7、学会做一些简单的饭菜，在家人们辛苦的时候，为他们做一顿可口的饭菜。

8、可以看几个美国大片，更加深入地了解英语。

9、过完年后，可以把数学书前三单元里的练习题抄写在本子上做一遍，就是相当于预习了一遍。

10、留一周预习语文和英语，尽快进入学习状态!

Teachers Day

September 10 is our Teachers’ Day. In the afternoon, Zhonghua school held a celebration meeting, at which more than twenty old teachers each were praised with a medal for their over thirty years of teaching. Our principal made an enthusiastic speech at the meeting, and then the representative of the teachers and students gave a talk to us. After the meeting, we started performances played by some teachers and students, which were very interesting and instructive. We all had a wonderful time. The National Day is coming Im planting to go Beijing with my parents.

On the 1st we are going sightseeing the geart wall .On the 2nd we are going the palace Museum and taking many beautiful photos .On the third day ,we are going shopping and buying some food .We are getting back on the third day .

On July 23rd my parents took me to Beijing. We stayed at YuTingqiao hotel. On the first day, we went to the Great Wall. The Great Wall is very long and old. It has millions of bricks. Each brick is very big and heavy. Lots of people from different countries like climbing the Great Wall. We felt very tired when we climbed to the top of the Great Wall.

We also went to the Palace Museum. The Palace Museum has 9999 palaces. It has a very long history. I bought a lot of souvenirs of the Palace Museum. What nice palaces these are! I visited the Palace Museum and felt excited. If you want to know more about the Palace Museum, you can go to Beijing and have a look.

A book exhibition

Dropped in at National Library to see the National Book Exhibition which will close today. Suprised at the fact that so many kinds of books are published in our country. Thought the childrens books with many pages of colorful illustrations were made very nicely. Bought a copy of the Chinese version of English and American Short Stories at a 20 per cent discount. Am going to read this through in this good season for reading.

今天是除夕，家家户户都在包饺子，我们家也不例外，妈妈早就准备好了香气四溢的饺子馅。

开始包饺子了，看着妈妈灵活地转动着擀杖，一张张圆圆的，薄薄的饺子皮在她手下翻飞，那动作真是优美极了。爸爸也毫不逊色，左手拿皮右手放馅，然后两手一挤，一个胖嘟嘟的饺子娃娃就诞生了。看了一会儿，我禁不住手直痒痒，也想试一试，在我的再三恳求下，妈妈终于答应让我也来包几个。

我也学着爸爸的样子左手托着面皮，可看似又轻又薄的面皮在我手上却变得极为不听话。放得饺子馅太少，包出的饺子像泄了气的皮球，放得太多，合不上口，一个个饺子龇牙咧嘴，仿佛在嘲笑我。

爸爸在一旁乐地哈哈大笑，我不由地灰心了。妈妈在一旁鼓励我说：“孩子，干什么事情都需要熟能生巧，多观察，多练习你一定能干好，怎么遇到一点困难就灰心丧气呢?再包几个试试，你一定能行的!”听了妈妈的话，我又拿起饺子皮学着爸爸的动作，耐心地包起来。

又经过几次失败后，我终于成功了，妈妈直夸我能干，吃着自己动手包的饺子，我的心里美极了。

虽然缤纷多彩的暑假生活已经过去了，可我却还停留在那快乐的时光里。

书籍使我快乐。由于爸爸妈妈的工作较忙，没有时间带我去旅游。我只好在家里沉醉在那些美丽的文字中，从六年级的辅导书中，我仿佛看到了调皮的索溪，美丽的山雨……我完全沉醉在里面了。在这里，我学到了做人的道理。是书籍让我在暑假中不感到孤单的。
