后来我逐渐明白了，爸爸为我每天测一次视力的目的，就是给你拽拽保护视力这根弦。提醒我每一天都自觉主动去保护视力。

2以演讲为话题。

我感觉就像革命战士一样义无反顾大义凛然地上场了。

然后开始了我的演讲，说着说着，我的心逐渐平静了下来，我主要关注我讲的内容，关注我想向别人倾诉的是什么?争取让别人听了我的演讲后能够有所启发。为了我的演讲更生动，我现场又适当加了一些肢体语言，进行了一些动作展示，慢慢地就入情入境了。

即使这样，中间也有一句话打亘，不过爸爸妈妈之前告诉过我了，打亘，卡壳，说错了也不要紧，接着往下说就行，因为人家不知道你的演讲稿是什么，你就按你的意思说。

我就这么镇静沉着冷静地说着我的话，说完后，我得体地向评委老师们和现场观众鞠了个躬，然后退场。虽然感觉没有说得更好，但也没什么大的失误。

最终结束播报成绩，我是第三名，因为一等奖两个人，所以我是二等奖的第一名。

通过比赛，我感到人外有人，天外有天。

3以食品安全为话题。

"火腿当然不是好肉了，你见过那种死猪肉吗?死猪，死羊是不是很臭啊?火腿就是把死猪死羊连皮带毛把内脏给挖了去，稍微拾掇一下，便用绞肉机绞了，再添加一些色素、味精就成美食了。你说这对身体好吗?"

听完后，我大吃一惊。我这时候才明白，我平时爱吃的东西原来是这样。

"我明白了，老爹，你常说不让我吃那些垃圾食品，要管住自己的嘴巴，要多吃家里自己种的东西，自己做的饭菜，这样对身体有好处，是吧?"

爸爸听了后，语重心长地说:"特别特别对，就是这个意思，吃自己种的环保绿色蔬菜，吃自己在家里做的饭最放心，这样对身体才有益，现在你也要记住，这鸡腿要少吃。"

我看了看手中的鸡腿，虽然很美味，很诱人，但是我不敢再往嘴里放了。

那天的晚饭是我这学期开学以来吃过的最有意义的饭，它不光填饱了我的肚子，还使我明白了，吃饭要管住自己的嘴巴。

是的，饭前想一想:当时吃了嘴上舒服，身体受得了吗?

4以自学为话题。

学习应该是自己主动学的，不能有任何条件。

"老爸，如果你让我学习的话，那么必须让我先休息20分钟。"我对催促我学习的爸爸说。

星期天的早上，我们出去锻炼了一会儿身体，又吃完早饭，比平时学习要晚了一个多小时。这时爸爸提醒我说:"儿子，开始学习吧。"

我说:"可以啊，我想学语文。"

爸爸听了以后说:"儿子，咱们这一天主要学奥数。"

我沉思了片刻，因奥数太难，太费脑子了，于是我就说:"奥数不行，如果想让我学奥数的话，必须给我买个面包，或者让我先休息20分钟。"

栗子皮很坚硬，仿佛死住了似的，用指甲一抠很费劲，有的时候，栗子皮插进指甲里面，很疼很疼。

开始剥栗子，我剥起来还有点起劲，可越剥越困难，禁不住都有点烦了。

剥了皮的栗子圆滚滚的、黄澄澄的，很诱人，我也很想吃。但是我想我剥了皮的栗子主要是让爸爸妈妈吃的，要给爸爸妈妈一个惊喜。

终于我剥了一大把栗子，便双手捧起来，放在爸爸妈妈面前说:"我这些栗子是和爸爸妈妈分享的。"

