人生中有许许多多的第一次。第一次往往令人难忘，令人回味无穷。我一想起第一次洗碗，我就会发笑。

记得那是暑假里的一天，爸爸妈妈都不在家，我闲着没事干，便想帮妈妈做点家务――把碗洗干净。我心想，这是我第一次洗碗，想必我一定要好好表现，让妈妈高兴高兴。首先，我像我妈妈一样系好围裙，然后把所有的盘盘碟碟集中在一块，嘴里哼着小曲，便开始"动工"啰！然后，拧开水龙头，水"哗啦啦"地流着，这使我不由得想起了一句诗："飞流直下三千尺，疑是银河落九天。"好诗呀，好诗。我久久地沉思在诗海中，手不经意从橱柜里拿出一个瓶子，就往水里倒，突然，我好像嗅到一股强烈的花生油味儿，是那样香浓。我定神，低头一看，哇，怎么是花生油呢。这下可好了，所有的盘盘碟碟都变得黄澄澄，亮晶晶的了！我苦笑一下，只好从橱柜的第二层里找到洗洁精来收拾这场闹剧。这下我可要看清楚，仔细一看，洗洁精这家伙似乎在对我嬉皮笑脸，好像在对我说点什么，可我耸耳一听，什么也没有，不用说，这家伙肯定是在笑我粗心大意！我很生气，于是，把它用力狠狠地挤。很快我又闻到了一股清香的菊花味儿，原来我的"榄菊洗洁精"全被我挤光了。算了吧，用多一点洗洁精，也许会干净些。我自我安慰着，于是，我马上行动起来，洗着，洗着，不一会儿，就出现了成千上万的白泡泡，我双手捧着一吹，便出现了无数个小泡泡，有的像小球，有的像雪花，有的像精灵，美丽极了。转念一想，我要排除干扰，很快不要浪费人力财力了。很快我就把碗洗得一干二净了，这时我额上已经布满汗珠了，想起能帮妈妈减轻些家务负担，我用袖子擦擦汗，欣慰地笑了。

青春的味道，如此美妙，却缺乏自信与温情。

这是昨晚用手机在微博写下的一句话。众人叫嚣着，有钱人遍地都是，只是充满了肮脏与虚伪。讲求哥们义气，讲求姐妹义气，所有的一切如此虚而浮。看别人行酒令，看别人歇斯底里，看别人失去理智地狂吼，我突然发现自己就像是掉进了一个泥坑中，没有自我，没有理智，竟然能够乖乖地静坐在那。喧嚣的环境中，我写下这句话。

我很迷茫，做事并不是不认真，只是，换来的东西却是少之又少，我说不上什么，我不知道这个世界是谁的。工作上遇见巨大的困难，我好像陷入一个困境中，我支撑不住自己。哄骂什么招都使上了，他们还是那样。我没有自信，就如别人说的一样，我已经陷入污泥之中了。我需要安慰，需要有人鼓励，可是，我接不到任何的温情。

起初，我不会打羽毛球，但每次看到爸爸妈妈在打羽毛球，我总想试一试。于是，我便对爸爸说：“让我和妈妈打一场，好吗？”爸爸不以为然的说：“如果你能打赢妈妈就好啦。”说着把羽毛球拍给了我。

我听了心中很不服气，拿起羽毛球往头顶一扔，想用球拍打过去，谁知扑了个空，羽毛球落在了地上，妈妈笑着说：“来啊，把羽毛球打过来啊！”我捡起羽毛球想用刚才的一招打过去，这次倒是打了出去，可打到了身后，而不是前面。我只好跑到远处捡起羽毛球，心想：既然这种方法不行，那就换一种吧！我左手两个手指捏住羽毛球，右手拿着球拍，摆到羽毛球的下面，两指轻轻松开，球拍快速往上方打去，心中暗喜：这次总可以成功了吧。刚想欢呼，谁知球不争气地飞到了屋顶上，幸好家里还有一个，这次我一定会好好打。

