抚摸着手中的一枚长长的金子弹，他的眼中漾着泪水。多少年来，子弹像毒刺在他心里，悲哀缠绕着他的心，像丝线一般。

教官在教我们每一个动作前都会做一遍给我们看，那炯炯有神的眼睛，那干脆利落的动作，那挺拔如松的站姿，我能想到的只有一个字，那就是——帅！

刚开始我们做的动作一点儿都不整齐，经过教官一次又一次的纠正，我们一次又一次的努力，总算能像教官一样——站如杨树，蹲如雕塑。一个个挺拔的身影，洪亮的口号声久久回荡在篮球场上，这分明就是一个个军人在接受着人民的检阅啊！

一天的训练就在这热烈的气氛中结束了，每个人的脸上虽然都显得有些疲倦，但从一双双明亮的眼睛中，分明可以看出那巨大的成就感——那种无法言语的感觉！

道路无止境，目标在前方。

一生中，我们一直在奔跑，人生就是那条无止境的跑道。在这条道路上没有终点，只有自己设定的目标。没有目标的人会迷失方向，有目标的人才会拥有成功。

获得成功的前提是确定一个你可以为之去努力的目标，这个目标要切合实际，能一味的空谈，更不能来回更换。目标虽不是一成不变的，但也不能随心所欲的去更换。目标多并不比目标少好，目标多会使你心烦意乱，而目标少则更容易使你集中精力。就好比你在做家庭作业，作业很多，但是你不知道从哪一项入手，你在这一科写几个字，又在那一科写几个字，到头来远远没有逐一完成的效率更好些儿，因此我们在选择目标时要学会筛选。

目标选定了，更重要的是为之去努力。

学校就是成长道路的一个路段，学业有成就是一个简单的目标。我们在学校教室中怀着成功的期盼努力学习;我们在跑道上迎着明媚的阳光向前奔跑。这是一个完成目标的必不可少的过程，这个过程有可能会枯燥无味或疲惫不堪。即使是这样也不能轻言放弃，因为只有付出辛勤的耕耘才会有等价的收获。“努力”二字说起来容易，做起来难。很少有人能迅速地认识到如何去努力，为什么去努力。有些人看起来很勤奋啊，但是我们知道那是瞎努力，因为他没有把目标和努力结合起来。由此可见有目标不能缺努力，有努力不能缺目标。人人都应当首先明白自己的人生目标是什么?自己一直的努力是为了什么?

道路无止境，目标在前方，这个道路应当是有努力构成的。目标虽远，但依旧可以抵达。