爸爸妈妈一瞧，有点惊奇而又诧异地看着我。

也许爸爸妈妈剥栗子吃的时候只顾吃了，没有观察我的行动，认为我也在剥栗子吃，其实我光剥了栗子，并没有吃，而是攒了一大捧。

"我们都剥了栗子直接吃了，你好不容易剥了这么些，你吃吧。"爸爸说。

"不行，我主要是给爸爸妈妈剥的。"我坚持我的想法。

最后没办法，妈妈折衷了我们的想法，让我把我剥的栗子分成三份，各自吃。

本来是各人剥了个人吃的规则，但是孝心突破了这样的规则。

6以学习方法为话题。

有些学习成绩比较好的同学，人家很讲究学习方法，用不同颜色的笔，区别对待不同的学习内容。

比如说自己非常熟练的重点内容，用黑色笔画下来;自己不太熟悉的重点内容，用黄色笔画下来;对于那些易错或不会的重点内容，用红笔画下来。这样根据记忆的等级，分配时间有所侧重，多把时间用在红色或黄色笔画出的内容。如果黄色红色部分内容比较熟练了，也可以在旁边注一下，写上已熟练，这样以后再学的时候就少用点功夫。

还有些同学对容易出错、模模糊糊的地方，多画两个圈或多画两根线，以引起注意，这都是些很好的学习方法。

7以逆反为话题。

我起床复习三年级下册的英语单词，背了20来分钟，还有五分钟就七点了，我要吃早饭。爸爸说再看一篇文章吧，还不到七点。

我正要坚持吃早饭，妈妈在旁边对我说:"听你爸爸的话。"

"好吧。"我答应下来抓紧读文章，因为爸妈都是为我好，我的性格应该顺溜。妈妈以前说过，作为孩子越柔顺越好运。爸爸妈妈不是有时候有些事也是顺着我嘛。

现在常听人说"青春期逆反"，"孩子大了以后不听大人的话"，我想不管大人还是孩子，要多琢磨对方的心意和出发点，互相尊重，互相理解，这样一家人应该不会对抗。

获"出彩明小人"殊荣，倍感鞭策。

2018年11月12日，在升旗仪式上，学校给我颁发了"出彩明小人"的奖杯和以前我写毛笔字获得的“守护未来，我是国防小卫士”全国青少年书画征集展示活动优秀作品奖。

那个奖状和这个奖杯是从何而来的呢?

我这次获得"出彩明小人"的奖杯，主要是因为在全国性的书法大赛中得了优秀奖。虽然只得了个优秀奖，但学校老师们认为也算是很厉害了。

我获得国级书法优秀作品奖，首先得感谢学校培养。我们学校十分重视硬笔字、软笔字书法培训，举办了日月风书法协会，每到周五下午的2、3节课，书法教室那里就有老师教同学们写毛笔字、硬笔字，另外学校还多次给我们办书法展，为我们的成长搭建舞台。

其次感谢学校给我们提供的平台，如果学校没有给我们提供平台，那我们就不知道有这次比赛，更没法参加了。

除了感谢学校之外，我还要感谢学校特聘的校外辅导老师――教我们毛笔字的苗勇老师。是苗勇老师兢兢业业地给我们指导，培养我们毛笔书写技巧。记得我当时写作品的时候，有拿不准的或很难写的字，都要请教苗老师，苗老师便手把手地教我们。我如今能写好毛笔字，就得益于苗老师手把手地载培。