“耶！我终于成功了！”我高兴地叫了起来，功夫不负有心人，羽毛球终于飞到了妈妈身边。

我得意地对爸爸妈妈说：“这下你们不会小看我了吧，我们接着来！”妈妈笑着说：“我们可不敢小看你哦！”我和爸妈之间的较量才刚刚开始，我乘胜追击，连赢妈妈三球，最终以三比零的成绩赢得了比赛。我高兴地一蹦一跳地回家了。

操场是美丽的。每到下课铃打响，操场上就热闹起来了。宽阔的大操场上，有许多同学在玩耍，有踢毽子的，五彩的毽子一起一落，好像流动的彩带；有跳绳的，挥舞的绳子从脚尖越过；还有打篮球的，精湛的投篮技术，擦出了不一样的火花。安静的操场顿时变得热闹起来，五颜六色，一举一动都引入眼帘。

荷花池更是美丽的。荷花池上架着一座石板砌成的拱桥，这是一座具有民族特色的拱桥。桥栏上刻着一些文字，看起来十分深奥。桥的一边，有一座假山，虽然说它不是一座小山，但是，这座假山却雕的栩栩如生，在夏天里，有时会有几只蛤蟆在哪里“呱—呱—”地叫。而另一边，一条金色的石雕大鲤鱼如鲤鱼跳龙门似的，仰望着蓝天。一线涌泉从鱼嘴中喷射而出，在空中又飞溅而下，落入池子里，在水面上溅出一朵朵小水花。不管外面发生了什么，池里的小鱼总是自由自在的游来游去，那样清闲自在，好像对什么事都漠不关心。荷花池旁经常有人驻足痴望，甚至有人指指点点，叹为奇观。

校园真美啊，让人美不胜收！

My happy Spring Festival After the New Year’s Eve dinner with my family, we began to sit down in front of the TV, and enjoyed 2015 CCTV Spring Festival gala. At about ten o’clock, the black sky was lightened by lots of fireworks with colorful light and happy sound. We stop watching the CCTV 2015 CCTV Spring Festival gala, and began to climb up the balcony to see the beautiful fireworks view, and my father took some fireworks up, and we also began to play fireworks. What a beautiful night. Later, my cell phone was ringing all the time. I received lots of short messages from my friends and classmates. They all blessed me happy New Year. I gave same bless to them by sending back the happy words. At almost 12 pm, I made a wish in New Year, and began to sleep. When I woke up in the first day of New Year, my father and mother gave two red packets to me, and blessed me that everything will go well on me. I thanked them, and accepted the red packets happily. I have been waiting for the day that I can get lots of red packets. This is my happiest time of the year. After lunch, both my family went to the park, the streets, and the shops or supermarkets. I was too happy to count how many red packets I got. The following days, we visited my grandparents and some of relatives. In my opinion, the schoolwork now being assigned to high school students is

too heavy. While it is true that students need to study, they need other things

as well if they are to grow into healthy and well-rounded adults. High should be

allowed more time for play. Plying is not wasting time, as some think. It gives

them physical exercise, and also exercise their imagination. Which tends to be

这是一个雪后的早晨，我像往常一样背好书包上学去了。

刚一走出大门，就看到外面一片银白：树叶上的雪像小婴儿似的缩在叶子里，屋檐上的雪在阳光的照耀下闪闪发光，路面上的雪像是一条洁白的大地毯。这场景美极了，可是天却是异常的冷，人们都捂着耳朵小跑起来，我也还是快点儿走吧。

The environment has been polluted badly today and the nature punishes the

human being by all kinds of disasters, such as the heavy haze in Beijing, which

damages people’s health. World Environment Day is on June 5th. It pays attention

to call for the public to make an effort to bring the world a clean

environment.

