一、考试质量分析

1.试题方面

就整个试题而言，考点分布均匀，覆盖面广，考题难度适中，大部分试题能够体现目前注重基础、体现能力的考试命题要求。

2.试卷方面

本次考试题型，分为听力部分、辨音、单项选择、阅读理解、完形填空，词汇运用，阅读表达，翻译句子和写作几个大部分，各部分难易程度不同。大部分题都比较基础，和平时的练习比较起来相对集中一些，更能反映出学生在这一阶段学习中的问题。

完形填空，对于我校大部分基础较薄弱学生而言觉得难度较大，因选项具有大的灵活性，而学生在平时对单词的记忆和对句子的积累还不够牢，而且也没有掌握好做题技巧，没有联系上下文推测出正确答案，以至于此部分得分较低。

翻译句子，由于平时练习较多，且反复强调大小写及单词、字母的正确书写，因此这部分得分比预计要好。阅读表达学生在此题得分较少，不是多了这个就是漏了那个，答的不好，得分非常低。

写作部分大部分学生书写较差，只有极少数学生在这部分未动笔。

二、分析原因

教师方面的原因：

这段时间由于课时多，时间紧，因此对学生部分知识掌握情况的落实不够，这也是这次考试成绩不高的原因之一。从这次考试中应该吸取这样的教训。在以后的英语教学中，加大管理力度，提高学生在课堂上的学习效率。

学生方面的原因：

1.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实，且大部分学生毫无学习习惯而言，记忆知识极难，遗忘知识快，过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

2.学生的应变能力有待提高，不能正确写出单词的正确形式。

3.理解能力不强，完形填空、阅读理解失分较多，不能理解通篇大意。

4.不能熟练运用学过的句型。很容易漏掉be动词。

三、今后采取的措施

抓好单词、词组过关，狠抓知识落实。在进行单词和词组教学时，首先让学生读准音，然后反复读单词和词组，并找出同义词、反义词、类似用法的词一起记。在进行句型时，以小组合作等方式举一反三，反复练习课堂上学习的句型。平时督促学生多听录音磁带，一星期集中训练两次听力，在培养学生的听力技巧和听力能力上多下功夫，提高他们的听力能力和听力技巧。

当我们到达伦敦时，天空下起了绵绵小雨。在和风细雨中感受到的伦敦非常温柔，没有夏日的炎热，也没有人群的喧闹，一切都好像静了下来……我忽然意识到西方人对待生活正如这天气一样，他们过得随性、悠闲。周末，没有太多的人会待在家里继续忙工作或学习。他们只是外出放松、享受。泰晤士河河岸，到处是熙熙攘攘的人群。大家愉悦的笑脸，轻松的脚步，一切都像是静止的画卷。街边，是各式各样的咖啡店，人们一边听歌一边喝咖啡，别有一番情趣。

这是我对伦敦最初的印象，随着我一步步走近她，更让我看到了一个古典与现代、繁华与幽静并存的城市。

古朴、文明的伦敦

伦敦是英国的首都，一直是英国历史与文化的中心。历史悠久的古建筑依然伫立在那里，而一座座崭新的现代化高楼又拔地而起，古老和现代形成鲜明的对比。隔着玻璃窗，你会看到那红色标志性的电话亭，看到那著名的塔桥，看到远处那饱经历史沧桑的大本钟，一种激动、喜悦之情油然而生。

乘上汽车，我们首先参观了大英博物馆。走进博物馆，映入眼帘的是一尊雕像，随后便是盘旋而上的楼梯。刚上楼梯，就看到排成一列的古钟，很有特色。听老师说其中有一个是来自于中国的，我真想把它抱走。哎，只是体积太大，没办法。

令我印象最深的是埃及馆中的木乃伊。一开始还好，木乃伊是装在木棺材里的，之后又变成了拆掉木棺材、只是被布包着的木乃伊，然后布都拆了，看到的木乃伊骨头上还有肉，好恶心啊!最后……就变成骷髅了。天啊，实在看不下去了!我便不顾一切地冲出了埃及馆。

