适当娱乐。我觉得我们小学生应该注意劳逸结合，光写作业是不行的，应该适当给自己放松一下，看看电视，上网和朋友聊聊天，每天要保证外出锻炼和活动一个小时以上。

the pressure from examination, from homework and from our parents’
