节约能源、提高能源利用率，既是保障企业正常生产经营，实现公司健康可持续发展的长久之计，也是企业适应市场需要，降低成本、增加效益、改善环境，提高企业竞争力的必然选择。目前金融海啸席卷全球，公司的经营形势不容乐观，遇到的困难和挑战很多。因此，我们平时在经营中每节约一分资源，就为公司争取多一分的利润。为此，特向公司全体员工发出节能降耗的倡议，具体的要求如下：

1、减少电梯的使用。提倡员工上下班及办公期间上下楼层不乘坐电梯，而直接使用楼梯，电梯仅作为货物搬运时使用。逢节假日停用电梯以节约电力资源。

2、办公室充分利用自然光照明，在光线充足的情况下不开室内照明灯。走廊、通道、卫生间等公共区域白天应尽量减少开灯能耗，夜间除安全防范用途外，其余办公区照明一律关闭。

生活中，我们经常能看见这样的情景：一群人走在街上，一边抱怨垃圾太多，到处都是，一边把零食袋子随手一扔，头也不回地走开。或是有意或是无意，人们总是看不见眼前触手可及的垃圾桶，任由垃圾在自己手中划过一条弧线，掉落在地上。就是这看似随意的动作，让我们赖以生存的家园变的脏乱不堪。

地球母亲供给我们充足的氧气、水分和食物，她关心着我们，爱着我们，可我们都做了些什么?工厂里的废气和污水随意排放，一片片森林遭到乱砍乱伐，城市里的垃圾散发着臭气……

现在，环境形势十分严峻。环境保护对我们来说并不是一个新问题，政府也早已提出了明确的治理目标，可一直以来都没有人去实践。我们完全可以从小事做起，从我做起。顾炎武曾经说过，天下兴亡，匹夫有责。而保护环境是我们的天职，保护环境与维护生态平衡的历史重任将落在我们新一代的肩上。同学们，当看到未关的水龙头在滴水时，你是不是能够随手关上呢?当电池用完后，你能否分类收藏处理而不随手扔掉呢?当购物时你能否自觉不使用塑料袋呢?是否能坚持“人在灯亮，人走灯灭”呢?

我知道把水开小水表就不走了，我告诉了妹妹叫她把水开小，妹妹不相信就惊讶地问：“真的可以让水表不走？”“不相信就自己试试吧！”果然，和我说的一样。我神秘地对妹妹说：“昨天，我洗完脸后没有关水龙头，水表也没有走。”妹妹高兴地说：“那我们快积水吧！”可我皱了皱眉说：“但是太慢了！”“不要紧，就慢慢来！”父母回来后，我们争先恐后的把着个“秘密”好素了父母，还认为他们会表扬我们。谁知道，爸爸语重心长地对我们说：“你们在干什么呀？这是偷水，谁叫你们这样做的，这样是浪费水源。”听了爸爸这番沉思的话后，我和妹妹的脸“唰”地一下子红了。

水是工农业生产的重要原料，也是人类赖以生存的宝贵 自然资源 ，没有水就没有生命，就没有良好的自然环境，也就无法实现社会经济的可持续发展。当今世界已经进入一个水资源紧张的年代，出现全球范围的水危机。而与世界各国相比，我国水资源和水环境状况更令人堪忧：一是我国水资源总量严重短缺。1998年我国人均水量为2251立方米，仅为世界人均水平的1／4，预测到2030年我国人口增至16亿时，人均水资源量将降到1760立方米。二是我国水资源的时空分布也很不平衡。水资源 绝对数 量西少东多，而人均占有量东缺西丰，成两个反向递度分布。三是我国的水环境也在日趋恶化，导致水资源可利用率降低。随着经济发展、人口的增长和 城镇化 水平的提高，我国未来对水资源的需求量还将进一步增加。如何解决水资源供给不足而需求不断增加的矛盾已成为一个亟待研究和解决的重大课题。

现今的世界，淡水仅仅占总水量的百分之三，其中三分之二还是冰，可见现在世界上的水资源有多么贫乏！“假如地球上只剩下最后一滴水，那么就是我们的眼泪。”每听到这一句话，我的心就不住地紧张起来，害怕真有这么一天。现在，中国真是发达了：工厂林立、 高楼大厦 随处可见。人口越来越多，水资源就不大供得上了，本来节省节省就够了，可人们却恣意浪费它，再加上污染，中国就这么变成了世界上十二个贫水国家之一！
