三、作品要求

1.不规定题目，各类体裁、题材的作品均可参赛。

2.作品结构完整、内容具体、语言流畅，能够写真事、说真话、诉真情，清楚地表达出作者对事物的认识和感受。

3.提倡写1000字以内的短文。反映生活热点和时代风貌以及在立意、构思、选材和表达上有新意的文章，将在评审中受到特别关注。

四、注意事项

1.本次大赛不收任何参赛费。参赛作品每人仅限一篇，全部采用电子稿形式，纸质稿不予参评。

2. 以“学校+姓名+《题目》”为文件名.文章标题字体为“黑体二号”，作者学校为“楷体四号”，正文为“宋体小四号”。文末“指导老师+姓名”用“楷体3号”。

3. 汇总表中要写清：学校、班级、题目、年级、指导老师和联系电话、邮箱。如信息填写不全，格式不正确或超过征稿截止日期的稿件，一律按非参赛稿件处理。

4. 抄袭他人文章将被取消参赛资格，并通知作者所在学校给予批评。

六、评选办法

大赛由省内小学语文教学专家、高校作文教学研究学者和辽宁少年儿童出版社《小学生优秀作文》编委组成评委会，经初评和复审，对参赛作品进行评审(初评确定入围作品，复审确定获奖等级。)

作品分低段组(一、二年级)、中段组(三、四年级)、高段组(五、六年级)三组进行评审。每组评出一等奖20名，二等奖50名，三等奖120名，优秀奖300名。

按学生投稿数量和质量高低，评出参赛的学校集体奖30个。

所有获奖作者均颁发获奖证书，荣获一、二等奖的另发给纪念品。学生获一二等奖的指导教师，发给指导奖证书(选所获最高等级填写一个)。获集体奖的学校发给奖状。

一等奖、集体奖名单将在2016年第5期《小学生优秀作文》上刊出。全部获奖名单可在2016年5月10日后，关注辽宁少年儿童出版社期刊微信公众号(将在2016年1-2期《小学生优秀作文》上公布)。
