每天傍晚时分，我家最热闹的地方要算厨房了。厨房约有8平米，除了门，窗何天花板以外四周的墙上和地面上都新铺了，瓷砖，看上去十分整齐，舒服，煤气炉稳稳的放在煤气桌的一端，装了转角吊柜碗和盘子还有油盐酱醋都整整齐齐的放在里面，这样炒起菜来十分方便信手拿来，朝北的窗户下，有一个水池，自来水龙头就按在水池上方，淘米，洗菜，洗手，全靠这个水池，污水则流进下水道，水池的右边则放着一个净水器，流进去的是自来水，流出来的是经过净化的，磁化，矿化的净化水，我们家就用这水煮饭和沏茶，在水池的对面，有一面镜子，就挂在墙上，格外的漂亮。

每天，傍晚的时候，我坐在厨房帮着拿菜，爸爸洗菜，妈妈负责炒菜。随着煤气的火苗燃烧。厨房里飘出了饭菜的香味。不一会儿，热气腾腾的晚餐就做好了。

而在以前厨房里没有净水机，地上都是水泥，没有铺瓷砖时，地上的土很多，现在铺路瓷砖的厨房又干净又显得很明朗，让人看着很舒服，以前墙上面涂得是白漆，没些日子雪白的墙就全是油漆，不怎么好擦，自从贴了瓷砖后，墙上的油漆，也容易擦了

随着人们生活水平的提高，也随着社会的发达，我相信，我们的世界一定会更美好。

Winter holiday is coming. I am so excited.

我一直把她当作我的知己把什么都告诉了她而却这样，真想不到，8年来的友谊却是一个谎言，我真的真的心好痛，要不是她同学告诉我，我现在还蒙在鼓里把她当作我的好朋友。这8年来我为了她受过了多少委屈，她竟然这样对我，心理测试书上说在天秤座的人虽然做事有点不顾后果但是在你迷蒙的时候总会有1，2位挚友在身边帮助你，而她却欺骗了我，我永远不会原谅她。

我不知道我和她断了这一场友谊后，她怎样，希望她会才从我和她断的这一场中明白一些道理，不要在逞能了，不要在摆阔气了，不要把金钱式为比友谊更高尚，更纯洁的了。友谊是拿金钱买不到的，即使买到了那也并不是什么真正的友谊。

The science museum is next to the People’s Park. It isn’t far from our school. So we can go there on foot .Walk straight to the west from our school, next turn left at the post office and walk for about 5 minutes, then turn right at traffic lights. You can find the People’s Park on the right . Walk straight, and you’ll see the science museum.

Every year, Spring Festival makes me happy, because I can spend a long

holiday to stay with my families. On the New Year’s Eve, all the families got

together. We woke up early in the morning and then my mother started to purchase

Before dinner, there was a tradition in my hometown. We needed to bring the

“Having a cell phone doesn’t make you popular,” Tammy’s dad said. He is always saying stuff like this, As if he knew what it was to be in fourth grade. “Besides,” Dad said, “your school doesn’t allow cell phones, and you can call your friends from the house as soon you finish your homework.”

“But I can’t send them text messages,” Tammy relied.

“You can use email,” Mom said. “Cell phone are expensive. we want you to wait until you can pay for part of the cost before you got one.”

“By that time I won’t need one,”Tammy said. “Nobody will know who I am. I might as well moved to a desert island!”

“In that case, I’ll get you some empty bottles and some paper,” Dad said. “Bottle messages are much cooler than text messages.”

“Ugh,” sighed Tammy.