虽然这次我得了奖状奖杯，但我知道荣誉只能代表以前，不能代表以后，

为他人着想的好家风

“噔噔噔……"一晃我从五楼下到一楼，只见楼宇门前的妈妈，双手拿着数不清的方便袋，方便袋里装着刚买的蔬菜。妈妈满头是汗，喘着粗气。

我忙走过去，接妈妈手里提满蔬菜的方便袋，蔬菜好多啊，有白萝卜，冬瓜，莲藕，山药，芹菜……怪不得把妈妈累成这样。

我本想把妈妈手里的方便袋都放到我的两只手上，但是妈妈怕我累着，只给了我两个方便袋的菜，左手白萝卜，右手冬瓜。

我提着两袋菜，一口气来到我家的五楼门口，浑身立刻感觉有些热燥燥的。

"当当当"，敲门三下，"当当当"又敲门三下。在家里不知忙啥的爸爸没有回应。

爸爸暂时没开门，我还要继续等下去吗?不!我的脑海里忽然闪现出这样一幅画面。那一次我和爸爸回老家帮爷爷奶奶摘花椒，中午回家时，我们都口干舌燥疲惫不堪，可爸爸不知哪来的劲，挑着一担花椒小跑似的往家赶，不久就把我们远远地甩在了后面，我和爷爷奶奶每人挎着一筐花椒，快走到村边桥头的时候，感觉疲惫得一步都不想挪。正在这时，我的眼前一亮，爸爸又风风火火地扛着扁担来了。当爸爸用扁担把爷爷奶奶挎着的两筐花椒挑起来的时候，我发现爸爸满是汗水的上衣贴在了脊背上。爸爸这是不顾自己疲劳，把原先挑的花椒放在家里，又来迎接我们了。他真是一个为他人着想的人。

今天妈妈赶早市买菜一路挺辛苦，我也要二次下楼迎接妈妈。

“噔噔噔……”我把刚才拿的菜很快放在门口，又飞快地下楼去接妈妈，在二楼拐角处，我看见了一脸愕然的妈妈。

“你怎么又下来了?”

I, the undersigned, am a senior in Peking University. The 2008 Beijing Olympic Games is coming in four years. After watching the 2004 Athens Olympic Games, I can not help writing to you.

First of all, here is my suggestion for the preparation work of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. The construction work of the sports building must be completed in time according to the contract. December 25, Christmas day, is a foreigners New Year.

But I also had a happy Christmas, and my mother bought me a toy that I had been thinking about for a long time, a remote control plane. I was stunned when I received the gift. As we all realized that every one of us will fail during our life. Take me

for an example, I fail in my exam. In fact, failure always does appear, which

also means that failure is a daily occurrence, however, when facing the failure,

different people have different attitudes.

Some people hold the view that failure is the meaning whenever they could

not be successful. Thus, if meeting with failure, they will feel so nervous that

they have no idea what they are supposed to do. As time goes by, they become

more and more dispirited while eventually, they could do nothing well.

On the contrary, there are some people tending to believe another idea.

From their point of view, failure is outstanding due to the fact that it can

give them plenty of encouragement. Therefore, if facing failure, they will be

quite courageous and then try their best to beat it, finally, they make their

dream come true.

From my perspective, failure is neither an excellent thing nor an

appreciating thing. Sometimes, it is capable to offer us with encouragement,

however, it can also make us unconfident now and then. Thus, if encountering the

failure, never could we be scared. What we should do is to face it bravely and

never give up.

在一个深深的夜晚，我正睡觉时轰的一声!我被惊醒了，一起来发现我站立着，我慢慢睁开眼睛，发现我变成了一棵树!

好吧!我只好接受变成树的事实，在这几天里都十分平静，不过老有一些孩子来用脚踢我，我也知道了有时我也是那么烦人。

在这一个夜晚不像平常一样。在这天晚上，有个脸红得像猴屁股一样的青年，拿着酒瓶摇摇晃晃地向我走来，到了我这一阵乱吐，这我才知道他喝酒了，他吐了一阵后，还做了一个六的手势，好像在嘀咕着什么，嘀咕完之报他比之前更过分了!喝一口，吐一口，嘿，我这暴脾气能让着他?我叫起了在我这树下啃了我三天三夜的虫子兄弟说：”嘿，朋友!给我起来!在我这啃了三天三夜了，是时候该交房租了吧!去把这个人的屁股咬一口，叫他走远一点。“谁知这虫子兄弟说：”我这下班了，你去别处。“说完后它从地下挖洞大摇大摆地走了。说实话，那一天我满身臭味，从此以后再也没有虫子来啃我了。