随后，我走进了中国馆，一尊尊佛像、一幅幅画一一陈列在我的面前，我也仿佛回到了我那可爱的祖国。接着，我怀着对日本文化的兴趣走进了日本馆。各式各样的彩瓷美不胜收，还有日本式的房屋，很精致地摆放在那。进入韩国馆，就被富有韩国韵味的书画吸引。

我们又参观了大英博物馆里的图书室。据说那里面珍藏的都是代表英国最重要、影响最深远的文献资料、书籍手稿，包括历史上第一份保障人民权利的大宪章，英国著名作家莎士比亚、狄更斯、歌手披头士乐队的手稿。除英文外，还有阿拉伯文、波斯文、土耳其文、梵文、印度文、蒙古文和中文等多种文字的书籍，仅中文书刊就有6万多种。还有一个Chinese Jade(中华美玉)馆，里面展示了各式各样的玉雕、玉佩。

权力的象征——白金汉宫

这天，怀着崇敬的心情，跟随着旅行车，我来到了梦中都向往的的英国女王居住地——白金汉宫。啊，又是一座恢宏雄伟的建筑!真不愧为女王居住、办公的地方。白金汉宫本身就很吸引人，再加上前面有一大片绿油油的草坪——五颜六色的鲜花在盛开，一群鸽子在那儿休憩。白金汉宫对面还有一个广场，有一尊维多利亚女王雕像，更加让人有种身处“世外桃源”的感觉。

白金汉宫是英国历代君主的寝宫，是英皇权力的中心地。皇宫是一座灰色建筑物，四周围着栏杆，宫殿前面的广场上耸立着许多雕像。胜利女神金像站在高高的大理石台上，金光闪闪，就好像要从天而降似的。宫殿是四层楼的正方形大建筑物，宫内分为典礼厅、音乐厅、宴会厅、画廊等六百余间厅室，此外还有占地辽阔的御花园。花园里花团锦簇，美不胜收。除了皇宫内部外，值得参观的地方还有：皇家美术馆、皇家马厩和知名的禁卫军交接典礼。现在白金汉宫已对外开放，每天预约而至的人潮如一条长龙。

最让人怀念的是白金汉宫的换岗仪式。每到这个时候啊。人山人海，但看还是要看一下的。想想女王陛下也真是不容易，如果换了是我，天天那么多人企图窥视的话，不疯掉，也被吵死了。士兵们开始奏乐，皇家卫队开始进行换岗仪式。虽然这不能和北京天安门的升旗仪式气势相比，但是在人口较少的英国。这种景象也是很壮观的。骑马的卫队在军乐和口令声中，进行各种列队表演，并举枪互致敬礼，一派王室气象。

全新的感受——伦敦塔桥

早就听说，登上塔桥是了解塔桥历史、建筑，以及欣赏泰晤士河风光的最佳地点。在游览过白金汉宫后，我们便来到了伦敦塔桥。

它建于1886至1894年，因桥身由4座塔形建筑联接而得名。伦敦塔桥的两座主塔高140英尺，两塔之间跨度为200英尺。桥分为上下两层：下层桥面可以开合，平时通车。桥椅开启时可容万吨船只通过;上层为一条宽阔的悬空人行道，两旁装有玻璃窗，行人签桥可欣赏泰晤士河景色。我与同伴大步流星地登上了悬空人行道，所见之处是一片沉静祥和之美。站在桥头向远处望，那真是令人心旷神怡，浮想联翩，任由遐想的思绪像断了线的风筝一般越飘越远……船静静行驶在波光粼粼的泰晤士河上，涟漪一圈圈地散开，把我的烦恼也一丝丝地散开，带走了。

这时远处的大本钟刚好响起，“咚——”这沉重而铿锵的钟声相信1000米以外的人都能听到吧。

我喜欢伦敦，虽没有更多时尚的琉璃，也没有擎天的高楼，但历史的沧桑却为这些古老精致的哥特式建筑烙上了最珍贵的印记，仿佛满头银发的慈祥老者在为来人讲述一段又一段值得细细品读、深深回味的人生经历;透着淡淡的奢华，却全然没有高高在上的架势;不苟言笑，却友好和善。正如莎翁所说，伦敦是一个永远不会让人厌倦的城市。