Look at the pollution around us, which exists everywhere. The cars release

the gas which pollutes the air and the rubbish can be found in every corner of

the street. All of these daily incidents hurts the world we live. Especially the

factories, they release the heavy smoke and make the sky becomes dark. What’s

Though the government has made some action to punish the businessmen for

今天是五一劳动节，那肯定要劳动了，五一劳动节放了一天假我决定在这天帮父母干活。

可我不喜欢劳动，所以几乎所有活都由父母做，再加上我的手骨折了爸爸妈妈不但要做家务活还要帮我干很多事，我呢？更是一个家务活都不干。可今天是五一劳动节，我一定要帮父母劳动。

天刚亮，我就从床上坐起来。我拿着衣服非常吃力的将衣服穿上，假如在平时我早就将妈妈叫醒帮我穿衣服了，可今天是五一劳动节啊。我穿好衣服后，习惯性的向客厅走去可是突然发现被子没有叠。于是我用一个手笨拙的将被子翻过来然后左右的跑来跑去；被角一会儿歪了一会儿又斜了；最后，被子不但叠的不好看，还把我累得满头大汗。

我把妈妈和爸爸叫醒后，妈妈还惊讶的问我，我是怎样将衣服穿好而且还把被子叠好的。我说：“我忙了半天才弄好的。”

中午爸爸妈妈出去买东西，我则在家写作业，当我写完作业时爸爸妈妈还没回来；于是我决定帮爸爸妈妈扫地，我拿上扫把开始扫地。可是我扫的时候经常把垃圾扫的乱飞，好不容易扫到一起的垃圾结果被我一扫立刻四面八方的散开；于是我又去重新扫，更困难的是揽垃圾只有一个手能用可怎麽揽啊。于是我笨手笨脚的将簸箕弄得咣啷咣啷直响，最后弄得满头大汗才弄好。

原来劳动是这么得累，虽然我只是一个手在干活，可爸爸和妈妈干的活比这还多。我以后一定要多劳动啊！

Pollution has been a serious problem for a certain time around the world.

There are many causes for it. Transportation is the main factor of pollution.

When the waste gas from cars is released, the air is polluted. People breathing

in the polluted air can develop respiratory disease. Another factor is that

people throw their garbage everywhere. All kinds of garbage not only spoil the

splendid environment, but also cause environmental pollution. Whats more,

industrial pollution also deserves our attention. Wastewater from factories is

poured into rivers and this causes water pollution. As a consequence, the

greenhouse effect becomes a problem which needs our immediate caution and how to

solve is urgent all over the world. At present, some measures have been taken to

prevernt.

For example, people classify the garbage and some is recycled after being

collected. People are also encouraged to use paper products instead of plastic

products because we know that our living condition will be worse if we keep

ignoring this problem. And I believe we can prevent pollution if everyone makes

the efforts.

寒假的一天

It was a very busy evening, I was doing my homework at my home. My father

was writing a composition in the study room. My mother was interested in

Shanghai opera. She was watching a Shanghai opera contest. The apartment was

very quiet. Suddenly the light went out. It was a blackout, but I liked it very

much. It came and I didnt have to do my homework. We went to the living room

very slowly.

After 5 minutes, we all sat in the sofa. It was a lucky, fortunate day. I

said that lets held a concert. My parents agreed with me. I took out some

candles and lighted up. We were singing, laughing and talking. We had a really

good time. But while I was singing, the light suddenly turned on. Oh, my God. My

father went back to his room went on writing.

My mother turned on the TV and said to me “Dear, do your homework!” I felt

very frustrated. I sat at the desk and thought I hated light. I hoped there

ethnic groups and with time-honored history and civilization, China abounds in

intangible cultural heritages. Cultural heritages connect modern people with the

historical past, allowing them to acquire a cultural and historical identity.

Without cultural heritages, we would be rendered absolutely rootless and we

would find it hard to cope with challenges at present and in the future.

However, the modernization process poses mounting threats to intangible

heritages. Many people have a blind faith in the latest electronic devices. It

is also pathetic to see elderly people in possession of such legacies pass away

without transmitting them to the younger generation. Faced with those

challenges, we should both preserve and renovate our ancestral heritages so that

we can help contribute to the cultural diversity of the world and return to our

spiritual homeland in this age of impersonal science and technology.