到了春天，有一对小燕子在我树枝上搭了窝，过了几天后，它们生了一窝小燕子，但它们生完之后这燕子爸、燕子妈都忙得不得了，因为这些小燕子过了一个星期后，它们的食欲大增，所以它们的爸妈经常不在家，而在这一天，有一只老鹰飞了过来，好像要吃掉这些小燕子，我这暴脾气又上来了，再一次叫起了旁边地上的虫子朋友说：”嘿，朋友，你看那只老鹰了吗?你要是有本事把它赶走，我就让你在我的树下啃一个月，我不管。”虫子朋友说：“不行，你得让我吃二个月，因为我也有一家三口，他们这些人类一脚一全家，我们走的时候小心翼翼，所以让我在这多呆一个月，我可吃少点。”我说：“行，一言为定!”然后这只虫子朋友像火箭一样快速爬到树枝，一跃而起跳到老鹰的身上，狠狠地咬了老鹰一口，老鹰疼痛难忍飞走了。

当一棵树没什么不好的，有时开心，也有时难过，不管你成为了什么都有悲有欢。

留不住岁月的脚步，留不住儿时的童真，我跟着似水流年的岁月慢慢长大。一路收获，一路成长..... I cant keep the footsteps of the years, I cant keep my childhood innocence.Harvest all the way, grow all the way ...

还记得小时候跌倒的情景吗?

那天风和日丽，我在家门口玩耍，突然不小心摔了一跤，头破血流。妈妈闻讯赶来，左看右看没有找到可以打骂的东西，因为门前土平没有树枝，小石子。妈妈说“坏风儿，坏风儿害得宝贝摔跟头”我扑哧一声笑了“妈妈，今天没有风。是我自己不小心摔倒的”妈妈抬头看看天，是呀天气闷热的连丝风都没有。妈妈没有说什么她只是抚摸着我的头笑了。

“风中跌倒不为风”从那天起我开始明白，当我不在已任何形式当借口的时候，那也就是一种长大的表现。

成长，需要勇气。是面对挫折有勇气站起，勇于承担错误的勇气。

“悄悄的我走了，正如我悄悄的来”是的，童年的影子渐渐模糊，那曾经的调皮.顽固.倔强也随着风儿渐远，飘去。朋友，往事的影子却萦绕眼前，那是忘却不了的。

我已经小学毕业了。面对往事，面对母校，面对那儿的一草一木。那些熟悉的风景呀，却又让我留恋，我知道，我应坦然面对。

成长，需要勇气。“莫愁前路无知己，天下谁人不识君”面对分别，我们该用勇气与乐观承担，那将是我们走向成熟的标识。

面对离别，或许悲伤或许流泪。但不要忘记哭过之后就长大，坚强的长大。

在人生前行的路上，我们或许迷茫，不知所措。被一个个岔路口所迷惑，那将是对我们的考验。选择一条荆棘丛生崎岖不平的小路，还是选择一条通往光明之路的康庄大道?有勇气去选择，就要有勇气服输。不过没有彻底的失败，也没有完全的成功。一切还是需要一种坚持与坚强。我们还是要经过无数的黎明，无数的黑暗。但黎明之后是光明，黑暗之后是光明。

成长，需要勇气。面对挫折一笑而过，“一切都是瞬息，一切都将过去;而那过去了的，就会成为亲切的怀恋”

成长的路上，充满挑战，充满刺激与惊险。你是否能化险为夷?前方的路是未知的，或许黑暗但我们不要为之放弃，在生死涅??的岔道口，有勇气把握自己的人生，有勇气挑战自己。

成长，需要勇气。磕磕绊绊的经历会让我们的阅历更加丰富精彩。

有时，放弃也是一种美丽。“系上黄金的鸟翼飞不高”学会拿起，更要学会放下。放弃或许比拿起更困难，但身上的包袱愈重，身体也愈加沉重。若不会放弃怎会走得更远飞得更高?

