第一次七年级英语月考试卷充分体现了新课改的精神，切实有效地考察了所学知识内容。下面对试卷试题进行具体分析：

一、试卷题型情况

1、注重对基础知识、基本技能的考察，题型新颖、覆盖面大，涉及到了所学的全部内容，促进学生有效学习。

2、注重从实际中选取素材，考察了学生的分析和处理问题能力。

3、试卷对学生探究能力是一个重点考察，增强了学生的探究分析能力。

二、试卷结构分析

试卷充分体现了新课标课改精神，注重了对学生基础知识和综合能力的考察，因此对学生的细心程度要求很高。

1、听力部分：试题难度不大，因此学生在该部分的得分率较高，但是学生的两极分化严重，高分很高，甚至满分，而低分则太低。

2、完形填空和阅读理解：难度适中，但是得分率一般，主要原因是学生理解文章不透彻，阅读能力差造成的。

3、词语运用：此题是各大题中得分最低的一个题，主要原因是学生对词的用法掌握不好，一些固定词组记不清。

4、书面表达：该题对于学生来说是比较容易的一题，它是对学生整体知识的一个考察，但两极分化最为严重。

三、学生分析

存在问题：

1、优等生对基础知识掌握较好，但是还有一部分学生对语言的运用能力较差，对比较碎的知识点没有能够很好地掌握。

2、中等生的基础知识掌握不够牢固，并且做题比较粗心。

四、具体改进措施

1、钻研新教材，夯实英语基础。练习中很多学生“一看就会，一做就错”，这种现象比较普遍，失误原因是对于常见用语掌握的熟练程度还不够。其根本原因就在于基础不牢，只有扎扎实实从基础做起，才能最终达到“一看就会，一做就对”。

2、加强英语课外阅读。英语知识的获得与能力的提高是在不断的听、说、读、写的训练过程中逐步形成的，而教材和课堂所能提供的训练还是比较有限的，因此，要加强理解语篇的能力训练，增强英语语感。

3、规范训练，改进学习方法。要善于分析学生，找出学生的薄弱环节，合理安排好教材知识梳理、专项训练和应试技巧指导。

在今后的教学中应注意开阔学生视野，多渠道、大容量地给学生提供具有时代感的英语信息，加强语言运用能力的培养，少讲解，多给学生实际运用语言的机会，在用中学英语。

我的寒假读书计划

时间过得真快，一眨眼，我们就要放寒假了。我决定利用这个寒假，阅读一些好书，来提高自己的阅历和知识面，让我更加会思考问题，也使我的寒假生活变得充实而有意义，为此我给自己制定了一个读书计划。

这学期，妈妈给我买了一套《中学生成长读本》，共有六本。有回味一生的《情感故事》；诠释一生的《生存故事》；引导一生的《处世故事》；温暖一生的《美德故事》；激励一生的《成功故事》；感动一生的《同龄心语》。

《情感故事》主要讲的是在我们成长的岁月里，随着时光的流逝，有些人或事已成为过眼烟云，如我们渴望的亲情，有温柔似水的母爱，有沉重如山的父爱，有时我们会不在意它们的存在，它们便悄悄地从我们身边溜走了??《生存故事》 告诉我们生存问题是我们必须面对的问题，以故事形式，让读者自己去体味人生的哲理。《处世故事]》从“做人”、“处世”等几方面阐述如何与老师、同学交朋友，帮助读者解答生活中存在的困惑。《美德故事》以一个个可歌可泣的人物事迹，让我们去了解故事中的美德、大道理。《成功故事》主要讲的是古往今来，每一个成功者所走的路都是不同的，但他们都有一个共同点，就是面临巨大困难的时候，从不退缩，最终成就了不同寻常的业绩。可谁又能想到，在他们笑容的背后所付出的艰辛是常人所不能承受的??《同龄心语》写的是青春的快乐和烦恼。席慕容

Mostly, I went to school to have lessons this week. It was hard but we must experience, wasn’t it? But on Saturday I finished my first learning. And the second learning will begin on Aug 1st. I can have a break and do what I want to do. On Saturday I went shopping. Indeed I didn’t buy many things. I just wanted to relax. And then I played on the computer, sang , watched TV, etc. I just wanted to amuse myself. I went to swim on Sunday, although I didn’t swim very well. I felt cool during this hot time. 主讲人是金山小学涂亿奕小记者的妈妈，她和我们一起分享了她给女儿制定的英语学习计划和她家英语学习的方法和体会。

讲座一开始，涂妈妈就问我们学习英语的动机和目标是什么？一位小记者站起来回答说：“我学习英语是为了以后出国能更好地与外国人交流”。“这是个非常好的目标”，涂妈妈接着说，“那么我们怎样才能学好英语呢？适合自己的学习方法很重要！”涂妈妈介绍了自己女儿的英语学习方法，她给女儿精心挑选了一本英文版《夏洛的网》，让女儿像学习语文一样学习英语，先泛读，再精读，每天读一段，通过每天的坚持，一段时间后她女儿终于读完了整本书，英语成绩也在不知不觉中提高了。接下来，涂妈妈又让女儿通过朗读短文、朗读原版书和学唱英文歌等多种形式来学习英语。涂妈妈说我们的母语学习是从听和看、读和唱、说和写逐步积累起来的，英语学习也是一样，只要坚持不懈就一定能学好！

最后，涂妈妈让我们自己制定一个英语学习计划。我的计划是：我想让妈妈给我买一套涂妈妈推荐的蒲公英英语绘本，从自然拼读学起，通过阅读绘本、观看英语动画片和电影来逐步提高英语水平，同时我也要坚持每天阅读，争取这学期能看完看懂英文版《小王子》。
