In modern society, pressure is ubiquitous. As students, we have to endure

the pressure from examination, from homework and from our parents’

expectations.As workers, people are faced with the pressure from deadline, from

difficulties and from finance and so on. Here I would like to give some

suggestions about relieving pressure.

First of all, to confide to others is an efficient way for relieving

pressure. When we feel so anxious and worried that we cannot continue to work or

study, go to talk with our friends or family members and we will get some relief

and feel better. Second, to do some exercises is another way to relieve

pressure. If we are under pressure for a long time, doing some exercises can

make us refreshed and regain power to continue our task. Finally, another common

way for women to relieve pressure is to cry. The effect of crying is the similar

as the effect of confiding to others. After crying, we would find that we are

relaxed and then we have spirit to fight against difficulties again.

In a word, there are many ways to relieve our pressure. But the most

important point is that if we cannot solve the problem at once, we need to call

off our attention from the pressure we are faced with to other things. Only in

this way we would not be entangled with the pressure for a long time.

一眨眼，一学期又即将过去，紧张的期末考试又即将来临！期末考试对于学生来说，无疑是一个末日，因为考得好，家长表扬；考得不好，家长给你一顿“皮带炒肉丝”！所以，我要在期末阶段，认真复习！

我还是先来分析一下优、缺点吧！在第一、二、三单元测试时，我每次都考出了高分，成绩名类前茅。我想这会和我上课认真、暂时的仔细有很大关系！可是好景不长，到了后来的考试中，成绩一直是中中等等，这可能是我审题不仔细，马虎的缘故吧！我的优点是：注意力集中；缺点是：马虎、骄傲。所以，我要在期末复习中将缺点化为优点，成为班级的强手！

我的目标到然是95分以上和考第一啦！而对手厉凡成为了我的一个绊脚石，他的优点是认真、细心；缺点是：注意力不集中。他的优点是我的缺点，他的缺点是我的优点。所以我要取长补短，步步高升，使厉凡成为我的手下败将，是我前进的步伐不会磕磕绊绊！

我平时的考试扣分只要在了阅读、改错上，这两块内容恰恰是要细心，所以我要先克服马虎这个缺点，才能再去掌握具体方法。我想具体做法应该是，认真审题，弄准每个字的意思，回答要全面，不添字，不漏字，不错字，最重要的到然是动脑筋啦！

寒假，一个漫长的假期，在这个假期里，你都干什么呢？“看电视，玩儿电脑，逛街……”只是玩吗？如果你只是吃只是玩儿的话，那么这个假期你就浪费了。

我呢？可不像这样，我可是有“学习划”的哦！“每天我“7：50起床，7：50——8：00打扫房间。8：00——9：00写两篇日记。9：00——9：30学英语。9：30——10：30玩。下午呢？是“2：00——3：00打两篇作文。3：00——3：30看作文。3：30——4：30玩”。嘻嘻，还不错吧。我想：“一些人肯定是只说不干，夸夸其谈。”我呢？可不是这样的。“我俩每天坚持着写日记、学英语、打日记。”“功夫不故有心人”。我真觉得自己写的日记上升了，英语也更强了，打日记也更快了！

寒假就要开始了，我的一颗心早已飞了。它飞到了武汉，它飞到了广州，它飞到了北京。我不是到那里去旅游，我是想去看望我一年没有见面的父母。他们常年飘萍，在外打工。我是一个有父母亲人的“孤儿”，我是一个有房子却没有家的“浪子”。这样的日子不知道还要过多久。

原来，老师总是夸我聪明。可是，我现在的成绩是江河日下，在班上已是“第三世界”，我每天坐在教室里是“心在曹营身在汉。”我到底是不是读书的料?我是去打工，还是在学校继续熬?寒假要有一个决定。

正在我五心不定时，爸爸妈妈终于回来了。他们听说我不想读书了，感到悲哀不已。他们说，于今打工，靠出苦力是赚不到钱的。到处讲文凭，讲学历，没有一技之长，寸步难行。你想出去打工，我看只能出去捡垃圾，睡楼道。

