和Niel一起上课，更是一件有趣的事儿。英语课上，Niel会和我们一起玩各种各样的游戏，比如：掷骰子，扔飞镖，小组比赛，每一次他都很热心地教我们英语，每一次他都很热情地参加我们的活动，同时用尽他搞怪的本领，把游戏的气氛推向高潮。英语课上，我们故意读错单词搞破坏时，Niel会装着恶狠狠的样子，抡起一根“大棒子”朝我们挥舞。我们一改口，他又变回那个笑眯眯的样子，继续扭动他胖胖的身子，朝我们竖起大拇指。

因为有趣的Niel，我很喜欢上他有趣的英语课；因为有趣的Niel，我越来越爱说有趣的English，这真是一件好事情呢！

《资治通鉴》里有言：经师易得，人师难求。正所谓“名师出高徒”，只有一位好的老师才能够教出一位好的学生，这也是众人皆知的。但是想找到一位好的老师是多么难。于是，我又想起了我的英语老师-----Ms Yan。

记得她第一次给我们上英语课时，我们特别激动-----马上就要学英语了。“你们愿意学习英语吗？”她一脸笑容地问我们。“愿意！”“你们想学好英语吗？”“想！”这勾起了我们极大的兴趣，从此，我们的英语课开始活跃起来。

后来，英语越来越难，我听着一个个英语单词，可以用四个字来形容----稀里糊涂。成绩一直中上中下的我，在课堂上就是个“隐形人”，现在变得更“隐形”了。但这样一件事改变了我的命运：刚上四年级，我的死对头蒋文就把我的英语书往对台上一丢，再也找不回来了，我只好看同桌的，但更多时间，傲慢的同桌总是把手一遮，我只好一个人读着“望天书”，但Msyan注意到了，向我询问了原因后，给了我一本崭新的英语书。在分组时，她还让我当上了英语小组长。从此，我开始认真学习英语了。功夫不负有心人，期末考试时，我的英语成绩赶上了一大截，我的信心也越来越大了。

暑假里，我不假思索地报了她的补习班。她仍推行她的加分制，并给我们每个人都取了英文名字，并在每周对加分高的小组进行奖励，大大提高了我们的兴趣、积极性，参与性也越来越浓。更绝的是，她让我们看动画片学音标，记得特别牢。

升上五年级，我的英语成绩已经大幅度上升了，这对于英文一窍不通的我是一个转折性的改变。这是奇迹吗？不-------这是我的英语启蒙老师对我的关心与鼓励。

OnceI studied in middle school, I met a very nice English teacher. Her name wasClara. Although I have left her for a long time, I still remember her verywell. It was her who gave me the enthusiasm to learn English, and it was alsoher who pulled me up when I stumbled.

What’smore, she was very patient and responsible. Every time I was in trouble, shealways offered me a hand. She was willing to communicate with me. I didnt knowhow to appreciate her. Without her, my English cant be so good.

其实在五中我英语一直还差不多，一直用您的方法，把完形填空填好，再通读再思考。书面表达也是全部收集在一个本子上早读就背，几乎每个早读都看英语。

现在还能想起您在初中时每天在三三和四班之间的阳台上来回穿梭，一句一句的给我们领读，一遍一遍的背诵。想起您可爱的面庞，胖胖的笑脸，戴着一副大眼镜，是那么和蔼可亲。想起在初中的日子，每天上您的课，就是一种享受，我老是先把英语作业统统做好，上课认真听讲，偶尔会得到您粉笔头的亲睐，呵呵。还记得当初我不忍心离开好朋友们去县里上学，现在想起来，我还真是可笑，竟然不想去县里最好的初中，幸亏我来了，要不然我就无缘当您的学生，不能见您了。还记得你自我介绍时让我们才您叫啥?您说您是常香什么?我们都说你是常香玉，呵呵。

刚上学没几天我就办了一件丑事，现在想起来都脸红，羞愧。您还记得吗?我上课看鲁滨孙漂流记被你发现了，你狠狠的批评了我，而且连我名字也不叫，直接叫我鲁滨孙漂流记，哎呀，呵呵，没脸见人了。您没收了我借的书，而且说让我考试考上办理前十名就还给我，对于从来没上过补习班的我，没接触过英语的我，老是生病回家里的我，真是太难了。

但是我在老妈的帮助下完成了艰巨的任务，之后您并没有给我书，还记得我老是找您要，你是在半年之后给我的，那时我早就有不太喜欢您到十分喜欢英语进而喜欢上你了。后来您老是鼓励我学习，我生病了您还送我到校外的门诊输液，中招前还握着我的手嘱咐我认真。老师。谢谢您。要不是您，我是不会坚持好好学英语的。因为我一点也不适应高中老师的方法，特别是高三一位老师，甚至是十分十分讨厌她，我暗地里教她小老婆儿，她比你年轻，但是，哎呀，没法形容，上她的课我从来就是睡觉睡觉再睡觉，讲题我也很少听，回答他的问题站起来就当没那回事，等她再提别人。

更吃惊的是，从在九中到五中，我从来没上过前十名，在九中也就是最高二十名左右，五中也是吧。高中最后一次考试竟然考了前十名，老师，你说我是不是很幸运啊，平时在前十名的同学都不如愿，没考上。我现在还是很自豪呢，呵呵。虽然没有到我喜欢的天津上学，但我还是会继续好好学习的。我会加油的。我家现在搬到县里来了，离您家也不太远吧，呵呵，以后有机会我去学校找你啊。您有我们的大头贴，可我们有您的照片，不过我是不会忘了你的。

刚开学，我们班上就来了个新的英语老师——熊老师。

熊老师瘦瘦的，鼻子上还架着一副白色的眼镜，黝黑的长发上有一个发卡。

第一天，熊老师刚走进教室，闹哄哄的教室立刻安静了下来，大家都目不转睛地望向这位新的英语老师。刚开始，熊老师的声音很小，几乎第一排的同学都听不见，好在熊老师有扩音器。看来熊老师还 有点“胆小”。

熊老师对我们的要求很高，要我们每个人听得懂、读得来，考试要考好。另外，熊老师还在班上分了小组，让每个小组比赛，来培养兴趣。结果，大家通过比赛都提高了成绩，有了学习英语的兴趣，看 来熊老师真有办法，我们慢慢喜欢熊老师了。

熊老师，她真好！

假如我当英语小老师，我要充分利这短短的40分钟，培养同学们学习英语的兴趣，让他们以后能自觉学习。

假如我当英语小老师，我首先要请教我的老师，家长，并去书店或者上网查资料。
