过去，我只在电视上看到过跆拳道，听人家说过跆，自己从来没有亲身接触过跆拳道。这次在拳道训练班中听教练讲的一招一式，都感到十分新鲜，横踢、弹腿、弓步压腿、扣脚压等跆式，我们都学的十分认真。虽然天气很热，室内温度很高，学员们个个汗如雨下，但没有一个叫苦的，大家拳打脚踢，精神抖擞，兴趣高昂。一个小时很快就过去了，虽然有点累，但大家都十分开心。
