Pressure seems to be a natural part in our daily life in this competitive

society. Like it or not there is always pressure of one kind or another. And it

seems there is hardly any way to avoid it or get rid of it. Moreover, as the

pace of modern life continues to quicken, pressure seems to be on the increase

all the time.

Different people have different ideas about pressure. Some hold that

pressure is something very vicious. If there is too much of it, it will lead to

the decline of ones physical and mental health. So they are always complaining

about it or trying to flee from it. They think, only relaxation, the opposite of

pressure, is what we should desire. On the other hand, others argue that

pressure is not as bad as is often thought. In fact a certain amount of pressure

is essential to provide motivation and meaning to our life. It is pressure that

propels our progress and contributes to our success.

Personally, Im in favor of the latter idea. I believe that a little

pressure is certainly an important incentive in life. It is only when the

pressure gets out of control can it lead to poor performance and bad health.

Since it is impossible to avoid pressure, certainly there is no sense trying to

do so or complaining about it.

2018年的寒假，我有很多的目标，有目标的人奋斗起来才会有动力，所以我把一些想法列一列，以便对照执行。过一个充实紧凑，收获满满的寒假：

一、生活习惯，我觉得这是体现自律性的一面，也是实际生活中最需要控制的点，我计划分早中晚定时间点。

1、早晨7：00起床，去楼下吃早餐

2、中午11：45准备吃饭，去姥爷家，或者是去市场快餐店。

3、晚上等父母回家，没有特殊情况下10：30睡觉。中间作一些力所能及的家务，拖地，收拾房间，买必需品等。

二、娱乐活动

1、可以去看一看一直想看的电影，主要选英文经典版。

2、选几本读物，自由购买，可读性、有意义相结合。好多假期必读书单。

3、乒乓球找教练练习，可以和弟弟一起学习。

4、计划一次为期两天的旅游，（因为要回老家过年，所以时间不会太充足）以室内室外相结合，可选择的有去剧院看演出，参加讲座、博物馆等。

三、课外辅导

1、数英物假期集中学习，集中在半天的时间里，上午学下午消化，已报名。

2、语文的学习，主要还是多读书，可选项有远方文学辅导，还是网上的学习资料下载，在家一对一学习，可以选择晚上妈妈回家时候共同学习。只要坚持，还是自律的问题，如果从自身需求出发，主动学在哪学习的效果都是一样的。

四、学习时间

1、作业时间：上午8-11点，下午2-5点，时间6个小时，还是很充足的，只要只要按时开始。可以自由支配，写寒假生活，作辅导作业，

2、读书时间：主要是深入阅读，沉浸式阅读。时间可灵活支配，如果是喜欢的书，可以作为写作业用脑调剂，真爱看，根本放不下，还有晚上睡前看一些也有加深印象的效果。

一个人努力的目标越高，他的才力就发展得越快，对于人生就更有效果。这是很励志的名言，很鼓励我，但还有一句：人意义不在于他所达到的，勿宁在于他所希望达到的——（纪伯伦），所以，我们都要做一个希望达到目标的人，这是我的计划，努力吧！

时间过得真快呀！转眼间我们又要放寒假了今年寒假我想设计条计划，有准备的做一些有意义的计划计划具体打算如下：

一、帮助妈妈做一些力所能及的家务活。

二、读几本好书，读完还要写读后感，比如读《鲁兵逊漂流记》、《十万个为什么》《简爱》等。

三、我每天都要写一篇作文，提高自己的写作能力。

四、看几部有教育意义的电影然后，在写几篇读后感。

五、把老师留的作业都写完，在读一些课外书，丰富我们阅读能力提高阅读能力。

六、我天天坚持体育锻炼，如；跑步、跳跳绳等体育活动。

以上是我在寒假里制定的学习计划。我会按照计划认真去做，以及关心爱护关心我所有人。

Secondly,we should ask ourselves and our relatives and friends to walk instead of riding or driving if possible,when the time is no enough,we must try to take a bus rather than drive a car.More vehicles will of course cause more traffic problems.Thats my ideas,I hope it is acceptable.

愉快的寒假生活马上就要来了，为了让我的寒假过得充实而有意义，我为自己制订了一个切实可行的寒假学习计划，其中要包括这样几点：

1、把老师留的寒假作业儿认真做完。

2、练习写书法，或者毛笔字，让自己的字写的很好看。

3、做完了作业，也学了技能，当然也要锻炼身体啦！有时间我要坚持跑步和打羽毛球。晚上还留一些时间看看电视新闻。

于是，我把以上要做的事情，自己理顺了一下，写了一张详细的《寒假作息时间表》，我把它贴在了墙上，自己认真的去执行。

早上7：30起床之后 刷牙漱口洗脸吃早饭。

早上8：00作寒假作业 先做数学〈因为早上头脑是最清醒的，数学逻辑思维比较强〉

9：30开始休息半个小时，〈学了一个半小时也该舒展舒展筋骨了，因此利用这半个小时的时间充分休息，也活动活动。〉

10；00 开始学习英语 〈尽量大声地读英语单词课文〉

12；00吃饭 。中午午休1个小时。

1：00开始学习语文 学习语文的时间可以比较自由，依靠自己的劳逸程度，充分分配自己的时间。

2：00 休息。

2：20继续学习数学。

4：00休息，吃点水果，进行课外活动（如书法、笛子等）

5：00吃饭。

5：30名著阅读。

6：30锻炼身体。

7：00 小科也不能忽视，要复习。

8：00对当天的学习进行检测、总结。

9：00洗漱、休息。

8、可以看几个美国大片，更加深入地了解英语。

9、过完年后，可以把数学书前三单元里的练习题抄写在本子上做一遍，就是相当于预习了一遍。

When I was very small, I stayed in the hometown with my grandparents. I had the great time there, I liked the environment so much. There was a long river in front of my house, the water was very clean, I could see the small fish swim. My grandma usually washed her clothes along the river side. But now when I went back to my hometown, the river was very dirty, the water was light yellow and there were so many rubbish floating in the river. It made me feel that the river had lost its life. 我准备在寒假里的头几天把寒假作业统统做完，除了日记，因为“日记日记，一日一记”。对了，我每天还要抽出一小时的时间来读一些从图书馆借的《四大名著》、《运动与波》和《名人传记》。到了晚上写写日记，记记读了文章后的感想或者一天之中最有意义的事。

最重要的就是让表姐给我补习了。我的表姐是一名初中生，各门功课都在班里名列前茅。不像我，语文基础较差，每次大考都上不了九十五分。在这个假期里，我一定努力跟着表姐学语文，争取把语文成绩给搞上去。还有，英语我也要跟着表姐学学。因为在乡村学习英语较晚，对于学生是没好处的，我一定要在这个假期把学过的和没学过的英语知识好好地温习一遍。以后到了学校，我一定要让同学们对我刮目相看。

到了最后的时间，我决定借高年级哥哥姐姐们的六年级下册的全套书，预习一下新知识，预防以后跟不上老师的脚步。