成长，需要勇气。需要用真诚，乐观.....去点缀我们的人生。

During those days。 I enjoyed myself。 At first， I went to the zoo to see lovely animals。 And then。 I went to the sea world to see beautiful fishes。 That was very interesting。 Secondly I went for a trip with my parents， we went to Linxia to visit my grandparents and to eat minority’s foods。 We rode horse on the grassland and had a fun with local children。 It was very exciting。 After that， I held a party and invited some of my best friends to visit my house。 My mother bought a lot of tasty foods for us， we also took many photos on the party。 We played very happy。 I also watched lots of carton films at home， they were wonderful。

I like the holiday。 I like my May Day。

我叫蒋梦涵，今年十二岁。我勤奋好学、品学兼优、乐观向上、爱好广泛、尊敬师长、团结同学、做事执着、有毅力、是一个德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的好学生。我有一颗善良真诚的心灵。有人说，金子是最纯美的，但比金子更美的是人的心灵。我有一颗洁白无暇、善良真诚的心灵，我心地善良、追求纯真、无私无邪。在家里，对待亲人，关注亲人的冷暖，经常帮助爸爸妈妈做一些力所能及的家务活，打扫卫生，让亲情其乐融融。在学校，我有一颗真诚的爱心。对于困难同学，我总是乐于伸出援助的小手，助人为乐，真诚奉献，对于学习上的后进生，我也是及时给予力所能及的帮助，从不计较个人的得失。

我有一股执着向上的追求。我追求思想向上。从呀呀学语到接受家庭启蒙和幼儿、小学教育，初谙世事的我就一直在追求着思想的向上：“做个好孩子，做个好学生”。我遵守校规校纪、对人讲礼貌、自觉遵守小学生行为规范和社会公德，深得老师、家长和同学们的好评。我追求学习向上。对待学习，我一丝不苟，并有一股可贵的钻劲儿和韧劲儿;我遇事好问个为什么，喜欢和老师、同学讨论问题，善于表现自己，展示自我。课堂上有时为了一个问题或一种解题方法和老师、同学展开辩论，老师看在眼里，喜在心里。我的语文、数学、英语学习成绩一直名列前茅，每一学期都被评为“三好学生”。

我追求全面发展，兴趣广泛，除认真学习课本知识外，我还特别喜欢看书、绘画、唱歌和弹琴。闲暇时，我总是挤出时间来看书，我喜欢看的书有《十万个为什么》、《中国青少年百科全书》、《纸上天文馆》、《格林童话》、《小学生科学知识故事》……开卷有益”、“读书破万卷，下笔如有神”，正是由于我养成了良好的看书习惯，促进了我写作水平的提高，我的作文多次作为范文在班级交流，在学校荣获阅读一等奖。自九岁起，就一直在学习拉丁舞。

我有一腔勇于负责的精神。在学校里我是老师的得力小助手，同学们的好服务员。我从小学一年级开始当选为班长，自当上班长那一天起，我就用稚嫩的肩膀承担起了一份责任。在各项活动中我总是积极参与，充分发挥自己的特长，为班级赢得了很多的荣誉。因为我是班长，劳动时我总是抢着干最脏最重的活儿，从不偷懒，也不会拿出班长的架子只指挥别人干，下课后同学们休息我却还在忙着收发作业本。有同学不守纪律了，我会及时给同学们指出来。有同学遇到不懂的问题了我会耐心辅导，连放学后还有同学甚至是家长找我问这问那。对于这些，我从没有半句怨言。

我爱学习、爱思考、勤于实践，坚持努力学好各门功课，并且积极参加形式多样的课外活动，了解社会，有一定的实践能力。我善于观察，勤学好问，根据自己的想象，经常在家制作一些小东西，种植一些小植物，实践让我吸取了甘甜，拥有了丰润，丰满了羽翼。

这就是我——蒋梦涵，一个既有爱心、责任心和恒心，又多才多艺的女孩。
