生气地说。可是他突然停下来，看了看我的湿衣服。他很快脱下自己的上衣递给我。“把你的湿衣服脱下来，套上这件。”他和蔼地说。

It was a bit large for me, but I felt warm in it.

衣服套我身上有点大，可是穿上感觉很温暖。

金秋十月，丹桂飘香，我们又迎来了一年一度的校运动会。操场上彩旗飘扬，天空万里无云，运动会终于在同学们的期盼中拉开了序幕。

运动员进行曲响了起来，在红色的塑胶跑道上只听“砰”的一声，运动员们好像离弦的箭一样，飞快地向前跑去。这时，跑道两边的同学围起一堵厚厚的人墙，大家不断地高喊：“加油!加油!加油!”，在一片“加油”声中，运动员们争先恐后，你追我赶，不一会儿功夫，场上便进入了白热化阶段。

只见我们班的许峻菡同学像猛虎下山一样把其他运动员甩了半圈，不知是不是吸取了上次“龟兔赛跑”的教训，这次他在也没有松懈自己，双手使劲地摆动着，撒开两腿，奋力向终点跑去。我们也热情高涨地为他助阵呐喊：“加油!加油啊!后边的人快追上你了，你一定要保持第一啊!”生怕他像上次一样掉以轻心。但在最后要到终点时，被其他运动员超了，只得了个第二，这是怎么回事呢?原来是许峻菡第一圈跑得太快，到第二圈就没什么力气冲刺了。不过没关系，正如人们所说的：“友谊第一，比赛第二”明年还有机会。

这次秋季运动会，虽然在五年级阶段中只得了第五名，但我还是为我们班能在运动会上取得显着的成绩而感到高兴，也为我自己的良好表现而感到欣慰!

星期三下午，是我们阳光一小四年级举行拔河、接力跑、定点投篮比赛的日子了。

上午的时候，我心急如焚，真想运动会快快到来。下午到了，我心里还是很急，因为第一项比赛是接力跑，我怕我们输了，不出我所料，可能是由于太紧张的原因，有一位男同学和二位女同学掉棒，结果我们班第三名也没拿到。

我们只好盼望定点投篮和拔河取得好成绩。让我们开心的是：定点投篮取得了第一名的好成绩。大家没有骄傲，继续保持高昂的激情，准备参加下一轮的拔河比赛，老师也激励大家，要拔河了，我们的对手是五班，很多人在说一些好笑的话：如”为大食会的召开而拔河!“还有的反过来说”为拔河之崛起而开大食会!“比赛开始了，各方的啦啦对大喊”加油!加油“，最终我们班两局都赢了四(5)班，他们不服气，还说要再比一局，于是我们又比了一局，结果还是我们班赢了，”四(三)班第一名，我们第一名“，有人大声说，真是让我们激动万分。

在下午最后一节课，江老师宣布说”星期五下午第二节课举行大食会。“大家听后顿时欣喜若狂，真希望大食会快快到来。

在这次比赛中，我们赛出了友谊，也赛出了成绩，特别是拔河一定要大家的齐心协力才能取得胜利，我觉得我们这个集体永远是最棒的。这真是一次难忘的运动会。
