至于锻炼身体方面呢?我觉得自己太没有信心，比如就说投篮吧，我因为个子小所以篮球在我手上连篮筐都碰不到，我练了几遍没有成功，就觉得自己永远都投不进，再练几遍也是徒劳。后来，我又觉得学习反正搞不上去，没有用的，所以，在期末考试中我就取得了不理想的成绩。我以后做任何事都要有耐心`信心，因为只有这样才可以做成功的事。

这里的农乐园更是让人叹为观止。这里有过往的农俗文化，老一辈的怀念，新一辈的好奇……古树菜园，让我感受到过往的人民的浓浓乡情;瓜棚荷塘，让我仿佛看到了一幅农民劳动图;水车石磨，让我对过去一切充满了无穷无尽的好奇……我印象最深的，莫过于碾谷坊罢了，爸爸告诉我，以前爷爷也是用这种方法碾谷的，这是一种农俗文化，是永远不会遗传的。爸爸还叫我推了一下石磨，我还推没有两步，就早已经汗流浃背了，我心中油然而生出一种敬佩之情……

光阴似箭，日月如梭。转眼间2016年过去了，迎来了2017年，在这一个新年里我们要干一些有意义的事情，下面让就我来说一下我在新一年里的计划吧!

说到锻炼身体，我觉得我的耐力很差，两百米跑步跑下来我就气喘吁吁的，我也没有信心，因为我原来学过一点篮球，可我投了几次也投不中，所以我认为我不适合篮球，我就不练了。我也不擅长别的体育项目如足球、跳高、跳远等等，所以在2017年我要多锻炼身体，培养一下我的信心，锻炼锻炼我的耐力，争取在下一次秋季运动会上为我们班取得更加优异的成绩。

还有我的书法，我以前不怎么练字，所以在写字比赛中得了二等奖，我想：好多同学都得了一等奖，我也要得一等奖。从这以后我开始努力，但还是不够，所以在第二次写字比赛中我还是得了二等奖，在零八年里，我要努力练字，在下一次写字比赛中获得一等奖。 在2017年里，我一定要按我制订的计划去做，因为这样才可以取得更大的进步。