爸爸妈妈的一番话，给我当头棒喝。我原以为天南地北到处是钱，只要弯腰捡。我的一颗飞了的心又飞回来了。我得重新考虑寒假的打算。

大表哥也快从上海理工大学回来了，我要请他给我补习英语，英语上不去，将来难考研究生。还有作文，这是重中之重。我打算一天一篇作文，每篇八百字。坚持写日记。过年那几天不出门，也不去拜年----在电话里给亲戚，长辈，老师，同学拜年。

我把我的寒假打算讲给爸爸妈妈听，他们说，我们相信你，我们对你是放心的。

4、我打算隔一天在自己的博客上发表一篇日记或作文，这样可以提高我的写作能力，陶冶情操。我还可以在网上与大家交流，交上许多好朋友。

5、在过年之前，我要练一首新的钢琴曲，准备在新年PARTY上大显身手，让大家刮目相看。

一、指导思想：

全面贯彻党的xx教育方针，以七年能数学教学大纲为标准，坚决完成《初中数学新课程标准》提出的各项基本教学目标。以学校教学计划为指导，落实推进课程改革，形成先进的课程结构和综合的教学理念，提高教育教学能力，提高学生的综合能力。

二、学情分析：

本班学生刚刚完成小学六年的学习，升入初一，也就是我们现在所说的七年级。通过调阅小六毕业会考成绩册和试卷，发现本班学生的数学成绩不甚理想。从学生作答来看，基础知识不扎实，计算能力较差，思路不灵活，缺乏创新思维能力，尤其是解难题的能力低下。根据学生的实际情况，从生活入手，结合教材内容，精心设计教学方案。通过本学期数学课堂教学，夯实学生的基础，提高学生的基本技能，培养学生学习数学知识和运用数学知识的能力，帮助学生初步建立数学思维模式。最终圆满完成七年级上册数学教学任务。

三、教学目标

1、有理数的运算，对有理数运算法则的理解。

2、掌握整式的加减运算，合并同类项和去括号是进行整式加减的基础。

3、使学生从实物和模型出发，让学生感受到几何知识点的应用无处不在，让学生感受到学习图形与几何知识的重要性和必要性。注意培养学生的学习兴趣，同时注意概念的定义和性质的表述。逐步使学生懂得几何语句的意义并能建立几何语句与图形之间的联系，逐步学习用语言正确表达概念、性质。

四、教材分析：

本书共有四章，每章开始均配有反映本章主要内容的章前图和引言。供学生预习用，可做教师导入用。正文设置了“思考、探究、归纳”等栏目。栏目中以问题，留白或填空等形式为学生提供思维发展，合作交流的空间。同时也安排了“阅读和与思考、观察与猜想、实验与探究、信息技术应用”等选用内容；还安排几个有一定综合性、实践性、开放性的数学活动，小结、回顾与思考。学习过程中还有练习、习题、复习题三类。。

五、教学措施和方法

1、认真钻研课程教学目标和要求，认真钻研教材。

时间飞逝，20XX年即将走完，20XX年正在悄悄走来，我也迎来了初三最全新的一年，在离中考还剩6个多月的时间里，初三学生要调整好状态，从智力、心力和体力三方面做好充足准备，迎接中考。

学习篇

新年开始，初三学生基本完成了新课的学习，进入总复习阶段。北京汇文中学老师李红艳提醒，初三学生新年要制订一个总的复习计划，对每一科有一个细致的安排。

偏科的初三学生要在新的一年及时纠偏，针对自己的强势和弱势合理安排时间。在这个寒假，初三学生可将课本按章节复习一遍，确定薄弱环节，以便制订复习计划。学有余力的考生还可尝试做几套模拟练习题。

复习时，不管考生学习成绩如何，都要强调基础，尤其是平时成绩较好的考生，更不能忽视基础知识。初三学生还要学会思考，对学习方法进行分析总结，每做一道题，要仔细思考解题过程，归纳解题方法，不要只顾埋头做题。

心理篇

期末考试后，寒假将至。在这段时间里，一些初三学生的心理、学习状态容易出现变化。对此，北京师范大学附属实验中学心理教师陈晨说，初三学生的心理状态和学习效果会互相影响，比如有没有学习的信心、恒心，能不能抵御玩的诱惑，承受学习压力，正确处理青春期问题等，这些都是心理方面的实际问题。

陈晨说，安排好学习计划和目标，有利于保持良好的心态。放假过年时，初三学生容易放松，开学后有些人会发现自己跟不上老师的进度，成绩下降、心情容易郁闷，若把这种状态持续到初三下学期的学习中，会形成压力更大、成绩不理想、挫败感加重的不良循环。因此，在寒假这个缓冲期里，考生要做好复习计划，从而保持良好的心理状态。

身体篇

5月，初三学生将迎来中考体育测试。从测试项目中可以看出，中考体育测试重点考查考生的耐力、速度和力量，这些都不是一朝一夕能练就的，需要考生长时间、有计划地坚持锻炼。

北京三中体育老师邓莹说，现在距体育测试不到半年时间了，各项测试水平较低的考生，要及时为自己安排一个短期有效的锻炼计划，找出体育成绩不好的原因。如果是因为平时锻炼少，就要加强练习。

除了体育锻炼外，中考生平时的饮食也很重要。备考期间，复习任务繁重，考生大脑处在高度紧张状态，身体能量消耗多，食欲往往不佳，再加上生活规律被打乱，身体抗病能力降低，很容易生病。因此，安排好这个阶段的饮食，对保证考生的身体健康和使大脑处于良好状态极为重要。

习必须讲究方法，而改进学习方法的本质目的，就是为了提高学习效率。

学习效率的高低，是一个学生综合学习能力的体现。在学生时代，学习效率的高低主要对学习成绩产生影响。当一个人进入社会之后，还要在工作中不断学习新的知识和技能，这时候，一个人学习效率的高低则会影响他(或她)的工作成绩，继而影响他的事业和前途。可见，在中学阶段就养成好的学习习惯，拥有较高的学习效率，对人一生的发展都大有益处。

可以这样认为，学习效率很高的人，必定是学习成绩好的学生(言外之意，学习成绩好未必学习效率高)。因此，对大部分学生而言，提高学习效率就是提高学习成绩的直接途径。

提高学习效率并非一朝一夕之事，需要长期的探索和积累。前人的经验是可以借鉴的，但必须充分结合自己的特点。影响学习效率的因素，有学习之内的，但更多的因素在学习之外。首先要养成良好的学习习惯，合理利用时间，另外还要注意"专心、用心、恒心"等基本素质的培养，对于自身的优势、缺陷等更要有深刻的认识。总之，"世上无难事，只怕有心人。"

忙完了一个学期，刚开始停下来还有点不太适应。在平时工作时，每天都和学生相处在一起，虽然他们也会调皮，也会惹我生气，但离开他们太久，心里还是惦念着他们还在想着他们在来期来时是不是会更听话了，是不是比以前有进步了等等。

回家已经有好几天了，在这几天里，我也在想这个寒假我将如何度过了，是向往年那样呆在家里看电视，或是到同学家里串串门子还是做点其他的。但一想起这些，就想起了刚放假时校长给我们布置的寒假作业，可能在别人看来很奇怪吧，校长怎么还会布置寒假作业，老师怎么还会像学生那样有寒假作业了，其实校长是让我们在寒假里多看书，多学习，为来期做好准备。其实这样也挺好的，让我们以后的工作制定目标，为了将明年的工作做得更好。现在每天在家里看看书，练练字，也感觉自己的寒假生活挺充实的。

Another new term comes again,so I should have a study plan to promot myself.

新的一学期马上就要开始了，于是我给我自己做了一个新学期做一个学习计划，以此来激励(督促)我。

Firstly,I descide to finish my homework more carefully than before.And pay more attention to the knowledge which I didnt know it clearly. From joozone.Com.

首先，我会比以前更为认真的去完成我的家庭作业。留意自己不清晰的知识点，并弄懂它们。

Secondly,I will do a lot of read to widen the range of my knowledge.and try to combine theory to practice.

其次，我将读大量的书，以便扩展我的知识面。并且结合实际去实践它们。

Finally,I will learn to adjust, to be more positive and more helpful.

最后，我将调整好心态，让自己变得更自信更加乐于助人。

Thats what I plan to do in a new term.

这就是我新学期的计划及决心。
